Left Wing Group “Jane’s Revenge” Announces “Open Season” on Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

Left Wing Group “Jane’s Revenge” Announces “Open Season” on Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

“Everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam: now is the time. Go forth and manifest the things you wish to see.”

A shadowy pro-abortion group called “Jane’s Revenge” has issued a statement declaring “open season” on pro-life centers and organizations. They have also claimed credit for related attacks that have already happened.

The Biden Justice Department, which seemingly had no problem with the idea of labeling parents at school board meetings as terrorists, has yet to issue a public statement on this.

This is all based on the leaked opinion about Roe vs. Wade. Radicals are trying to send a message.

Danielle Wallace reports at FOX News:

Letter signed by radical abortion group Jane’s Revenge declares ‘open season’ on pro-life pregnancy centers

The pro-abortion radical group dubbed “Jane’s Revenge” that’s claimed responsibility for various arson attacks and vandalism since the leak of a draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade published a new letter Tuesday declaring “open season” on pro-life pregnancy crisis centers.

The letter spoke of a supposed 30-day deadline for all pro-life groups to cease operations and condemned those “who impersonate healthcare providers in order to harm the vulnerable.”

“We were unsurprised to see thirty days come and thirty days pass with no sign of consilience or even bare-minimum self-reflection from you,” the letter dated June 14 reads. “History may not repeat itself, but it certainly rhymes, and we’ve already seen such stanzas where medical autonomy is stripped away, humanity is increasingly criminalized, and merely surviving becomes largely untenable.”

It then warns to pro-life groups “your thirty days expired yesterday.”

“We offered an honourable way out,” it says. “You could have walked away. Now the leash is off. And we will make it as hard as possible for your campaign of oppression to continue.”…

The letter claimed responsibility for various attacks already seen in the cities of Portland, Eugene and Gresham in Oregon, as well as in Olympia, Lynwood and Vancouver in Washington state. In Maryland, the group claims to have carried out actions in Reisterstown and Frederick.

Here’s more of their statement, via the Catholic News Agency:

“You could have walked away. Now the leash is off. And we will make it as hard as possible for your campaign of oppression to continue,” the post says.

“Rest assured that we will, and those measures may not come in the form of something so easily cleaned up as fire and graffiti,” the post says. “Sometimes you will see what we do, and you will know that it is us.”

The post threatened harassment to the point when “Eventually your insurance companies, and your financial backers will realize you are a bad investment.”

The post says that any “anti-choice group” that ceases operations will not be targeted.

“But until you do, it’s open season, and we know where your operations are. The infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive. We will never stop, back down, slow down, or retreat. We did not want this; but it is upon us, and so we must deal with it proportionally,” the post says.

“Through attacking, we find joy, courage, and strip the veneer of impenetrability held by these violent institutions,” it says.

Addressing allies of the group, the post says, “Go do one of your own. You are already one of us. Everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam: now is the time. Go forth and manifest the things you wish to see. Stay safe, and practice your cursive.”

This is terrorism. What else would you call it?

Democrats don’t seem to care at all.

The Daily Wire managed to get a statement from the assistant press secretary at the White House:

White House Condemns Radical Missive Promising More Pro-Abortion Violence Against Pro-Life Organizations

On Wednesday afternoon, President Joe Biden’s administration condemned a radical missive purportedly from the pro-abortion group “Jane’s Revenge” promising to continue violent attacks on pro-life clinics and organizations.

“Violence and destruction of property have no place in our country under any circumstances, and the President denounces this,” White House Assistant Press Secretary Alexandra LaManna told The Daily Wire.

“We should all agree that actions like this are completely unacceptable regardless of our politics,” she added.

This comes on the heels of an attempt on the life of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

We are reaching a dangerous boiling point in this country.

Wait until the law dogs at Eff Bee Eye find out about this. Who am I kidding? They’re probably involved.

When you connect all of the dots, it is no surprise that Congress has now decided that the most important issues to be dealt with right now is Jan 6, abortion rights and gun rights.

Meanwhile, a crazy Brandon is running rough-shod bringing us to the brink of economic collapse.

We focus a lot on the various dots here at LI without connecting them to the obvious: the Davos crowd never foresaw Donald Trump and the broad support he captured that is still expanding and getting their heels planted. What we are witnessing today is panic, not by us, by the Davos crowd. The unified globalists are splintering and turning on each other. So we are still in the game.

