Brutal New Quinnipiac Poll Shows Biden With 38% Job Approval

Brutal New Quinnipiac Poll Shows Biden With 38% Job Approval

“the lowest score he’s received from the American people on his job performance since taking office”

A new poll from Quinnipiac has Biden at 38% approve and 55% disapprove. It’s absolutely stunning to see Biden sink this low after only nine months in office.

And that’s not all. A majority finds the Biden administration is not competent.

From Quinnipiac:

Americans Give President Biden Lowest Marks Across The Board, Quinnipiac University National Poll Finds; Majority Say The Biden Administration Is Not Competent

President Joe Biden receives a negative 38 – 53 percent job approval rating, the lowest score he’s received from the American people on his job performance since taking office, according to a Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pea- ack) University national poll of adults released today. In Quinnipiac’s last national poll released 3 weeks ago, he received a negative 42 – 50 percent job approval rating.

Today, Republicans (94 – 4 percent) and independents (60 – 32 percent) disapprove of the job Biden is doing, while Democrats approve 80 – 10 percent.

Biden is underwater on pretty much every major issue:

– the response to the coronavirus: 48 percent approve, while 50 percent disapprove;
– the economy: 39 percent approve, while 55 percent disapprove;
– his job as Commander in Chief of the U.S. military: 37 percent approve, while 58 percent disapprove;
– taxes: 37 percent approve, while 54 percent disapprove;
– foreign policy: 34 percent approve, while 58 percent disapprove;
– immigration issues: 25 percent approve, while 67 percent disapprove;
– the situation at the Mexican border: 23 percent approve, while 67 percent disapprove.

Biden’s situation is so bad that even liberal media types are talking about it on the air.

Lindsay Kornick of FOX News notes that CNN’s Jake Tapper mentioned it:

CNN’s Jake Tapper calls President Biden’s new poll numbers ‘brutal’

CNN anchor Jake Tapper called new poll numbers for President Biden “brutal” on Wednesday.

Quinnipiac University released its results from its latest survey which show Biden’s approval numbers underwater. The president’s approval rating is at 38%, down from 42% last month. The survey, which was conducted Oct. 1-4, also showed disapproval of the president rising from 50% up to 53%…

“These new poll numbers are frankly brutal for the president,” Tapper said during his CNN show “The Lead.”

Watch:

And then there’s this tweet from ABC News:

At the rate he is going, Biden could be a lame duck president before his first midterm election.

As Biden would say. Well, wait, not sure what he would say about this poll. Then again, no one would know what he would say.

He won’t even be told about his poll and the information he might receive from outside sources (his wife etc.) will all be very carefully controlled by his handlers. So Joe won’t be saying a thing about this disastrous poll.

    AF_Chief_Master_Sgt in reply to natdj. | October 7, 2021 at 11:06 am

He already said what he’s going to say while in Michigan.

“Notwithstanding some of the signs I saw coming in, that’s why 81 million Americans voted for me. The largest number of votes in American history, a clear majority are supporting, when they supported me,” Biden said during his speech.

The Big Lie is that he believes he got more votes than Obama. Yet, during the campaign, and even today, Biden can’t fill a telephone booth with his supporters.

He got 81 million votes the most in American history. Stop trying to provide Democrats with election victories in 2024 and return to reality immediately.

If you want the next election to be about Biden as president stop lying about losing 2020, if you want it to be 81 million Americans saying “You tell me F you no F you!!” and voting for Biden continue as is.

Did the Russia lie get you to change your vote or was it a giant F you to you (as it was to me)? Your election lies have the same effect.

The Arizona audit showed enough anomalies in signature verification, dead people voting, and double voting that it would have turned it to Trump. They also found the Dominion Voting Systems to be ignored and highly susceptible to cyber attack and that there was internet capability. Biden didn’t win in 2020 and the huge spikes in the early morning hours are just unheard of statistically. Plus votes were removed from Trump. Video footage shows vote manipulation in Georgia and eyewitnesses saw massive ballot dumps in Pennsylvania. Since we didn’t actually vote him of course he would have low approval numbers now. Add to that the debacle in Afghanistan, the unforced error on the border with hundreds of thousands flooding across each month, and an economy now that is as tepid as the Obama era and that doesn’t help your numbers.

I’m flabbergasted, as usual, that anyone at all can approve of this administration.

38% of AMERICANS DEFY REALITY – TOO TUNED-OUT OR PARTISAN TO CARE ABOUT USA

      This is the real headline.

