Report: Burisma Executive Allegedly Paid Biden $5 Million When Hunter Sat on Board

Report: Burisma Executive Allegedly Paid Biden $5 Million When Hunter Sat on Board

Biden: “It’s a bunch of malarkey.”

Sources told Fox News that an FBI -generated FD-1023 form shows a Burisma Holdings executive paid then-Vice President $5 million when Hunter sat on its board:

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI’s interview with a “highly credible” confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

An FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources. The form is used to document information as told to an FBI agent, but recording that information does not validate or weigh it against other information known by the FBI.

Hunter started on the Burisma board after President Barack Obama appointed Joe as the go-to guy for Ukraine talks after the country kicked out puppet President Yanukovych.

The executive wanted the confidential source to give advice on how the Ukrainian energy company could weasel its way into the U.S. energy system by gaining rights and involvement with an American company:

According to the FD-1023 form, the confidential human source said the Burisma executive discussed Hunter’s role on the board. The confidential human source questioned why the Burisma executive needed his or her advice in acquiring access to U.S. oil if he had Hunter Biden on the board. The Burisma executive answered by referring to Hunter Biden as “dumb.”

The Burisma executive explained to the confidential source that Burisma had to “pay the Bidens” because Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma, and explained how difficult it would be to enter the U.S. market in the midst of that investigation.

The confidential source further detailed that conversation, suggesting to the Burisma executive that he “pay the Bidens $50,000 each,” to which the Burisma executive replied, it is “not $50,000,” it is “$5 million.”

“$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden,” the Burisma executive told the confidential human source, according to a source familiar with the document.

The source told Fox News that the confidential source “believes that the $5 million payment to Joe Biden and the $5 million payment to Hunter Biden occurred, based on his or her conversations with the Burisma executive.”

But the executive is smart because he paid Joe and Hunter through numerous bank accounts. The source believes it would take the feds “at least 10 years” to pin it all down.

The document also says “the Big Guy,” which supposedly means Joe Biden. The executive told the source he “didn’t pay the Big Guy directly.”

It’s all funny to Biden:

BIDEN: “I’m supposed to walk off the stage now.

(Laughter)

But wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.”

REPORTER: “The bribery allegation, Congresswoman Nancy Mace says there’s damning evidence in an FBI file that you sold out the country. Do you have a response to congressional Republicans?”

BIDEN: “Where’s the money? I’m joking.”

REPORTER: “Mr. President —“

BIDEN: “It’s a bunch of malarkey.”

Republicans finally gain access to whistleblower report today. And after more than eight months of investigation, the Department of Justice decides to bring charges against Trump today. Do you think the timing of these events might be related? The Democrats want to burn it all down lest they be called out.

Maybe we should just put them all in jail Biden, Trump, The Clintons, All of the permanent bureaucracy. Most of Hollywood.

It’s up to the GOP to begin the process. But then, we have a useful idiot named Ronna Romney running the party. It’s unbelievable.

    McCarthy is our last hope.

If McCarthy is our last hope we are truly screwed. If ever one needed an example of a windsock, he is it. I believe he has visions of the WH and he will not take any stand that would get him off of the fence. If it hadn’t been for the Freedom Caucus making him swear to their rules, he would have already sold us out. And anyone who thinks he is going to stick his neck out for Trump is dreaming. He is a career pol and they are all alike. Me first!

Trump wanted Ronna Romney to lead the Republican Party. And he got his wish.

Interesting how the proof is in the 3 1023s (IRS) and over 100 sars report (treasury).

Just so we’re clear, we’re talking about Fox News’ report from unnamed sources regarding an FBI record they haven’t seen, about unverified information they’ve received from confidential informants?

    txvet2 in reply to Flatworm. | June 9, 2023 at 5:50 pm

What I’ve seen is interviews with members of Congress who claim to have actually read the document in question, which was derived from a “reliable source” who has been providing intel for a number of other cases. You can interpret that any way you like.

markm in reply to Flatworm. | June 10, 2023 at 8:54 pm

One reason to withhold this document or heavily redact it is to protect the FBI informant – but the Fox News report contains enough detail that the Bidens and the Burisma executive should be able to identify him, so protecting the informant is no longer relevant.

