FDA Requesting 55 years to Process FOIA Request For COVID Vaccine Data

FDA Requesting 55 years to Process FOIA Request For COVID Vaccine Data

Plaintiffs assert that FDA should be able to get them the information by March 3, 2022. Meanwhile, talk of changing definition of “fully vaccinated” begins.

In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the Food & Drug Administration is asking a federal court to grant the agency until 2076, 55 years, to process and release all the data on the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

The agency seeks to release 500 pages per month until the enormous volume of information has been completely processed.

Justice Department lawyers representing the FDA note in court papers that the plaintiffs are seeking a huge amount of vaccine-related material – about 329,000 pages.

The plaintiffs, a group of more than 30 professors and scientists from universities including Yale, Harvard, UCLA and Brown, filed suit in September in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, seeking expedited access to the records. They say that releasing the information could help reassure vaccine skeptics that the shot is indeed “safe and effective and, thus, increase confidence in the Pfizer vaccine.”

But the FDA can’t simply turn the documents over wholesale. The records must be reviewed to redact “confidential business and trade secret information of Pfizer or BioNTech and personal privacy information of patients who participated in clinical trials,” wrote DOJ lawyers in a joint status report filed Monday.

The FDA proposes releasing 500 pages per month on a rolling basis, noting that the branch that would handle the review has only 10 employees and is currently processing about 400 other FOIA requests.

The plaintiffs in this case assert that the FDA should be able to get them the information by March 3, 2022, in just over four months.

‘This 108-day period is the same amount of time it took the FDA to review the responsive documents for the far more intricate task of licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine,’ wrote Aaron Siri of Siri & Glimstad in New York and John Howie of Howie Law in Dallas in court papers.

‘The entire purpose of the FOIA is to assure government transparency,’

‘It is difficult to imagine a greater need for transparency than immediate disclosure of the documents relied upon by the FDA to license a product that is now being mandated to over 100 million Americans under penalty of losing their careers, their income, their military service status, and far worse.’

I would argue that the expedited review is reasonable and essential, in light of the fact that public health agencies are considering changing the definition of “fully vaccinated” to three shots.

Waning vaccine immunity and rising infections due to the Delta variant has prompted wealthy nations to reconsider the definition of “fully vaccinated” — which usually means two Covid-19 jabs.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson admitted as much on Monday, saying boosters were vital to prevent pandemic restrictions from being reintroduced. “It’s very clear that getting three jabs — getting your booster — will become an important fact and it will make life easier for you in all sorts of ways,” he told a press conference.

Other European nations are moving towards mandates on booster jabs. By December 15, anyone over the age of 65 will need a third dose to revalidate their vaccination pass in France, President Emmanuel Macron announced last week. In Austria, full vaccination status expires after nine months of the second dose, which in effect enforces booster doses. In Israel, unless you received your second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine within the last six months, you now need a third dose to become eligible for a green pass, which allows entry to gyms, restaurants and other venues.

Arrest the obstructionists, give the rest only as much time as it took them to approve the “vaccine” in the first place to repeat their review of the documentation.

The effects of the Jeff Sessions and William Barr treason will be felt for generations, and will likely be the genesis for the US breaking into seperate nations.

In fact, it will likely be the genesis for WW3.

if you have seen what they released already it’s no wonder it will take 55 years. it’s over 500 pages

Such BS. The tiny LI staff probably produces 200 pages per month all by themselves, and they have to compose them from a standing start.

Doubtless, every page is already in an electronic format, and could be posted to the FDA web site tomorrow.

The problem being that the FDA claims that they must review each and every page for necessary “redactions” before releasing the information. And of course, that will take at least “55 years” so that all of the principal players in this little drama will either all be retired or more likely dead by the time their peccadilloes and treasons are revealed. Convenient for them, not so much for us.

Got that much to hide?

Simple….Everyone.. and I mean everyone may be dead by then anyway … death of a 1000 jabs. So saving the world comes after protecting $$$.