Win or lose, it is going to be very ugly and the economy is going to suffer for years. But if we are going to win this in the end, we have to stay focused. There IS a light at the end of this dark tunnel but it is hard to say how far we are from the end. Here is something that presents perspective about what we are dealing with.

https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/luongo-why-fed-raised-75bps-how-break-davos-crowd

The current insanity is a sign that we have the enemy in a panic. Panicked enemies make big mistakes. It is up to us to remember who we are and what it is we are willing to fight for. We have no other choice. We may even be winning but it will be hard tell the difference between winning vs losing for a while. Remember, there is a reason why they are so insanely obsessed with Trump and oil. Hello?

Not to threadjack, but, here goes. If we end up having a Convention of States, CONSIDERABLE attention needs to be given to just how much power a president has. This Royal Edict / Executive Order stuff must be stopped.

      Fur sure Big Bear..

I have searched the Constitution for the portion that empowers Congress to delegate its lawmaking power to executive agencies. It’s not there.

Old Patzer in reply to ecreegan. | June 17, 2022 at 1:10 pm

Did you check in the penumbras? That’s where all the good stuff is.

Milhouse in reply to ecreegan. | June 17, 2022 at 2:25 pm

It’s obvious that Congress can delegate some rule-making authority, because it’s literally impossible for Congress itself to enact every little regulation that is needed to carry out its intentions. That’s included in the “necessary and proper” clause; it’s necessary and proper to the exercise of every enumerated power to delegate rule-making authority to the executive.

The non-delegation doctrine doesn’t rule out all delegation; but it says that Congress must set the policy, and an “intelligible principle” that all regulations must conform to, and then it can leave it to the executive to make the specific regulations. That way a court can decide that a regulation doesn’t conform to the principle, and strike it down. If the “principle” is so vague that no conceivable regulation would fail to conform, then it’s an impermissible delegation.

What I would like to see, though, is that since regulators are exercising the legislature’s authority, either house should be able to veto a regulation; it shouldn’t require a vote of both houses, let alone the president’s concurrence. If an agency makes a rule in the legislature’s name, a simple majority in one house should be able to say “Hey, that’s not what we meant”, and that should be an end of it. I was very surprised when I learned that this is not so.

INS v Chadha was wrongly decided, and Congress should not only ask the current court to override it, but if it won’t Congress should ignore it, and should use its impeachment powers to enforce that.

ecreegan in reply to Milhouse. | June 17, 2022 at 4:15 pm

Allowing either house to override an executive agency’s rule would also accord by the principle that no legislature can bind its successors.

The Convention of States is designed to be considering specific issues and only those issues. If that is one of the issues, NOW is the time to provide the wording that will be up for a vote. The CoS is NOT an open-ended exercise. It is NOT a Constitutional Convention to be hijacked into a rewrite of the Constitution.

So if you want that included, you will need more than throw out a general idea. What is the change you are looking for? How is it worded? What is it based on?

henrybowman in reply to Pasadena Phil. | June 17, 2022 at 3:59 pm

“The CoS is NOT an open-ended exercise. It is NOT a Constitutional Convention to be hijacked into a rewrite of the Constitution.”

That’s when everybody told themselves before our last constitutional convention.
Fool me twice, shame on me.

It’s NOT a constitutional convention. THAT is the whole point! It’s a CONVENTION OF STATES for the consideration of a SPECIFIC LIST OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS! Get that right and we can talk. There has been only one Constitutional Convention and that was in 1788 so what are you talking about being fooled?

That’s what the 1788 convention was too. And look what it did.

You seem to think there is some magical difference between the words “constitutional convention” and “convention of states”. That is a bizarre idea. They are exactly the same thing.

You sound like those people who think that a congressional declaration of war is not valid unless it contains the magic words “We declare war”! That’s not how law works. The law is not magic; it doesn’t give a sh*t what specific words anyone uses, so long as they mean the same thing. An “authorization of the use of military force” is a declaration of war. And a convention to consider amending the constitution is the same thing no matter what you call it.

Yes indeed. The appearance of DJT as a disruptive force can’t be argued. He successfully galvanized the pre-existing Tea Party movement, economic conservatives together with mass sentiment among the blue collar voters that our uni party establishment was selling us down the river.

The devotes of globalism were hindered by this. Let’s recall that this wasn’t an entirely American phenomenon. The Brexit vote was another serious blow to the globalist movement. MAGA and Brexit were staunchly opposed by the globalist establishment and both were hindered by a ‘resistance’ among the permanent bureaucracy in both Nations and those of other globalist institutions.