The other problem with it is that this document is often used for unverified information. So the documents showing how this tip was investigated, what conclusions were reached, and what action was taken should be released too. Oh wait, is there no record of any FBI investigation or follow-up? Then the FBI has some explaining to do – and Congress ought to drop all FBI funding from spending billd until either they get a good explanation ending in the list of those found responsible, fired, and blackballed from all future federal jobs, or the problem is ended because the FBI no longer exists.

What is the money trail? How many shells? Remember, this potential payment had no effect on the security of the USA /s. Such payments would never be used to blackmail (if you ain’t black you ain’t mailed) FJoe Biden /s.

Trump gets indicted over a couple of boxes of declassified papers and office mementos (aka “They got nothing”) – BUT – The Biden Crime Family with the current occupant behind the Resolute Desk has taken bribes and payoffs, etc….and…well…that’s no big deal.

America is no longer a Constitutional Republic, it is fully a Fascist Regime.

inspectorudy in reply to Camperfixer. | June 9, 2023 at 5:52 pm

If the photos coming out are real, there were a lot more than a couple of boxes. A bathroom full, a stage stacked high with them. Of course it is our government showing the photos so there is no credibility there.

One could not write a better dystopian novel than to record what is actually going on in real life America.

Show our society to somebody from the 1950s and they would think it was a movie about a horrible dystopian future.

You don’t think the WWII vets and survivors of the depression sitting around the VFW or Elks Lodge or whatever in 1950 wouldn’t be woke to the trans? /s

Dathurtz in reply to CommoChief. | June 9, 2023 at 8:51 pm

I feel badly for our older servicemen. It’s gotta be tough to have given so much only to see what our country has been turned become and is becoming.

As a middle age Veteran of 26+ years in the Army with multiple combat tours and operational deployments to all sorts of unsavory places…. I don’t worry about anymore. It’s too stressful to worry about. The BS way we pulled out in Afghanistan and frankly Iraq have basically nullified 20 years of sacrifice, blood and treasure.

I focus on the things in my life I can control and make prudent plans for worst case events. If I can avoid dealing with woke weirdos I do so. If I can find alternatives to corporations infested with woke weirdo ideology I do so. There are lots of them but you have to look which takes more effort than most people are willing to put forth which is how these companies continue to get by with shoving their ideological agenda at us.

I grew up in the 1950s. I saw it all start to crumble in about 1965. The 1960s race riots were just part of it. The Chicago fiasco of 1968 combined with that damned war did the rest.

Now, I am old. I sincerely hope I am dead and gone when the lid really does blow off. I don’t know how to hunt or grow anything. I am stiff and slow moving. What have I left to help the fight?

I see myself dying at the hands of a PM-ed up female patrolman screaming at me to get on my knees, when I really can’t do it, or at least not fast enough for someone whose finger is already inside the trigger guard.

My worry is my wife and two young daughters. Hardship rests easily on men, but I am troubled because of the little ones.

CommoChief in reply to Dathurtz. | June 10, 2023 at 6:54 pm

Make prudent plans and take steps that you can afford and that you are willing to do over time. Plant a garden, not to eat so much as to practice and learn how to improve. Same with other basic ‘old fashioned’ skills.

And, the FBI and IRS have obviously been protecting dotard-marionette, Biden, and, his similarly rotten, corrupt, self-enriching, avaricious, mendacious and contemptible clan members, as well as the Clintons, over decades.

You don’t run a decades-old, foreign influence-peddling and racketeering scheme without the FBI and IRS covering up your misdeeds.

LI uses the term “allegedly” when describing these allegations against Brandon, but other sources reporting on the Trump indictment treat the allegations as proven facts. Glad to see LI tries to be impartial and recognize the concept of “innocent until proven guilty in a court of law”.

Joe Biden* sure is a smug, grifting c*nt, isn’t he?

With the DOJ, FBI, and DC Judges playing protect Biden nothing will happen. First the House needs to impeach all of Biden’s Admin and Biden and Harris. Then it will go to the Senate, but it will likely not get through the Senate because of the make up of the Senate.

