FBI Shut Down DEI Office in December

FBI Shut Down DEI Office in December

The agency did not elaborate on why it closed down the office or what will happen to the personnel.

Fox News reported that the FBI closed its Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) in December.

The agency did not say much to Fox News Digital: “In recent weeks, the FBI took steps to close the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), effective by December 2024.”

The agency did not elaborate on why it closed down the office or what will happen to the personnel.

The FBI has not taken down the website. It established the ODI office in 2012 but added diversity “as one of the organization’s core values.”

“We believe that differences in thought and belief, in race and religion, in orientation, and in ability contribute to more effective decision making, drive innovation, and enhance the employee experience,” according to the website. “We know that a more diverse workforce allows us to connect with and maintain the trust of the American people.”

Christopher Wray once declared: “One of the FBI’s priority initiatives is to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce. We all make better decisions when we have the benefit of different perspectives.”

Wray also announced his retirement last month, even though he had three years left in his term.

President-elect Donald Trump takes office on Monday. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that DEI offices and programs have shut down since Trump’s win.

Former FBI special agent and Fox News contributor Nicole Parker provided a long statement:

“I appreciate all forms of diversity. Make no mistake of that. What I do not appreciate is when there is a constant push for social justice weaponization at the FBI whose top priorities are to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution.”

She added that FBI Director Christopher Wray has made it clear that threats across and against the nation are “at an all-time high. ‘Flashing red lights,’ as he has stated in congressional testimony. There is no time for clubs, groups, or social agendas that divert time, attention and resources away from the mission of the FBI to protect the American people.”

“DEI is a dangerous distraction,” she continued. “I have no issue in celebrating whatever you would like regarding your heritage or gender or religion. But that should be done on your own time and not with the U.S. taxpayers’ dollars while on official Bureau time.”

Parker added, “The FBI needs to focus on hiring the best and brightest based solely on meritocracy. Americans deserve the best. I have never been on an operation or heard of a civilian calling into the FBI and requesting an individual of a certain race or gender provide them with assistance in solving their problem or stopping a crime they’ve fallen victim to. Americans simply want to be safe.”

“The FBI should be focused on being one in fighting crime, not various groups and divisions that divide,” she said.

Just check the personnel records for those who were assigned to those offices. Or perhaps those who use Was/Were/When as their pronouns in their signature block. Then reassign them all to the same outpost in Attu Island.

They can spend the rest of their careers looking for former Japanese spies and soldiers left behind after WWII. They should be easy to spot. Short, black hair, really old and slow.

They can be of diverse thought and mind together.

Reassign them to an embassy Legal Attache office in sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, or one of the former USSR ‘stans.

If the FBI was smart they would proactively start purging themselves, I guess they are waiting for the hatchet people to arrive.

All of FBI’s internal communications should be AI scanned to identify people to be reviewed for removal..

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have an official DEI office — all the indoctrinated personnel know whom to hire in the future, and it ain’t White guys.

They “claim” to have shut down the DEI office, but their credibility is hovering around zero. At a minimum, they should publish the names and current assignments of the DEI staffer4s.

A DEI hire is never the best-qualified applicant (or it wouldn’t be a DEI hire!)

Time to find out all the hires that were made at the behest of the DEI apparatus, and get rid of them. Look what DEI hiring did for Boeing and the Secret Service!

Kash should expect lots of obfuscation and missing records.

Then he should be prepared to prosecute when those records are missing. It is after all a crime to destroy government records

📢 They hid them in the basement across from the old X-Files office!

Leftism destroys everything it touches – including people. These employees probably spent much time and money educating themselves to do these jobs. What a disaster!

Meaning they call it something else now and ‘reassigned’ everybody else to jobs where they can lie about the fact they’re going to keep doing exactly what they were doing before.

Don’t trust these liars for one second.

TY Mary.
I don’t see where the FBI can be fixed. DEI is just one of many examples. The next few years will be interesting.

I don’t believe the FBI.

ODI? Is that short for “ODIOUS?”

If not, it should be.

All the left’s acronym institutions and policies, e.g. DEI, ESG, CRT, ABC, CNN, MSNBC etc, are rife with predictable communist failures.

Surprise.

It doesn’t matter what the office did to “protect” people. Those people can still be found and rooted out. This just makes it more obvious that they are trying to hide and stash.

And it was EXACTLY as I predicted.

They moved the chief of the DEI office to be the chief of the HR office.

They think they can burrow in and hide and keep doing exactly what they’ve been doing without consequences.

Wray better hopes he will get one of the many pardons that shit for brains is handing out.

At least one of the intel agencies shut down their DEI office on 1 Dec and opened an EO office with the same people the next day.

Electronically it looks like the hired Servpro. Like it never happened.
