Popular Teacher Allegedly Fired From Michigan High School for Saying ‘Trump is Our President’

“district superintendent gave him an ultimatum: be fired or resign”

This teacher has no history of being overtly political and is liked by parents and students. What exactly is the firing offense here?

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

Michigan School Fires Popular Teacher For Saying ‘Trump Is Our President’

A Michigan school district fired a popular high school teacher and coach after he pointed out that “Trump is our president” on social media.

Varsity baseball coach and social studies teacher Justin Kucera said Walled Lake school district officials hauled him into a closed-door meeting after he indicated his support for President Trump’s speech to reopen schools. He told the Washington Free Beacon the Walled Lake Western principal and district superintendent gave him an ultimatum: be fired or resign.

“I was required to meet with [human resources], the superintendent, and my principal [on July 10]. They initially took my statement on why I tweeted those tweets and they told me they would have a decision about my future employment in the upcoming days. When they completed the meeting, I was told I had the option to either be fired or resign.” Kucera said.

Neither the school district nor the principal responded to requests for comment.

I’m sure his union will come to his defense.

That’s sarcasm, I assume. In any case, it’s good that he didn’t resign and forced them to fire him, because now he has a case against them. If he “voluntarily” resigns he can’t sue them later. He’s still covered by the union contract even if the union itself doesn’t lift a finger to help him.

The union might not support this Bozo’s anti-science, anti-union, anti-students’ health, anti-teachers’ health, and anti-school district support workers’ health opinions.

Another day, another act of unreasoning leftist aggression, another chance to sue them for their childishness.

And yet, the time between the offense and the resolution of the almost inevitable lawsuit, serves to insulate them from the awareness that they were wrong.

They’ll claim righteousness and victimhood and otherwise get on with their lives as if all is well. Because as far as they’re concerned, it is.

This is why we know all the Presidential polls are inaccurate. The tolerant, compassionate left will destroy anyone who publicly admits supporting the President.

This President, a/k/a the Lyin’ King, has the credibility of a Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan. You suffer from Trump Delusion Syndrome, which is like the mental deterioration of Alzheimer’s Disease. It might be related to a genetic defect that afflicts a substantial group of humans who refuse to understand that science and the scientific method that science utilizes to understand the physical universe, is not a “feeling”, it is the observational study of our physical universe. Facts, not ignorant opinions.

      J. Maccabee: Please clarify your remarks. You first sentence seems to be bashing Potus by referring to him as “the lyin’ king”. You then proceed to accuse someone of TDS and supporting common sense.

Which president are you calling Lyin King?

Sue the district!

The Earth is the Center of the Universe! Dewey defeats Truman! Herr Drumpf isn’t a grifting, misogynist, narcissistic, incompetent, science-denying liar!

The public schools are already lost. Teachers are being persecuted for their political beliefs all over the country.

And yet, some parents still send their children to the government monopoly bureaucratic “public” indoctrination centers.

Some could afford to do otherwise, but they would rather spend their money on something else.

Some can’t afford to do otherwise, and their churches and synagogues fail to help them.

Ah, another zero-tolerance policy being enforced. One may not possess a sane opinion in school.
