Personally, I think it is a dig about the popular vote(?) vs the Electoral College… Actually I don’t think she would take the 2020 popular vote either.. (Not sure about 2016, what with possible voter fraud shenanigans)
The thing is, if you change it to a popular vote, then all of the people in overly-blue states who don’t bother to vote would likely come out, so those 60-40 gaps would become 55-45 and the red candidate would then likely win the popular vote. But of course, when this unintended consequence happened, the dems would immediately say that we need the electoral college.
Think again. The Democrat will win all 250,000 out of 30,000 votes in many precincts in California. Remember, to vote In California you dont need a residence, an ID or any form of identification at all. Go to the sec state of failifornia fill out a voter ID with no personal info then have 3 or 4 thousand of your mail-in-ballots forwarded from your mailboxes etc… address to the state you actually live in. No corruption to see here folks. Move along.

Hillary was good for another laugh. If she still doesn’t understand that our elections are decided in the electoral college and not the pop vote, a lack of understanding that had her campaigning in the wrong places last time, she is a joke.