I agree that our globalist minded political opponents are frightened that the average Citizen is becoming less tolerant of their agenda. The striking thing is the universal condemnation and opposition to anything and anyone who dares not follow the globalist goals of an interdependent global economic and power structure with western gifts and institutions, NATO and the EU, being used as enforcers of the globalist establishment.

You at least of politicians actually willing to do the right thing by your country.

We may have got BREXIT but we didnt get politicians with the backbones needed to enact the changes people wanted from brexit. Instead we got signed up to tax harmonisation the day after 10% China Joe was sworn in…and we got net zero. So apart from a name change nothing has actually changed.

Jan 6 Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson made an astounding admission yesterday. He revealed that the purpose of the committee is to make sure that Trump is not ever again the Republican nominee for POTUS but to scare off anyone he may endorse and those who may wish to work for them. THAT is why Trump is the ONLY ONE who makes a difference today and in 2024.

For those who believe DeSantis would be a better candidate, it’s time to wake up and smell the coffee. Knock it off. How would DeSantis fare were he to follow the advice of Team Rove and his ilk and challenge Trump? He would get crushed! Can he withstand the constant assault the Trump has suffered through and remains standing? Could he deal with the constant personal lawsuits to him and his family and to those who work for him? With Trump out of the way, The Swamp would have no problem sweeping DeSantis out of the way.

Once we are past next November, this will get much worse. We have two superstars right now and we need them both. I am confident DeSantis “gets it”. Now the rest of us have to “get it”.

The Gentle Grizzly in reply to Pasadena Phil. | June 17, 2022 at 2:30 pm

We could always run Romney again. And, what’s Bob Dole up to these days?

It’s the GOPe that pushed Romney, McCain and Dole who are pushing hardest for DeSantis to declare he will be challenging Trump in the primary. Geez, I wonder why? For any conservative to be trying to kick up the dust between Trump and DeSantis is so absurd, This is the typical thing that happens on the way to victory that the Stupid Party is famous for.

We always have to hold our noses and choose the lesser of two evils. We now have two superstart and have to pick one? Why? Let Trump decide what he wants to do. Trump wouldn’t have to worry about being re-elected and could immediately start cleaning house of squishes across the landscape. DeSantis could never do that. He would even find himself in the same spot Trump was in when he had to make decisions about his White House appointments when no one was presenting any good choices. Having challenged Trump, DeSantis (if even nominated never mind elected…doubtful) would be under siege with no powerful friends. DeSantis would never get away with cleaning house.

        Phil,

We get it. You prefer DJT in 2024. Most of us, hell almost all of us around here would be perfectly happy to vote and campaign for DJT should he earn the nomination.

As yet, DJT hasn’t declared as a candidate to compete in the r primary. Maybe before declaring that DJT is the only candidate who can save us because …reasons… we should wait for him to declare as a candidate.

When you position DJT as the one true saviour in 2024 before he has thrown his hat into the ring you undermine every other candidate if DJT decides not to compete. Everyone else automatically becomes the 2nd choice replacement at best.

That’s not a good way to build enthusiasm and maintain it through the general election and attract the non r support necessary to win a general election. How do we sell the 2nd choice at best candidate in the scenario you are creating? It’s bad strategy for a political party and the party is bigger than DJT, it has to be because we need candidates after DJT in 2028 and beyond.

There is no getting through to you and you ilk. “The true savior”, “Trump cult”,…? What BS. This NOT about who has a bromance with one candidate or another. It’s not about people like me being a Trump cult either so enough with the DeSantis BS. Trump and Desantis are steamrolling through this year heading into November! We need BOTH Trump and DeSantis to win in 2024 but you guys keep coming back to me with the same DeSantis BS that Karl Rove and the Bush squishes keep pitching to stir up trouble. Trump IS indispensible! He is the one taking all of the big hits, not DeSantis!

DeSantis may very well become a two-term president and I certainly do hope so. But, and this is the part too many of you seem to have a major mental block about, NOT IF HE CHALLENGES TRUMP FOR THE 2024 NOMINATION! Will I have to repeat that again? Copy this and pin it to your wall. There is only one clear path to victory before us and Trump is the guy paving that path and fighting the major battles, not DeSantis. Why can’t we celebrate that! What is wrong with you people? You just can’t stand winning?

