Roe ushered in 40 years of nationwide baby murder as a ‘right’, but Dobbs overturn of Roe doesn’t usher in nationwide baby murder as a crime. It should, but doesn’t, and this is why The Right always looses the culture war.
And don’t hand me the fallacy that the court doesn’t legislate when opinions like Korematsu, Brown, Roe, Kelo, Obergefell, etc. are de facto legislation imposed nationwide.
“The court has ruled. Law of the Land!”, screams the Left.
Yet, reversals are merely ‘neutrals,’ not reprisals to cower The Left or push the Overton window far right.
These flaccid opinions only embolden the lawless Left to inflict violence to advance their agenda – as witnessed by the headlines above.

That’s because the Left:
