LOL! Who’s funding that little twerp, anyway?

That family’s money probably came from us. That would explain the visit.

We had to dig the car out of ten inches of global warming yesterday.

heh

Ein Reich. Ein Volk. Ein Greta.

Didn’t you get the memo? Heat is evidence of Climate Catastrophe, but so is cold. You’re clearly not woke enough.

Where does all of this record breaking come from. Anyone in their 50s will remember the weather of the 70’s we all walked to school in much hotter/colder weather.

    “OK, Boomer.”

(Disclaimer: I’m probably slightly older than you are.)

    …and yes, I do remember.

Those winters of 77 and 78 were kinda epic. Oberlin spent the entire month of January below 0. No wonder everything seems like global warming to them.

I also remember the more extreme weather, both hotter and much colder, when I was walking to school in the 1950s and 1960s. And it always seemed to be uphill in both directions. Of course, having short little legs and no air conditioning at home or in school might have played a part.

I remember seeing the thermometer at -20 F. as I was leaving on my daily one mile walk to school. But it was only uphill one way.

My house was on a hill and the school was on another, so “I had to walk in the snow to school uphill both ways!”

We only had one snow day, because of 27″ on a Thursday night and the roads had snow drifts even higher keeping the teachers from getting to school.

Watching global warming falling out of the sky as I type this…all 18 inches of it.

The sailboat she is returning home on is being skippered by a guy from her home country who had to fly here to take the job. Thousands of more carbon emitted so that this brat can claim to be an eco-freak!

I used to follow La Vagabonde when they were on the mono-hull.

Riley actually saved up to buy his first boat by working oil rigs. When they ran out of cash, he went back and worked the rigs some more.

They are a fun couple to watch and their journey has been an interesting evolution. However it’s lost all appeal to me since they got the million dollar catamaran sponsorship.

Sailors love the ocean and want to be good stewards. La Vagabonde called out some of the cruise ship companies that were spilling waste illegally and also have some questionable employment practices. Unfortunately when your heart is invested into being an environmental steward, it’s rare to NOT get caught up in the group think of the climate cult.

That said, I haven’t watched them for almost 2 years.

Maybe Sir Branco can do something with this insanity.

Dear mother nature, please keep global warming away from us until we can get the hell out of Chicago and return home to the more conservative Seattle. (Snark)

Using the effects of climate change to demonstrate that climate change isn’t real? Genius. CONSERVATISM: for when you’re too stupid to know the difference between climate and weather, and too privileged to care. I’m so glad most of you guys are old enough that you won’t be around much longer to keep bothering the rest of us.
