Indictment of Campaign Lawyer Demonstrates How Hillary Clinton Is The Most Systemically Manipulative Politician Of Our Lifetime.

Indictment of Campaign Lawyer Demonstrates How Hillary Clinton Is The Most Systemically Manipulative Politician Of Our Lifetime.

Hillary Clinton operatives perpetrated a massive Russia-collusion fraud on the American public which not only manipulated the 2016 election process but also froze the Trump presidency and nearly paralyzed the nation politically for years.

The Indictment of Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman for allegedly lying to the FBI has a lot of people grumbling about how long it took prosecutor John Durham to finally come up with an indictment of someone with regard to the Russia collusion hoax. And even then, while Sussman was an important lawyer at an important Democrat operative law firm, his indictment has a “that’s it?” feel to it.

But, the 27-page Indictment is a wealth of information, and hopefully a roadmap to wider and more substantial prosecutions (you can’t take my hope away!). What the indictment demonstrates is that the Russia collusion claim leveled against Donald Trump and the Trump campaign was a fabrication of Hillary Clinton operatives who peddled the fraud to the media and FBI, allowing Clinton to use the media reports in the campaign against Trump.

Much like the fabricated Steele Dossier, also paid for and arranged by Clinton operatives, Hillary Clinton and Clintonworld perpetrated a massive fraud on the American public which not only manipulated the election process but also froze the Trump presidency and nearly paralyzed the nation politically for years.

We have had some pretty terrible politicians in our lifetime, and it’s always dangerous to say “the worst” — but the Russia collusion hoax fabricated by Hillary Clinton operatives proves beyond little doubt that Hillary Clinton is the most systemically manipulative politician of our lifetime.

Two must-read analyses put the pieces together. The first is from Andy McCarthy at National Review, The Real Story in Durham’s Indictment of Democratic Lawyer Michael Sussmann:

It is unusual for a one-count false-statement charge, which can be alleged in a paragraph, to be presented as a 27-page speaking indictment. But Durham wrote a highly detailed account of the facts and circumstances surrounding the false-statements charge. It is significant in that it tells us far more about his investigation.

Here is where the prosecutor appears to be going: The Trump–Russia collusion narrative was essentially a fabrication of the Clinton campaign that was peddled to the FBI (among other government agencies) and to the media by agents of the Clinton campaign — particularly, its lawyers at Perkins Coie — who concealed the fact that they were quite intentionally working on the campaign’s behalf, and that they did not actually believe there was much, if anything, to the collusion narrative. It was serviceable as political dirt but would not amount to anything real for criminal or national-security purposes.

The downfall of America truly started with the election of Bill Clinton. It hit overdrive with the ‘election’ of Obama, and now Biden/Harris.

Hillary Clinton is a criminal, a traitor and an incompetent dumbass (fortunately for us).

She belongs on a gallows. Nothing less will suffice.

Conservative Beaner | September 19, 2021 at 10:22 pm

So has the Sussman suicide watch started yet.

Remember when someone reported Hillary said, in private, that if they didn’t win the election in 2016 they’d all end up in prison?

I’d argue that Obama could give her a run for her money. She’s just been at it longer and had a husband tag team.

Wait until Moochel runs through the ranks and those two little abominations they sired grow up (grow up in years, not in maturity).

What is the second “must-read analysis”, please? 🙂

“The other must-read is from Glenn Greenwald, at his substack and on Twitter.”

henrybowman in reply to Rab. | September 19, 2021 at 11:54 pm

Glenn Greenwald continues to impress the hell out of me. He founded The Intercept to do unbiased investigative reporting, broke many stories that teed off both wings (esp. Snowdon’s dumps), got kicked out in a coup when the rest of the staff decided to veer Marxward, and continues to hammer mainly the left, as it is mainly the left that deserves hammering these days. He’s one of the last of about a half dozen honest journalists left in the western world, along with Sharyl Attkisson, Tucker Carlson, James Bovard, and Vin Suprynowicz.

      Thank you!
For me, the article ended after the first two paragraphs of Andy McCarthy’s piece. None of the rest was visible.
With your quote, I figured something was blocked, took off AdBlock, and suddenly there was a much longer article with a lot more information.
I’ll know what to do next time the article seems to be missing something. 🙂

“Hillary Clinton is the most systemically manipulative politician of our lifetime”

Yet inspite of that she has been given more free passes than any politician since the founding of our republic. No matter what she does the result is always the same—no repurcussions.

