Frustrated Jill Biden Berates Reporter for Asking Her if Joe is Going to Drop Out of the Race
“Why are you screaming at me? You know me. Don’t scream at me, just let me talk”
Yesterday a journalist asked Jill Biden if Joe is going to drop out of the race and Jill was clearly not happy about it. Jill is used to being asked to appear on fashion magazine covers, not confrontational questions.
Democrats in general, are not used to hostile treatment from anyone in the media.

First lady scolds reporter asking about Biden dropping out for ‘screaming’ at her
First lady Jill Biden scolded reporters for “screaming” at her Monday, as one tried to ask a question about her husband as she walked from a coffee shop to the car.
In a video shared by Washington Post senior video journalist JM Rieger, the first lady was confronted by a reporter who asked her about the growing number of Democrats calling for Biden to leave the race.
“Dr. Biden, do you have any message to House Democrats who are calling for your husband to drop out of the race? How are you feeling about the state of the race?” a female reporter could be heard shouting.
“Why are you screaming at me? You know me. Don’t scream at me, just let me talk,” Jill Biden responded.
She then entered her vehicle without answering any questions.

Jill Biden has fallen under increased scrutiny since it has become clear that she is a driving force behind Joe’s effort to stay in the race.
Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy claims that Jill has been sitting in on meetings at the White House.

Let’s all remember that there are only 161.4 million registered voters in the US in 2024 (168.3 in 2020).
Biden had 81 million in 2020. Trump got 72 million. 153 million votes. That’s a 91 percent voter turnout.
If Biden somehow gets 91 million in 2024, that would mean
-Trump would only be able to get about 72 million again with a high percentage of turnout
– millions of illegal voters turned out, making the voter turnout more than 100%
100 million would be astronomical.
But voter turnout in previous elections (before 2008) was not over 90 % consistently.
Actual numbers are hard to correlate because some numbers are by registered voters, and some stats use voting age population instead of registered voters.

2012 – Obama got 65.9 million votes (less than 2008)
2008 – Obama got 69.4 million

As just a viewer the reporters tend to get on my nerves, given the cacophony of nonsense that peppers their questions. But Jill needs to understand that dealing with them is part of being in politics. She can always do something else.

Gonna be interesting to watch the multiple layers of this drama play out. Primarily I want to see how some of the softer supporters of the d/prog react when viewing the obvious. Will some of these folks finally be convinced to critically analyze the d/prog, the contempt they have for normies and the obvious lies/distortions they and their media enablers are spinning? If this episode doesn’t cause some to stay home if they can’t bring themselves to pull the lever for Trump/GoP I am not sure what would.

These are the sort of people who are perfectly willing to believe that even communism can work “as long as the right people are in charge,” They will look at this simply as having been temporarily fooled by “the wrong people” — where those “wrong people” are just Joe and Jill and maybe a dozen other close associates — not a systemic fraud by tens of thousands of Democrat politicians and bureaucrats, with more than half again as many RINOs driving their getaway cars.
Not all of those who voted Biden and d/prog in ’20 are totally beyond the ability to open up their eyes and see the reality. Of the roughly half the Country who did support Biden probably 85-90% of them are just as you describe but the rest are probably capable of making a switch.
Relying on the “swing voter” — much less the “rational Democrat” — is an exercise in futility. I refer you to the 1998 race in Indiana’s 6th, where the candidate who managed to weasel his way to the top of the Democrat primary was a notorious mentally-disturbed convicted felon. Regardless, he still proved far more popular with the electorate than the Libertarian candidate, who still came in third with 11%.
Again not talking about the ‘swing voter’ here. I am talking about folks who don’t usually pay much attention, follow the crowd and vote d/prog b/c that’s what their friends/family do.
Some of those are seeing how bad off Biden is b/c it’s permeated into the cultural sphere instead of remaining in the ‘politics’ sphere. And some of those people have got to be at least asking themselves ‘how do we elect this guy who falls down, turns into a roomba and wanders off after making slurred and incomprehensible speeches’?
It ain’t a huge group. Let’s call it a group of 10% of d/prog voters from ’20. That’s about 4 million voters. We needed a few less than 250K of them to have pulled the GoP lever in ’20 to have captured the HoR, the Senate and the Presidency in ’20.

If the Senate agreed to hold a trial and there were enough Dem Senators who promised to impeach, that would, like Nixon, likely push Biden to drop out (doubt he’d actually resign). If he instead wanted to force the issue, the R’s would have to decide whether to go forward.