My guess is that if you separate out the tuned-out ones – you’ll find about 10% are hard core partisan Democrats who would support Biden even if he were a child molester.

Frightening to know that we live in a country where there is ANYONE who support this incompetence and this anti-America agenda.

The Friendly Grizzly in reply to Jack Klompus. | October 7, 2021 at 10:33 am

I hear the same thing from Republicans. These people vote party first. That is why we have, or have had, Mitch McConnell and John McCain.

I am an Independent voter who is actually a Libertarian (not a Libertine).

I vote Republican because in my 60 + years I have seen few Democrats I could vote for. I have no other choice with the two sided coin we have to toss every few years.

I never voted for McCain and I never voted for McConnell. Arizona and Kentucky voted for each of them.

I don’t vote party. But I do vote for the person who I believe will do less damage year after year. That choice is a hair’s breadth apart today.

What did they expect when they “won” the election by fraudulent means?

They do not have the consent of the governed, and the polls reflect that.

I think 38% is a bit inflated. I have seen only one bumper sticker for Joe and the Ho in the past six months.

    NO ONE WANTS BIDEN

I’m in NYC where everyday you would see Obama t-shirts, flags and bumper stickers when he was in office. You still see a lot now. But I have only seen two Biden t-shirts since he took office. TWO in 9 months. I have seen more Trump buttons and flags in this very very blue democrat liberal city than Biden branded merch.

No one voted for Biden. They voted against Trump.

No one really wants Biden to be President. He is a buffoon.

henrybowman in reply to Tsquared. | October 7, 2021 at 5:02 pm

And you really can’t even count that one, because it was holding the bumper on.

I for one can’t wait for Kamala to become president. Not so much for her searing brainpower in identifying root causes, but more so to follow the fashion cues of our first, first gentleman, Douglas Emhoff. He is, I am sure, going to be a male Jackie O when it comes to sartorial splendor and trend setting.

He must be a man of extreme confidence to actually marry such a low-rent, former paramour with such a checkered past. Most men would be too ashamed to be known to be intimate with her.

Cover of GQ? People’s sleaziest man alive?

Quinnipiac favors Dems by a large margin. Some of their polling for 2020 was off by well over 10 pts in favor of the Dem candidate.

So imagine what the real numbers are.

scooterjay in reply to JHogan. | October 7, 2021 at 1:52 pm

    83,000,000 divided by 350,000,000 equals 23%

No one in their right mind supports him or his sham of an administration.

“BRUTAL” IS WHAT BIDEN IS DOING TO AMERICA

I cannot think of one single policy that is not destructive to America. And the overall tone of the administration is a march toward Marxism.

I don’t know how we can take 3 more days of this – let alone 3 more years.

Like ‘hiden biden’ in the basement during election season, low poll numbers don’t matter when this corrupt cabal of communists can simply steal an election.

Lucifer Morningstar | October 7, 2021 at 10:24 am

The sad part is that it took nine months for the reality that Joe is unable to discharge his duties as president of the United States and that his regime is a total disaster from beginning to end.

I eagerly await Jen Psaki’s twisted explanation that these numbers are actually good numbers in the same way that she declared that $3.5 trillions actually equals $0. Gonna be interesting.

60% job disapproval from independents is brutal, midterm wave coming and if this continues more like 1994. HoR is a certainty and the Senate is very possible.

Nope. The fix will be in again.

The “functioning Republic” phase is over.

CommoChief in reply to Paul. | October 7, 2021 at 2:01 pm

So I presume you are no longer registered to vote nor do you take part in any political discussion because debate won’t win converts and even if it did it wouldn’t translate into electoral outcomes because everything is rigged?

I do vote because the state I live in (Texas) still functions quite well, despite the best efforts of the left to turn it into another blue cesspool. Even the local politics in Austin are showing signs of life lately (petitions forcing the commie city council and mayor’s hands). But I’ve given up hope at the federal level, and while I do still cast my vote, I’m afraid we’re circling the drain and there will be dire consequences as a result of the destructive policies being advanced by the progressive left.

CommoChief in reply to Paul. | October 7, 2021 at 6:00 pm

Well we don’t have any Federal elections we have 435 elections for HoR, 100 for Senate and one for the President/VP. All of which are conducted within fifty separate States to determine who will serve in those Federal offices.

As you point out, TX and some other States have taken some measures to increase ballot integrity and security. Others need work. I wouldn’t give up just yet. Now if 2024 is full of similar shenanigans as 2020 we need to reevaluate but outside of the deep blue States/Cities I don’t see a repeat performance.