If Donald Trump did nothing else, he exposed the COMPLETE corruption of our federal government and the rigging of our elections.

But of course, he did much, much, MUCH more:

25 Top Accomplishments of President Donald J. Trump:

    https://sharylattkisson.com/2021/01/25-top-accomplishments-of-president-donald-j-trump/

He also blew a gigantic hole in Hillary’s ambition for the presidency. She is not now nor ever will be POTUS.

And the closest her husband ever came to being first lady is when Jeffery Epstein ordered a picture of Bill wearing a blue dress to hang in his apartment.

The only rigging of our elections is via google/facebook etc which Trump did nothing about.

If you mean the lie of election fraud no no state was flipped by election fraud and Trump has never alleged fraud in a court of law.

Milhouse in reply to Danny. | September 20, 2021 at 1:11 am

You can’t possibly know that “no state was flipped by election fraud”. There’s no doubt that there’s always Dem fraud, nor that the fraud last year was on an unprecedented scale; whether it flipped any states is something it’s unlikely that anyone will ever know.

CommoChief in reply to Danny. | September 20, 2021 at 9:48 am

        Danny,

‘No State was flipped by election fraud’. Well let’s take that statement at face value. You are asserting that:
        1. Election fraud did occur
        2. The fraud was insufficient to alter the results

Of course you didn’t make any claim of far the fraud fell short of flipping an election. Nor did I see any call to prosecute for fraud. In fact, you implied that flipping the election was a goal, which means a coordinated effort was present; AKA conspiracy.

Can you go ahead and publish the results of your comprehensive investigation into every State and every County regarding every election contest for our review? You are the one making the claim.

Until I see the results of an actual investigation of the 2020 election that includes strict adherence to every election statute from voter registration to counting the ballots that shows either every vote was legitimate or that every illegitimate vote is identified and prosecuted, including any act of omission or commission by any person to facilitate an illegitimate vote or registration then I continue to withhold judgement.

Repeat after me (if you are a true believer in No Election Fraud in 2020):

“I believe that the 2020 POTUS Election was as clean and as free of fraud as the 2000, 2004, and 2016 POTUS Elections, and that Donald Trump was legitimately elected as POTUS in 2016.”

          mark311 in reply to dmo. | September 20, 2021 at 3:05 pm

Elections from those other years are distinct and separate. Why would their be a requirement intellectually to link them all.

Thanks for the link to that list.

Yet, as I look over it I see that it is missing many items that I consider great accomplishments, including defunding UNWRA, quitting the UNHRC, closing the terrorist “Palestinian Consulate” in Washington, closing the US’s “Palestinian Consulate” in Jerusalem, recognizing Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, the Taylor Force Act, codifying sexual misconduct as prohibited under Title IV and reinstating pledging a “presumption of innocence” for those accused on college campuses, and requiring that ERISA plan fiduciaries select investments and investment courses of action based solely on financial considerations relevant to the risk-adjusted economic value of a particular investment or investment course of action. I would also add that he stuck by good allies and told unreliable allies that they needed to hold up their end of the deal.

henrybowman in reply to UserP. | September 20, 2021 at 12:01 am

The only justice Hillary will ever encounter will be at the tip of a 338 Lapua Magnum. Federal government corruption is otherwise way past the point of no repentance.

Whatever one thinks of Trump, we seriously dodged a bullet by avoiding a Hillary presidency.

True or false: The only serious obstacle between Hillary and the Oval Office is Kamala.

With all that that implies…

The only serious obstacle between Hillary and anything is a bottle of booze.

Milhouse in reply to hopp singg. | September 20, 2021 at 1:16 am

False. The Wicked WItch of Westchester isn’t in the line of succession at all. Harris is what stands between Pelosi and a stint as emergency holographic president.

hopp singg in reply to Milhouse. | September 20, 2021 at 1:52 am

Unless something happened to Kamala, God forbid.

Because then Biden would have to pick a new veep…

      But that’s crazy talk.

