Hand Overplayed: Two School Board Associations Denounce NSBA, Reject AG Garland’s Threat Against Concerned Parents

Hand Overplayed: Two School Board Associations Denounce NSBA, Reject AG Garland’s Threat Against Concerned Parents

School boards and parents must continue to take a stand.

What we are seeing happening across government, business, and education is horrifying. White employees of major corporations from Disney to American Expresss to Coca-Cola are vilified, trained to be “less white” and are routinely, as part of the racist CRT training, pitted against their fellow, often minority, employees who are simultaneously being trained to hate white people, including their fellow white employees.

Nothing says “success” like purposefully destroying your corporate culture by purposefully training employees to hate, distrust, and reject one another. Go Team!?

It’s one thing to try to brainwash adults with their racist crazy, and it’s a completely different thing to push this poison on children in taxpayer-funded K-12 classrooms. I can be told all day, every day to be “less white,” nod, smile, regurgitate whatever, and it affects me zero much. Children, however, are a different story. As the destructive, evil left, from Hitler to Mao, knows all too well.

The left’s push to teach children that they are either an oppressor or oppressed based on their skin color is pure evil. It seeks to dehumanize everyone, delegitimatize personhood, kill the soul, the spirit, the being of every person touched.

The goal, of course and obviously, is to manufacture a self-loathing, fearful of “others” populace that clings to government as the answer. It’s a disgusting rejection of humanity, of the human spirit, of hope and of love, of democracy, in the service of a power, influence, and wealth. It’s immoral and disgusting.

The Democrat playbook is about hate, division, disunity, dysfunction, and creating the ultimate dystopia in which people are “ruled” by elites who are not ‘public servants’ but who are—essentially—demigods, holding over us every God-given right and demanding our complete submission to their will.

Biden’s compromised AG Merrick Garland issued a release threatening normal, and justly concerned, American parents. That was a bridge too far. Americans will not stand for this tyranny, particularly when issued from a low-life grifter like super-slimy Garland.

Finally, we are seeing pushback from school board associations.

So far, it’s only two, but the floodgates will open, and grifter Garland and the already wobbly Biden administration are going to have to either fold on this racist curriculum (thus earning squishy indie votes they desperately need) or double-down and lose it all.

Has anyone ever heard of the National School Boards Association? Will we find out it’s a recently created leftist group posing as some overarching legitimate national association. It’s a standard leftist tactic to create front groups posing as conservative to take down conservative candidates.

National School Boards Assn is a woke neo-racist organization pushing a CRT agenda. Look at their website and see for yourself.

Who would support establishing an alternative assn ?

People often say “what can I do about it” – This is what can be done. Set up a new Association for School Boards that is not biased or supporting of CRT / indoctrination. Then donate to the new Association – volunteer for it. I would be happy to work with anyone who is doing this or wants to do it.

The NSBA has been around for years. I attended its national convention back in around 2000, when I was a school board member. I found its presentations marginally useful. However, the keynote speaker was Colin Powell, whom I was looking forward to but after hearing him determined that he was a pompous toad.

I think the NSBA is just following Robert Conquest’s Second Law. In spades, so to speak.

Not only is he a pompous toad, Powell’s also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Yet again, that common denominator – membership in the CFR – pops up over and over when analyzing who is sponsoring hare-brained ideas which invariably harm American interests.

Of course they overplay. That is their way. But in the process they show exactly who they were said to be. It has a cumulative effect. They will overplay one thing after another until they receive an incredible surprise next election. Despite their attempts at control of information, people seem quite able to see what is going on.

A fiery post from Ms. Slippers, brimming with well-placed and totally justified indignation and anger. I echo her sentiments. This “critical race theory” garbage agenda is racist, and, it is evil. Attempting to indoctrinate impressionable and innocent children with it is utterly contemptible and must be resisted by good citizens of conscience, everywhere.

Righteous indignation is a beautiful thing.

One interesting exercise is doing an internet search for “salesforce collects student information”.

It sounds like Panorama is positioning itself as SalesForce for K-12.

Get the children out now.

Time to cull the herd.

“Nothing says “success” like purposefully destroying your corporate culture by purposefully training employees to hate, distrust, and reject one another.”

Good line, Fuzzy, I’m going to borrow that.

I’m a physician at a university hospital. We have several thousand employees of every race and background working to provide patient care. And we do it successfully (so say the surveys at the USN&WR). We all need each other — I can’t practice without nurses, custodians, techs, and so on. So we have a culture of practical respect, and we work together without visible animosity. Maybe all the people of color hate me deep down, but outwardly we smile, cooperate, tell gentle jokes, and get our jobs done.

Why would I want to destroy that? Yet that’s just what the social justice wankers* want to do. They’re in my professional societies, on my campus, and are in our administration. They’ll succeed one day, and when they do the care we provide at the hospital for everyday folks will decline. Then the same wankers will wonder why people don’t want to come to the hospital.

* That is what the ‘W’ in SJW stands for, you know.

“Back!” they pushed. Because they could, and because they must.

Most every group of State/Local officials has a national association. Mostly it’s just a grift for travel boondoggles. The membership dues paid to the national association are paid out of the agency’s public funds. In theory these national groups coordinate best practices to share with the members. In reality they host lavish conferences attended by members who bill the taxpayers for travel, lodging, inclusive meals/bar tab and tourist activities. The working part is over by noon with the remainder of the day devoted to grift. A rotating series of awards of Best or Excellent or Influential School Board President or whatever is handed out to members to burnish their CV and increase their hopes for higher office.

According to Wikipedia (ok not always reliable) the NSBA was created in 1940. But who ever heard of them before the last couple of weeks? As CommoChuef says it was likely just a vehicle for travel/“conference” boondoggles. Then someone realized it could be used to peddle an agenda …

More than any thing else…School Boards are really your local community…At Church At Grocery store AT gas station everywhere you see them—and at least in many rural areas they have been on the School Board for years. We have never bothered to hold them accountable…WHY maybe because we just thought they would do the right thing w/o any oversite or maybe because we are lazy parents or maybe maybe maybe…Today is the change you feared!!The big unexpected consequence of this government overreach is that more Americas are now involved and want*no demand*action–just wanting direction. We started a group that you have to pay to join $25 but in less than 4 months we have 147 never political people that not only paid but come ready to work…This is everywhere and no establishment is paying one bit of attention. Don’t think we will continue to vote for this dead weight that have been in office decades and lied and cheated one time too many!!!… …

Anyone else remember the bot that would replace the word “white” with “Jew”? It was banned by twitter for being too effective in fighting against CRT.