I do believe this will force a different Dem to run for President in 2024 and that is likely Michelle Obama. I see this as a way for the Dems to push Biden out. I am not sure the person who would run with Michelle but Harris is a loser.

Michelle doesn’t want to be president, even if it means doing nothing at all. It will be Newsom if it’s not Biden. They certainly can’t run Kamala because freaking Dems hate her, and while the base is wild for Bernie, he can’t win a general (kind of like Trump on our side). It’s Newsom, and he’s beyond repellent.

CommoChief in reply to JG. | June 9, 2023 at 6:42 pm

IMO, Michelle Obama doesn’t have a thick enough skin to endure a campaign where she won’t be mostly off limits to attack as a spouse of the candidate. Nor does she want it bad enough. Why give up her current very cushy lifestyle, freedom to do/say whatever she wants and constant praise/adulation from d/prog for all the headaches of running for office? I don’t see it.

ChrisPeters | June 9, 2023 at 4:32 pm

Well, we’ve heard that Brandon wants a special legacy. Perhaps being the most corrupt politician at the federal level in US history will get him there,

Kevin McCarthy wanted the hot-seat, and know he’s got it. The persecution of President Donald Trump is the most important issue he will ever face. Second, is the corruption and treason of Joe Biden.

If Trump recieves no support, neither will we.
Tree of Liberty is indeed looking thirsty.

alien in reply to scooterjay. | June 9, 2023 at 5:56 pm

Jay, remember that the Tree requires the blood of tyrants AND patriots.

Do you think we have enough patriots willing to spill their blood in an effort to depose the tyrants?

To depose tyrants, yes. To die for Trump? Nope.

Sorry to say, Fuzzy, but I doubt that Americans have the fight left in them.

They — we — sure rolled over and showed their bellies for BLM, a stolen election, persecution of J6 participants, and Wuhan Flu authoritarianism.

There is still beer in the fridge, the fuel tank on the F-150 is full, and there’s sports on TV. Life’s good! All those with gun racks (empty) in the back window, and talking big down at one or another of the patriot’s drinking clubs won’t do a thing but talk.

If anything happens, it will start with The Shot Heard ‘Round the World Part 2.

That merchant or tradesman hassled one too many times by this or that “authority”.

The secretary who wants to get home and start dinner for her husband and kids stopped – again – by the patrolman who wants to flirt and “for a favor” won’t write her a ticket for something she didn’t do.

TSA quota-hires at ATL that wants to play Hassle the Honkey but tries it with the wrong man, one who really has nothing to lose.

The humble citizen who gets barked at by a “respect mah authorih-teh!” making a stupid demand, says “no”, and gets gunned down.

      It will multiply from there.

Noooooo…….say it ain’t so! Biden is corrupt and it all circles back to the Ukraine piggybank? Who knew except everyone for years. We all know why Ukraine was front and center for the State Dept and the Biden Crime Family. We also knew why everyone in the deep state fought so hard to keep it secret and have no investigations into what was going on there including Impeaching Trump over a silly phone call.
1) Biden shovels money to Ukraine for “aid”
2) Corrupt officials and business men make huge donations to PAC’s in the US supporting Dems
3) Obama puts Biden in charge of Ukraine policy
4) Prosecutors in Ukraine finally try to change course and clean up the mess including looking into Burisma
5) Burisma puts Hunter on their board and pays him $80k a month for something as a different way to get money to Biden now that everyone is looking at Ukraine
6) Biden shows up and demands Ukraine fire prosecutor looking into Burisma or they are not getting $1 Billion in loan guantee’s as Biden said on camera bragging about how big his Johnson is.
7) Corrupt officials in Ukraine fire prosecutor
8) Corrupt businessman with ties to Burisma sends Hunter $5 million for something through one of the 20 or so LLC’s tied to the Biden Crime Family.
9) Money is laundered and paid out to Biden, Hunter, Biden’s brother, sister, grandkids etc

Biden asks “where’s the money” while knowing nobody is going to do a proper forensic investigation of his and his family’s finances.