Pelosi isn’t really in the line of succession at all. The only way the Speaker becomes President is if both the President and VP are unable to do the job AT THE SAME TIME. If ONE of them goes down then a VP is nominated by the President and then is approved by Congress. I am doubting Pelosi gets the nod. My guess is HILLARY gets the nod. The money which controls Biden and Kamala will decide who gets it and Hillary is their gal. And then do we see her run against Donald again in 2024? I’m betting YES. I hate it. But that’s the most likely scenario

Stuytown in reply to Milhouse. | September 20, 2021 at 8:17 am

Well, if Joe dies, is impeached, removed from office or just wanders off, Kamala could nominate Hills as VP. Then she’s a step away. So, Kamala is one of the fingers in the dike.

The_Mew_Cat in reply to hopp singg. | September 20, 2021 at 2:43 pm

That is false. Hillary is in no position to get into the WH. She is not in the order of succession. And when (not if) Kamala becomes President, there is no way she will try to nominate Hillary as VP. Not only would such a nomination fail in a 50:50 Senate without a tiebreaker, but Kamala wouldn’t be stupid enough to attempt it. She knows Arkancide is a real thing.

I have said all along that Hillary was so bitter because she couldn’t believe that the smartest woman in the world lost a ring election to a man that never held elected office. When Slow Joe and his Bimbo in Waiting came along, they rigged the election better.

bullhubbard in reply to Romey. | September 21, 2021 at 10:01 am

They had the full cooperation of a lying corporate media machine whose arrogance led them to believe in 2016 that Trump stood no chance of winning. That’s the difference that put that doddering asshole over the top; corporate whores would not be proven to be lazy, complacent, bootlicking idiots again . . . so in an effort to regain their power to determine elections, they went all in with the Dems to secure the election in 2020.

Now do Nancy.

If Sussman’s time limit was all but up, how does that make any future indictments possible?
And chances of a Garland DOJ charging him and neighbors convict him is beyond very doubtful.

Petrushka in reply to Skip. | September 20, 2021 at 9:47 am

It’s in the indictment. Sussman lied to another official, outside DC, at a later date. A backup indictment. There are many telling details in the 27 pages. Stuff to make the guilty very uneasy.

The quotation marks are important. They demonstrate that Durham has documents to quote from.

What I dont get is why this took this long to get to this point?

Everyone knew all this information probably a couple years ago. Why are these indictments only now coming out?

Also, what I really dont get is why Biden’s DOJ has allowed this to happen? They could have just kept this on the down low and no one in the Democrat media would have asked any questions what so ever.

So why is Garland allowing this to happen now? Democrat internal power plays? Someone trying to get rid of Clinton?

Petrushka in reply to mailman. | September 20, 2021 at 8:46 am

I can’t remember any president with the nuts to fire a special counsel who was investigating something of this magnitude. People have made deals and talked. There must be dozens of people who know everything, and lots of recorded testimony.

Petrushka in reply to Petrushka. | September 20, 2021 at 8:48 am

      Statements, not testimony.

mailman in reply to Petrushka. | September 20, 2021 at 9:05 am

They are all a protected class (Democrats). When you see things like a dangerous 60 year old being frogged marched out of his house by heavily armed FBI agents in front of CNN for the crime of being associated to Trump and then you see all these deals being cut (and we KNOW they are being cut simply because no fucker has been marched out in front of the media yet) that just makes your blood boil.

Democrats do need to be careful though. Sooner or later that rubber band is going to snap and when it does they will not know what hit them.

Weissman is now an ex partner of his law firm.

I’ve been wondering about those cell phones he destroyed.

William A. Jacobson: Much like the fabricated Steele Dossier . . .

Much of the Dossier has been verified, including that Russia was actively working to interfere in the U.S. presidential campaign.

William A. Jacobson: The Trump–Russia collusion narrative was essentially a fabrication of the Clinton campaign that was peddled to the FBI

Except that Trump’s campaign manager provided internal campaign documents to a Russian agent, knowing Russia was actively working to interfere in the U.S. presidential campaign.

Two words best describe Hillary Clinton: PURE EVIL

“It is unusual for a one-count false-statement charge, which can be alleged in a paragraph, to be presented as a 27-page speaking indictment.”

If the DOJ can’t win in court on this one most central point underpinning the entire case, that it was all based on a contrived lie, then piling on with a complicated case will just die on the vine. Focusing on one critical point, the lie itself rather than the conspiracy, makes it much more difficult for the Hillary legal team to obfuscate the narrative. I expect Sussman to crack under the relentless pressure. That is, if he doesn’t get Arkancided first.