Paul in reply to Paul. | October 7, 2021 at 6:13 pm

        Chief. I’m sitting 2022 and 2024 out.

No Republican recently has earned my vote.

I would prefer that the Democrats wi ln so that they can expedite the demise of this fucked yo nation that we live in today.

Our separation of the people will then be by divorce or by destruction.

I don’t care which at this point.

Sitting out the elections is abandoning the field and ensuring a d/progressive victory. If every r voter did that then a single d voter determines the winner.

I would urge you to volunteer as a poll watcher/election observer instead.

          henrybowman in reply to AF_Chief_Master_Sgt. | October 7, 2021 at 7:54 pm

@AF_etc.: It depends on what the meaning of “victory” is. In only nine months, the progressives have made themselves anathema to the vast majority of Americans. In another two, they may quite possibly exterminate their own movment more successfully than Republicans could ever have again failed to do.
I recognize that’s a risky strategy. Still, given that the only option is the GOPe, it’s “crazy enough that it just might work.”

TargaGTS in reply to CommoChief. | October 7, 2021 at 12:20 pm

My only worry about the Senate is the map is very favorable for Democrats this year. PA and WI could be big asks particularly if they’re still mailing ballots to everyone like they did in the 2020 Election.

CommoChief in reply to TargaGTS. | October 7, 2021 at 2:07 pm

True but historically when the POTUS of the party in power has an approval under 50% going into the midterm it costs otherwise winnable Senate races. A disapproval among independents of 60% from Quinnipiac which is a left lean polling outfit is very bad news. This shifts Senate races which should be lean r into r win, toss ups into lean r and lean d into toss ups.

Paul in reply to TargaGTS. | October 7, 2021 at 4:50 pm

There should be lawsuits filed across the nation NOW to prevent that shit from happening again next fall. Don’t let the courts shrug and say “too late” or “you don’t have standing” or any of that insane shit they said last fall… force the issue NOW.

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to CommoChief. | October 7, 2021 at 2:28 pm

Well, let’s not get over confident and lazy. We still have to watch the mid-term elections like a hawk and immediately call out any and all possible democrat shenanigans during the elections. If we haven’t learned that simple fact from the disaster of the 2020 presidential election then we deserve to lose.

Yes…..I’m planning on being an observer.

Absolutely and the best way to do that is to become a poll watcher. The d machine organization has always juiced the vote numbers, in 2020 they had an ’emergency’ to exploit and joyfully did so for partisan gain.

They are already trying to do it again in VA Gov race by eliminating witness signature requirements for absentee ballots citing Covid. They will do it where they can. It’s up to us to preclude that in r areas by forcefully reminding our officials not to allow themselves to be gullible again.

What stud!!!! It took Jimmy Carter 3 year to get this low.

theduchessofkitty | October 7, 2021 at 11:27 am

It needs to get lower.

Soon, the term “domestic terrorist” will be defined as “anyone who opposes Biden, whether on the voting booth, demonstrations, chants, and even saying so anonymously on a poll.”

They don’t care. The damage they’re doing is as permanent as Obamacare. These trillions being spent (with the help of McConnell!!!), the enrichment of the billionaire class, the corruption of the FBI, CIA and IRS, the import of millions of Hatians, Afghans and the like – the damage is permanent.

Biden is like a zinc diode on a boat: he’s being sacrified to take the hits.

      scooterjay in reply to TheFineReport.com. | October 7, 2021 at 1:54 pm

More like the sacrificial anode in a water heater…..it stinks when it works!

      Biden is Hydrogen Sulfide.

Oh you want us to have the ability to stop spending? Maybe you should have backed Republicans instead of Democrats in the Georgia Special Elections so we could have had the power to stop spending (which McConnell actually tried to reel in, Trump was the big spending man who attacked McConnell and Republicans over their desire to spend less).

Biden’s approval rating may be as low as Donald Trump’s at the same time in his presidency

Cautionary tale Trump’s share of the vote in 2020 was roughly the same as 2016, disapproval doesn’t mean not vote for.

CommoChief in reply to Danny. | October 8, 2021 at 6:46 pm

        Danny,

The $2K stimulus checks the DJT wanted and that McConnell ‘blocked’ were a major reason for losing both GA Senate races. The other was the approx 200K r voters from Nov who either fell for Lin Woods BS or for another reason stayed home in the runoff.