My company received an overly-broad subpoena a few months ago. After narrowing it down to 14,000 pages, the judge gave us an additional 30 days.

DOJ should re-task some of the agents investigating parents for complaining about their school board and knock it out in a month or two.

The Feds have no intention of releasing the data, regardless of whether the time is 55 years or 550 years.

Considering all the money Pfizer has made on this project they could hire a few thousand people for the FOIA requests.

Man, the money just goes round and round.

Those billions being siphoned to Pfizer by Pfauci is finding its way into the pockets of most fo the democrat party.

Oh – and let’s not get the pockets of the hacks of the GOPe.

But it’s not Pfizer they are dealing with. And even if they were Pfizer isn’t subject to FOIA requests. They are under no obligation to release any information to the public.

The FDA on the other hand . . .

Does that mean that we don’t have to get the jab for 55 years as well, until after the data and the historical safety data have been analyzed and reviewed? Naw, didn’t think so.

Just the fact that they’re asking for this much time suggests that (1) they just accepted what Pfizer gave them without question, (2) they don’t want anybody involved left alive to answer questions when the data is finally released, and (3) they’ve got a lot to hide.

The data is available NOW (pun intended), and it confirms a “vaccine” that is not fit for general distribution, especially in low-risk cohorts. A “vaccine” that is nonsterilizing, neither robust nor durable, produces excess adverse events, is the source of silent spreaders. There is a reason why the efficacy and safety of novel vaccines are established over years, a decade or more. Follow the science, not cargo cult.

Speaking of high-risk cohorts…

Antihistamines and azithromycin as a treatment for COVID-19 on primary health care – A retrospective observational study in elderly patients

The mean age of our population was 85 and 48% were over 80 years old. No hospital admissions, deaths, nor adverse drug effects were reported in our patient population. By the end of June, 100% of the residents had positive serology for COVID-19.

It is not vaccinated vs unvaccinated, but rather vaccinated, immune, resistant, and conditional exposure.

55 years to process a FOIA? In 55 years there won’t be any freedom of information in this country. In 55 years there won’t be a country.

“Our job to get to the truth for you… so you don’t have to!”

It took 108 days from when Pfizer first began submitting documents to gain full licensure for their mRNA jabs until they received full licensure.

But now we’re told that it’ll take 55 years to make those documents public.

Oh, no. Nothing suspicious in there. When we’re all dead and gone, especially those who might have legal liability for cutting corners in the approval process, then if anybody is left can read the supporting documentation for the FDA’s decision to approve the jabs. And, whoops! Find out both the government regulators and the regulated companies cut corners.

I am not putting this s*** into my body.

That seems honest. And ethical. /sarc

Don’t ask them. Just make stuff up, like Fauxch and media. Need evidence, call the Clintons, that has been their career, creating the appearance of something, out of nothing.

You cannot believe a single word that comes out of the CDC and the FDA is no better by refusing to provide a single word about something that they have inflicted against the American way of life.

I do not trust anything that the federal government purports, they have proven that they will deceive anyone and everyone in accordance with their entrenched calculus of deception.

How many years will it take to release the name of the black driver that ran over all the white people at the Waukesha Christmas parade?

Sandy Berger could do it…. 329,000 pages would be nothing. Piece of cake.
If you weren’t sure the FDA is as diseased as the rest of DC, here you go.

In another 55 years, Fauci will probably still be running the NIAID

The Patriot Act was the the end. The government can do whatever it wants to do. Fifty-five years to completely bury the truth. That will be extended should anyone responsible still be alive.
I have waited fifty-eight years for the complete documentation of the Kennedy assassination.

Hah, 55 years? There’s a about $750 Billion unspent from the Covid bill in March plus $1.2 Billion in the ‘bipartisan’ infrastructure legislation that has been passed and signed. How about reprogram a couple of bucks to catch up on FOIA requests for every agency? Especially anything related to Covid since we are forced to pretend it’s an ’emergency’.