Start at the beginning. Once the seminal fraud is proven, the case should blossom in multiple directions to expose the vast Marxist conspiracy to take over the US. Then let the Nuremberg trials begin.

Who is going to apply this relentless pressure Phil? Democrat investigators?

Well, start with you! Torch your politicians asses! Starting with those good-for-nothing Republicans! Or are you just going to wallow in defeatism? Do you really need to be told?

henrybowman in reply to Pasadena Phil. | September 20, 2021 at 9:40 am

The Democrats won’t do anything and the Republicans “can’t” do anything (and that’s the way they like it, because it covers their asses.)
(My personal Republican tries doing a lot of great things, but the rest of his party shrugs him off.)

Pelosi’s Democrats are unraveling as they all face a disastrous 2022. And 2020 doesn’t bode well for those squishy Republicans you are referencing either. Trump has been almost perfect isolating them and forcing retirements or endorsing opponents in the primaries. All is not lost. Trump is still the true GOP leader and operating effectively.

The_Mew_Cat in reply to Pasadena Phil. | September 20, 2021 at 2:46 pm

He may not have to crack. The case has been assigned to a Judge whose wife represents Lisa Page.

I have yet to read the indictment, but it appears he has been charged with lying to the FBI about being just a “concerned citizen” rather than as an agent of Clinton Campaign, and as a result of misleading the FBI, his story was believed! I must say, this looks like a coverup of the FBI’s knowing complicity with the Clinton Campaign. It’s pretty rich to think the FBI was “duped” in to thinking he was not representing the Clinton Campaign. There isn’t an FBI agent within a thousand miles of the DC headquarters that didn’t know that the Perkins Coe law firm represented both the DNC and the Hillary Clinton Campaign.

    Petrushka in reply to JRD47. | September 20, 2021 at 9:26 am

The FBI said right away there was nothing to it. Mueller said there was nothing to it. A fair number of FBI brass were forced to resign. But no actual justice, and no official statement that it was an orchestrated fraud.

Ben Kent in reply to JRD47. | September 20, 2021 at 1:23 pm

All the FBI agents who were supposedly “duped” should be fired and charged as an accomplice.

Now, who is Hillary Clinton’s daughter married to?

It’s not just Hillary Clinton, it’s Hillary Clinton’s operatives plus essentially unlimited money.

Would that this utterly vile, noxious, lawless, subversive, self-enriching, corrupt, mendacious, avaricious, imperially arrogant harridan, termagant, scold, shrew, crone, would drown in a vat of Chardonnay.

Also, I understand that the focus of this post is properly crone Clinton, but, let’s not omit mention of vile, narcissist-incompetent, Obama. He and his minions at DOJ/FBI were in total coordination with crone Clinton and her lackeys, in setting up this entire “Russian Collusion” sabotage/subversion attempt, and, in setting up “Crossfire Hurricane.”

It is amazing that the most obvious political crime since Watergate has taken this long to investigate and charge anyone. Who wasn’t lying under oath to the FBI? Who in the FBI, the news media and Congress wasn’t lying to everyone. Hillary has skate on many crimes in the past. It is time to make her pay.

Durham’s investigation must be close to the end. There can’t be many more people who can be indicted before the 5 year statute of limitations runs out – unless he can charge crimes that carry a longer statute of limitations.

So why wasn’t she also indicted? Paying for false prosecution is also a crime.

I keep hearing nothing will happen to her and this is why she is so dangerous. If she slips by this she will do it again and so will all that participated. they just get a scare and nothing happens and get a cushy job somewhere

Don’t get your hopes up. The fix is in. The Washington Times reports: U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Cooper, who is overseeing the case against Mr. Sussmann, is married to attorney Amy Jefress, who represented former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, ”

Cooper was appointed by Obama. This case is set up to be dismissed or reduced to where Sussman gets his law license suspended for 6 months. They are not going to let it go any further, especially to compromise Elias and Cole Perkins. The entire Durham “investigation” is just a smokescreen to protect and cover up massive fraud. Love your newsletter, but let’s just face the facts, the rule of law is dead in the USA, and the entire federal government and especially the DOJ is a ChiCom front operating as an organized crime family. Once you understand that you can comprehend what is occurring in this country. And,it’s not going to be a “legal” insurrection that will stop them.

Everyone needs to stop using “disinformation” as a lame synonym for “lie.” It’s as if criticism of corrupt media is, itself, playing by their rules.

Just stop it.