The $2K stimulus was then passed by the new Senate when it was of no benefit to assist either DJT in Nov or the GA Sen races. IMO, since it was clear it would be passed by a new Senate then the smart play is to gain mileage for r out of it. No sense losing elections and Senate control over this issue.

NO JOKE:

Our sex-for-hire VP will be hosting a Youtube video series titled:

“Get Curious With Kamala Harris”

https://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/in-the-know/575351-youtube-announces-get-curious-with-vice-president-harris

I predict his approval rating will sink to less than 30% by mid-January.

There is nothing that I can see on the horizon that will mitigate the decline.

Every HUNTER painting sold for over $100,000 should stoke more outrage and drop his rating by 1%.

Every parent jailed by Garland’s FBI should drop his rating by 1%.

>> . I can’t wait to see a parent in handcuffs who later goes to the microphone and denounces Biden and Garland.

Democrats are like lemmings going off a cliff for this warmed over POS

Lucifer Morningstar in reply to Ben Kent. | October 7, 2021 at 2:56 pm

Mid January?!?? At the rate Biden’s approval rating is sinking in all areas he’s not going to have and approval rating by the end of this month let alone have anything worth bragging about in January.

All that’s left to happen is the rat’s jumping ship and getting the hell out while the getting is good . . . they’ve no real loyalty to Biden and probably can see the what’s in store for the future.

Think about where his approval rating would be if the press were as antagonistic with him as they were with Trump. Low 20s is perhaps possible.

Ben Kent in reply to TargaGTS. | October 7, 2021 at 12:25 pm

Good point – media prop him up. If you only watch CNN or MSNBC or read NY Times / WaPo – you think Biden is jus fine.

38% approval?

Psalmist will “explain0 the other 62% are the undecided voters and WH is confident the Indies WANT Biden.

Also, that’s 37% more than they “need” to win the next election.

Can’t we just skip past the words and pick up the torches and pitchforks?

The worst part of this poll is that Quinnishit regularly has a 10+ bias in favor of Democrats. Go back to election polls and they’re ALWAYS radically outside the normal in favor of Democrats.

And the fact that they have Turnip Brain this low is truly catastrophic.

The key takeaways:

1) Independents are against him by a margin of 60-32. That’s INSANE.

2) Even DEMOCRATS are turning, only having 80% approval among your own party means they can’t hide how utterly unpopular you are even with a huge Democrat over-sampling.

And it still doesn’t matter. This demented idiot was cheated into office.

NOBODY believes this piece of shit legitimately got 81 million votes.

Polls are irrelevant – they’re just going to cheat again, because the RINOs are doing absolutely nothing to stop them.

Danny in reply to Olinser. | October 8, 2021 at 10:28 am

Does that go for when Trump was getting the exact same poll numbers and Democrats were lying about Russia installing him or only for your election lies, and when Trump improved his share of the vote by half a percent and won millions more votes than 2016……

Start focusing on something real like CRT and be useful for a change.

E Howard Hunt | October 7, 2021 at 3:27 pm

This doesn’t paint a pretty picture; nor does Hunter.

If the propagandist liars are willing to admit 38%, imagine how low the numbers must really be.

barbiegirl ny | October 8, 2021 at 9:39 am

Too little, too late.

Change the name Biden to Trump and this poll is nothing new. Trump won 46.5% of the vote (roughly the same as 2016).

We need to flip their vote not just get them to not approve of Biden’s performance.

CommoChief in reply to Danny. | October 8, 2021 at 7:05 pm

Trump lost white middle/upper middle class votes to Biden. These white college educated and suburban voters are the same independent voters who now disapprove of Biden 60%. DJT did a fantastic job bringing in new r minority voters in 2016 and increasing that share in 2020. He won a larger share of both black and Latino voters than in 2016, in fact in excess of Clinton’s 2016 share despite the increasing size of these groups and hostile media portrayal of his policies.

I wouldn’t let DJT date my Daughter, but that ain’t the position he was running for. He was a fantastic President on the issues. His style of combative communication turned off some who prefer a return to some genteel era when r were willing to lose gracefully. No thanks, I pass on that; McConnell being on social terms with our political opponents hasn’t done us much good in advancing the r base agenda.

38%? That means more than 100% are happy with Biden’s performance!

Proof:
5.000.000.000.000 = 0 | x 1/5.000.000.000.000
1 = 0 | x 38%
38% = 0 | x 3
114% = 0 | substitute 38% for 0
114% = 38% q.e.d.

At least according to Biden/Pelosi maths.

Lets go, Brandon!
