DEI has permeated every level of education and culture. At the Legal Insurrection Foundation, we have been actively combatting, cataloguing, and exposing DEI and it’s various acronym iterations for over a decade.
The newest Trump administration has taken swift action against many DEI strongholds, but it’s our view that the death of DEI is far from imminent.

The Democratic Party was built on racism and DEI proves that it still depends on racism.
The concept of DEI is deeply ingrained in the maleducated brains of many today. Look how reflexively and deceptively they change titles and dept. names of “former” DEI offices in colleges and universities.
We need “equity” inspectors, who can shut down federal funding with a snap of their fingers. Surprise spot inspections.
Anything less than meritorious hiring or instruction is un-American and wrong. Racist, actually.
A database of names of all people associated with DEI would be a nice resource.
This is not the end. This is not the beginning of the end; it is the end of the beginning.
Then, always remember that Americans will do the right thing, after they have tried everything else.
DEI will be like Hydra or shingles or malaria or whatever replicating / never-ending affliction one cares to compare it to.
The idea will never die. It will be repackaged or renamed but never removed completely.
