Trump Draining Pool Of Money From Which Leftist Activists Drink

That’s why they are apoplectic. That’s why they are losing their minds, because they know if Trump is successful in cutting off the various spigots that fill the pool, they are in big trouble.

The initial dozens of Executive Orders signed by Trump had a shock and awe impact that set ‘the resistance’ back on its heels. But nothing infuriated them so much as Trump’s attempt to scale back USAID. They are going full attack mode on Elon Musk and his small team of DOGE geeks – doxxing them and working Democrat supporters into a dangerous mouth-frothing anger.

So what is really going on here? I gave my ‘hot take’ as part of the longer podcast we recorded today.

Transcript auto-generated, may contain transcription errors, video previously edited.

Yeah, I think people need to understand what Trump is doing, whether it’s intentional or not, but he is cutting off the flow of money to the pool from which a variety of left-wing groups and activist groups around the world and in the US drink.

So imagine a pool that’s being filled with money. A lot of that money comes from the programs that have been cut off by his DEI orders, Federal funding.

But a lot of it came from USAID, which is essentially an international development and development agency of the government, which has a massive, tens of billions of dollars, budget. And now we know what has been happening.

It has been like a fire hose filling up the same pool that the DEI funding filled up, and they all drink from that, and he’s cutting off that flow.

This has the potential to be absolutely devastating to the DEI and left-wing industrial complex.

We always think of it as being George Soros and people like that, and, and it is, but they all are feeding into the same pool.  And Soros doesn’t have enough money to replace what the US government spends on this stuff.

That’s why they are apoplectic. That’s why they are losing their minds. That’s why they are senators are trying to break into buildings. That’s why there’s a lawsuit after lawsuit because they know if Trump is successful in cutting off the various spigots that fill the pool from which left-wing activist groups drink, they are in big trouble.

And that’s what he’s doing, whether it’s intentional or not.

If it’s successful, it will have a seismic change in the makeup of this country and of the world politically.

And that’s why they’re going so crazy, because if that dries up, we now realize that the US government may be the number one funder of left-wing activism in the US and that’s something I don’t think we fully realized.

Certainly the work we do at CriticalRace.org and EqualProtect.org, we understood that there are massive foundations behind it.  There’s a lot of State money behind it.

But we’re now realizing that the federal money being cut off has them squealing like pigs because they’ve been eating at the trough of the federal government to undermine our own country and to weaponize various groups.  So this is really good.

I think their reaction is extremely telling, and I hope he’s successful.

I hope this reduces the activities of rent a mobs like Antifa et. al.

Cutting them off from the money flow is H U G E, but, the things we learn about all that they’ve been doing is priceless.

People need to go to jail for this.

As long as DOGE is not bogged down in the courts (which it will be) cutting off the cash will put a whole new complexion on this country.

Fewer progressive everythings; judges, DA’s politician, rent-a-mobs, advocacy groups, roadblocks to real progress.

Even if DOGE is bogged down in the courts, if just the cash going out the door is materially reduced, it will have a major effect. Doesn’t the Executive branch have the power to cut off anything not explicitly prescribed by legislation? As an aside, I think we need to turn HHS back into HEW and get rid of the Education department. (Student loans go to Treasury, or back to the private sector.)

Student loans need to go back to the private sector, like they once were. That would cut out all the garbage majors like “queer studies” or “nascent medieval feminism” or whatever nonsense they dream up. Lenders in the private sector won’t underwrite impractical majors, period.

Dolce Far Niente in reply to nordic prince. | February 8, 2025 at 11:34 am

It would also bring down the cost of college education, period. Since the fed guarantees the loans, whatever the amount, unis can (and do and did) jack the cost up to the stratosphere, knowing that Uncle Sugar will stand behind them. Private lenders, on the other hand, would bring this to a screeching halt.

      Scenario:

      • Trump abolishes or scales down an agency
      • Leftists (activists & State AGs) sue (at this point, don’t forget to blame them for causing a “constitutional crisis”)
      • A court restrains the POTUS (IMHO, an infringement upon the executive’s authority and a violation of the separation of powers, as all executive authority is vested in the POTUS by the Constitution)
      • Trump says, “Hold my beer” while he rescinds the delegations of authority necessary to run the offices he’s trying to shut down (now claim “The constitutional crisis has been resolved.”)

This last step is clearly within his authority, because the POTUS extends his (constitutionally-derived) executive authority throughout the departments, agencies, and offices of the federal government, but he’s not required to do so. He can as easily withdraw his delegations of authority. Every swinging d**k in the executive branch, save the POTUS, gets their authority from the POTUS, and the POTUS gets his authority directly from the Constitution. Let’s see a court try to stop that. At this point, Trump could send out the federal marshals to arrest anyone whose executive authority has been withdrawn who attempts to access their workplaces, the workplace’s networks, or any other work function that requires a delegation of authority (this would include signing documents and spending money).

“Don’t tell me how to do my job. Beat it!
Larry Fine (in an episode of the Three Stooges)

If they try to bog it down, move on to the next target and make them file another lawsuit. Continue this ad infinitum.

The court challenges won’t last long. This is settled law. In the Supreme Court ruling on Presidential immunity they also conveyed that the President has absolute and complete authority over the Executive Branch of government. Let’s have a DC judge adjudicate differently. Now you have grounds for impeachment for failing to follow the laws as duly adjudicated by the Supreme Court. It may not work, but you can drag these sanctimonious political hacks through the wringer.

We shall see. According to the NYT, it appears some judge has blocked DOGE access to the payment system on some basis. It had been reported previously that DOGE had read=only access, so not quite clear what the “pretend-issue” could be. As far as I am concerned, if DJT has “complete and absolute authority over the Executive Branch”, if someone wants to block investigation, just start shutting pieces down altogether – the Twitter approach.

