Illegal immigrant Francisco Oropesa has been deported at least five times.
Fox News confirmed that the elite border patrol BORTAC agents captured illegal immigrant Francisco Oropesa, accused of murdering five in Cleveland, TX.

On Friday, Oropesa allegedly killed five people after one of them asked him to stop firing his gun outside of his home.
The victims are: Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25; Daniel Enrique Laso Guzman, 8; Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; and Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18.
The house had ten people. Three children were not hurt.

I saw a report that the mother of the 8y/o was a green card holder. I don’t anything about the other victims. Obviously the criminal had been deported multiple times.
I’ve seen that also, an asylee from Honduras. I know Honduras is a mess, but was she qualified for asylum? Under what provision(s)?

I saw something earlier, accurate or not, that he was to be given a $5 million bond.
That was a pre-arrest bond. I doubt he’ll get anything that low given his citizenship in Mexico.
Bus him to DC and drop him off in front of the White House. Let Biden and DC deal with his own mess.

Does a judge issue a court order when someone is deported? The court order should direct that the illegal never return so if they violate the order they are sent to prison..
Illegal re-entry into the country after being deported is already a felony.

Punishment is 2, 5, 10, or 20 years, depending.