CommoChief in reply to CommoChief. | June 17, 2022 at 7:28 pm

          Phil,

Let’s begin with the errors in your diatribe:
          1. falsely attributing the phrase ‘Trump Cult’ to me in this instance.
          2. My ilk? I began voting at 18 in 1988 and have pulled the r lever for president every election. You don’t like lifelong r who vote, contribute and campaign for r candidates and were trying to get the most MAGA candidates across the finish line 30 years prior to MAGA? I have been very lonely on the populist right until recently my friend.
          3. Karl Rove is the epitome of what I despise in r circles; an arrogant, condescending little miss can’t be wrong who insists on his way.
          4. I love winning and hate to lose. I hate losing more than I like winning. As a reminder Biden is POTUS not DJT following the 2020 election so bamboozled, cheated and shenaniganed or not DJT didn’t keep the WH.
          5. I didn’t mention any name other than DJT. Nor did I refer to DeSantis or any other potential candidate. You brought DeSantis into today’s discussion not I.

Here’s a simple sales lesson. Don’t insult the people you are trying to convince to buy what you are selling. That’s equally applicable to political campaigns.

I believe you misjudge the audience. Those who are already die-hard Only Trump voters don’t need convincing nor should you waste time on Never Trump asswipes. There are a goodly number of us in between those camps who could be convinced, many of us who genuinely like DJT and respect his tenure. Insulting us won’t help your sales goals anymore than it worked for HRC.

You continue to maintain that DJT is the indispensable candidate for 2024. I respect your unwavering commitment to DJT’s potential candidacy in 2024. Right now that’s all it is, a potential candidacy. He hasn’t declared yet. Indispensable implies we we can’t win without him as our nominee. If decides not to run then what?

taurus the judge | June 17, 2022 at 11:14 am

Don’t be surprised to eventually discover that this group is a USG front designed to pass off as a white supremacists’ group for political effect.

In either case, expect no significant action by any Federal and many state LEA.

Like the newly “exposed” Christian Nationalists?

The graffiti includes the anarchist symbol, an A circled. They are anarchists. I seriously doubt the DOJ will take any action against anarchists. They’ve seemed to become a far-left anarchist organization themselves.

It’s sad. Conservatives have lost all their rights. Merrick Garland has ignored his duties to be impartial, politizing the Department of Justice, by classifying conservatives, including mothers attending school board meetings as terrorists. Other leftists in the DOJ and FBI misused those organizations to terrorize and disable the Trump administration, for three years in the Russian-collusion prosecution that they knew was false, When Merrick Garland says he is targeting “white supremacists,” that means he is using Defense grade technology to monitor and act against any conservative, including all visitors to this site. It’s very serious. The same technology used to destroy a Russian invasion of Ukraine is being entrusted to these radicals.
In the past 100 years, they have murdered 100 million people. They have no off switch, as we saw in the Trump investigations.

Milhouse in reply to taurus the judge. | June 17, 2022 at 2:43 pm

Huh? They’re not trying to pass themselves off as white supremacists. On the contrary, they purport to be “anti-racist” (which is modern code for “black supremacist”), and I see no reason to suppose that’s not true.

The US Attorney General should be on top of this, as a civil rights violation.

That sounds like knowingly conveying a threat to cause death or bodily harm to a person. It is also an offense to threaten to burn, destroy or damage property or threaten to kill, poison or injure an animal or bird that belongs to a person.

Every State in the Union has laws with wording similar to the above. California Penal Code 422 PC for instance defines the crime commonly referred to as criminal threats. These are threats of death or great bodily injury that are intended to (and that actually do) place victims in reasonable and sustained fear for their safety or that of their families.

Committing those acts across State lines becomes an FBI issue and federal law applies as well.

I won’t hold my breath.

IMO the Democrats want riots this summer to try and distract from gas prices, inflation, the bad economy and plunging stock market. Nothing like a little more crime.

    WTPuck in reply to jb4. | June 17, 2022 at 2:13 pm

Milhouse in reply to WTPuck. | June 17, 2022 at 2:45 pm

There is no such thing as martial law in the USA, except when and where the civil courts are unable to open. The moment a civil court is able to open for business, martial law is automatically no longer in effect.

Unless the military, or quite probably a para-military force loyal to the Left, are in the streets decreeing what is allowed. Keep in mind that the Democrats/Leftists do not care about the Constitution, consent of the governed, or legitimacy. To them immediate power is legitimacy.