It’s no accident that the Communist Donks and Lefties embraced the use of activist Judges/Justices and Courts. They are largely unaccountable to We the People and even when moved to impeach them, requires a tremendous amount of “Bipartisanship” and incontrovertible evidence. The Political Branches are held to account every 2, 4, or 6 years. IT’S TIME TO RETHINK LIFE TIME APPOINTMENTS FOR JUDGES THAT PROVIDES LITTLE RESPECT TO THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME ACTIVISTS AND AGENTS FOR THOSE WHO WOULD DAMAGE OUR COUNTRY AND THE JUDICIAL BRANCH.

Adam Kinzinger seems panicked. He’s demanding Democrats go try to stop DOGE. He’s telling them quit staying home, go do something. I can’t wait to hear how much he was paid and what else gets uncovered.

Telling government workers to show up at their place of employment not to work but to protest people who are investigating if they are working or not is rather funny. The mob outside the DOE was hysterical. That poor security guy looked like he was ready to throat punch those idiots.

    BigRosieGreenbaum in reply to Reader45. | February 8, 2025 at 5:56 am

Notice he’s says “free idea”. I’m laughing picturing Maxine and the rest of her decrepit bunch trying to storm the DOE or the Treasury and high karate the DOGE people. I guess they can’t count on the paid mobs anymore to back them up.

I’d like to see the audit and where our taxpayer dollars went. Adam K. set up a 501(c)(4) “Social welfare” organization in January 2021 called Country First. I wonder how much money they received.

That right there is another item that needs to be eliminated: These Organizations that get tax free treated donations to do harm. The Catholic Church, Rockefeller Foundation, and Open Society Foundation that gets special treatment to act in a socially responsible manner, but fails by promoting and financing illegal immigration and others.

I think I always knew, it didn’t make any sense the amount of money collected on each working person in This Country
With terrible interstate, broken bridges, , outdated airports, freaking toll roads
Where is OUR money?
It’s OUR money, the taxpayers and I’m mad as hell and have been for a long long time
40 billion for charging stations and only 8 built, the money is gone, missing, little Pete was trying to breastfeed “his” children, whom he bought… these sick women taking 50,000 and up to bare children for gay couples… sorry, it’s not right, you don’t get everything, you chose your path, it didn’t include children being made by literally a prostitute.

At least the. Bible tells me so…

So 5 billion a charging station

No one, no one was watching the store… we know peter peter pumpkin eater wasn’t…

DaveGinOly in reply to gonzotx. | February 8, 2025 at 4:32 pm

    “It’s OUR money…”

Exactly. Schumer, Waters, et al aren’t trying to stop audits of how their money is being spent, they’re trying to stop audits of how our money is being spent.

There are thousands of important people in DC who spent big bucks getting their kids into big schools so they can meet the kids of other important people and be put in charge of multi-million dollar foreign money-pumps driven by USAID which channel that money back to other important people who donate to important Democrats who pass legislation which diverts millions more dollars into USAID projects…all of which just got abruptly terminated last week. We’re about to find out which foreign aid projects are real and which ones are fake fronts to channel cash to the Dems. I suspect a very unfavorable ratio.

The administrative state is in full control. Nobody runs the government.

An old saying from WWII, the flak is heaviest over the target. The D’s are really squealing, note the gaggle of idiots demeaning the guard at Dept of Education.

A very educational website is WWII US Bombers. Most people don’t realize that WWII was a constant battle of measure-counter measure, measure-counter measure, … Most measures lasted a few months at best. We can see this in real time with Ukraine and drone strategies. In terms of US politics, the key victory will be going hard at one agency to the point that it causes panic and dissent in the others. Take down enough people and the smart ones will realize that the best option is to go “State’s Witness.” In essence, with USAID, Trump went straight for their oil supply, and we will see some buses coming to a halt in the near future. Those unemployed protestors won’t be able to afford Portland for long if their “stipends” have been cut off. It has often been said that no country is more than 3 meals away from a revolution. I have to believe that is true with revolutions as well. The fact that there has been about 1% at most protests in Portland since November tells me that those funding them have already seen this as a lost cause, and may have also looked into the future to realize that their stockpiles weren’t going to be refilled. Up until a few weeks ago, most hard core liberals thought that the Dems were only sticking it to the Conservatives. Now they are starting to wake up to the Dem’s hands being in their pocket as well. Tis a new day in the USA.

The key lesson here is to cut off all grants and service contracts especially to NGO/Charities. The wokiestas burrow into these institutions, gain control and use the pre-existing ‘brand’ of the institution to hide behind and shield them as they implement lefty woke crap. See Catholic Charities and Lutheran Charities (among others) getting hundreds of millions to facilitate illegal aliens.

IowaHawk’s Axiom for the Gramscian March Through Institutions
    1. Identify a respected institution.
    2. kill it.
    3. gut it.
    4. wear its carcass as a skin suit, while demanding respect.

Here is how to bury the left with a stake through its heart. Hijack and control the press by whatever means necessary as Biden did. Do a full expose, presenting original documents and frightened witnesses, on the true origin, history, and installation of one pampered, down-low, huckster, Barry Soetoro, aka Barrack Obama.

Cry more
Win less

See no future
Pay no rent
All the money’s gone no where to go
But oh that magic feeling…

Has anyone actually filed a lawsuit specifically against the 90-day pause in payments?

You say “you hope” he (Trump) is successful. He absolutely MUST be successful. This is criminal and outrage is the biggest understatement one could make. All need to be held accountable. Furthermore, Obama needs to be in jail, if indeed, this was his unofficial 3rd term. He nearly ruined this country. He certainly ruined the lives of many.
