CNN: Noem’s Bag With DHS Access Badge, $3K Stolen at Restaurant
The Secret Service saw a white male wearing a medical mask take the bag and leave.
A law enforcement officer told CNN that someone stole DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s bag at a D.C. restaurant.
The bag contained her ID, passport, checks, $3,000 in cash, medicine, and her DHS access badge.

The officer did not provide more information. We don’t know if she was in the chair when the guy took the bag or if it was unattended.
Plenty of ladies put their purse around the chair, making it easy to snatch on the down low.
She could have also left the table and those with her didn’t pay attention to it.
This serves as a great warning, ladies, that it is easy for someone to take your purse! I usually keep mine on my lap when I’m out and about.

But if she’s dressing provocatively, I would say she’s increasing the risk to herself and those protecting her. You can even say men who would act out are horrible criminals, but the risk is there. Why watch someone steal the bag? Why not apprehend them? For that matter why the heck is Congress allowing DC to have masks? Nope..End that crap, arrest anyone wearing a mask. They can plead out with the testimony of their Physician if they had a reasonable medical excuse. Do that and lots of crime goes away.
Please don’t interfere with my right to decide whether to wear a mask. I may be feeling sickly yet need to be in public or am worried about exposing myself to infection. You may feel totally healthy, but I don’t after having the Wuhan virus.

I don’t run to an MD for every sniffle or other illness I may have. My point is I have the right to protect myself on my own decision, I don’t need a note from a doctor.
Returning to the status quo of enforcement of anti Klan mask laws helps ID criminals. That makes it easier to catch them plus the deterrent factor.
If you have a documented medical issue such as a compromised immune system then all we need to do is have your Physician sign off on it. Hell we could have it added to DL/ID similar to corrective lenses. You get stopped and right there on your ID it will inform LEO you must wear a specific type of mask when in public. Of course, that would be an ‘all the time’ requirement like corrective lenses for driving.
I went to my annual check up yesterday. One of the first things in the Physician office is signage about infection and right up top in Bold all caps print ‘if you feel sick STAY HOME’. That’s how we reduce transmission but many refuse to do this and instead prioritize their needs/wants above society as a whole. Individuals gotta conform to society not demand society conform to the individual, at least if they want to remain part of society.
Finally a mask isn’t gonna prevent infection; it isn’t designed to stop the size of the droplets and people do not use them properly. You might but most don’t. Instead they have one in the glove box/purse, reuse it, don’t swap it out, don’t prevent cross contamination, don’t keep it snug and fitted, don’t put it on/take it off without their hands touching the inside of it, lots of other bad habits, all of which compromise any perceived effectiveness.
Aside from all that, it’s somewhat easy to discern some huge chunk of those doing it for actual medical reasons. They will carry themselves differently, for one thing. Loads of people out there wearing them, who are obviously not wearing them for any reason except to obscure their ID or virtue signal.
The placement on an ID makes it crystal clear. Much easier to enforce for LEO when it is presumptively illegal to wear mask, they check ID for medical necessity designation, and it is confirmed or not on the spot. Leaving it up to a subjective belief of LEO is not a good idea see bad DUI arrests based on field performance tests in TN.

The masks are useless for viruses, only effective for , and then only when properly fitted. Most are not, then they are worse than useless.

The Federal Government needs to pass a law to block wearing masks except if you are in Law enforcement, EMT, or Fire Department. This will allow for people that commit crimes wearing masks to be stopped while wearing masks or identified if not wearing masks.