Milhouse in reply to Subotai Bahadur. | June 17, 2022 at 6:32 pm

That’s not martial law, that’s just gang rule. No declaration is needed for such a thing. When you say that the president will declare martial law, you are of necessity talking about a legal state of affairs, and the fact is that under US law “martial law” can’t exist if a civil court is functioning in the area.

henrybowman in reply to Subotai Bahadur. | June 19, 2022 at 2:15 pm

I don’t understand all the downvotes. Milhouse is 100% right. The constitution does not allow for any sort of martial law at all, none. If America ended up under martial law because of a military coup, that would be entirely extra-constitutional. It would be de facto martial law, but it would not be something for instance that a president could decare. The constitution simply does not allow for it, regardless of what Abe Lincoln thought. When you hear anybody make comments about “the president declaring martial law,” you know immediately that “that man is a red, that man is a communist.”

The Dems continue to declare ‘open season’ on conservatives. What if one day some place conservatives agree to give them what they seem to crave? Sometimes people need to be given what they want.

Here we have a group claiming responsibility for repeated instances of B/E, vandalism, arson. They make clear in their announcement that these acts were a warm up with more vigorous and possibly violent acts to follow ‘ now the leash is off’ and that future actions ‘ may not come in the form of something so easily cleaned as fire and graffiti’. In addition they declared an ‘open season’ on their political opponents.

The WH offered up a tepid off camera statement from a deputy WH spokesman and so far we haven’t seen the DoJ offer anything approaching the commitment of resources or the level of response offered v the Public and Parents voicing their concerns to School Boards whom they maligned as domestic threats and potential domestic terrorists.

No need to conduct a thought experiment replacing this alt left group with an equivalent alt right group to speculate if the same level seriousness, commitment of resources are deployed by the DoJ and attention in legacy media. We already see the clear difference.

Withholding govt resources from non favored individuals and entities is as bad as using them to target the non favored based on their political affiliation and policy preferences. I certainly hope everyone involved understands that these actions and failure to act are creating a new standard for the future. The worm always turns. When it does I for one don’t want to hear the wailing and crying about unfairness when the shoe is on the other foot and leftists find themselves on the receiving end of their new standard.

CommoChief in reply to Peabody. | June 17, 2022 at 12:57 pm

Disagree. Look at the consternation on the part of d/prog re the composition of SCOTUS. For decades the d/prog relied upon SCOTUS to provide victories they were unable to achieve legislatively. The d/prog and in particular the extreme left are outraged that an ‘unelected’ body of 9 appointed attorneys won’t reliably rule in favor of their political policy preferences. For 60+ years SCOTUS could be counted on to rule in favor of lefty programs, polices and viewpoints.

Today, as we see in the leaked draft opinion of Dobbs, they have radically altered their support for the wisdom and probity of the CT. When Obamacare was narrowly and mistakenly decided in their favor it was the last word and we were told to shut up and accept it. Now that the balance of the CT has shifted and their pet policies may not survive they sing a different tune.

Similarly when a reformed DoJ is refocused on actual domestic threats; environmental terrorists, griffting tribalist race hustlers, pro abortion terrorists among other members of the leftist coalition they will also be shocked and angry.

They may not appreciate the coming lesson in how an errant and politicised executive branch can use it’s discretion to unfairly target political opponents. At a minimum they will will begin to understand what those of us on the populist right have have repeatedly told them warned them about. Perhaps walking a few decades in our shoes will reinforce our continued warning message that we must have politically neutral institutions. Perhaps not.

Serious question: Why should they care about that? Suppose Dick Heller (of Heller v D.C.) had a sudden conversion to hoplophobia, would that make any difference to us? Of course not. Even supposing that Alan Gura and Robert Levy were to do the same, we would regret their loss from the cause, but it wouldn’t affect our devotion to it. So what difference should Ms Roe’s opinions make to them?

This will end when the right decides its had enough and starts fighting back. That paint didn’t magically appear.

They won’t do anything about this since it’s as diffused as Antifa is. They don’t like condemning organizations without knowing all the members in charge.

In my state, arson of a dwelling you believe to be occupied can be stopped by the use of deadly force.

This is a solid red region, the rule of law is still upheld, we have Constitutional carry, and we have one of the highest numbers of firearm ownership of any state. This has lead to one conclusion- Peace and prosperity.
