Naming Names in the Russia Collusion Media-Democrat Hoax

Naming Names in the Russia Collusion Media-Democrat Hoax

Pathetic performance by the media, in service of Democrats.

For the past two years, the MSM and Democrats screamed about President Donald Trump colluding with Russia to defeat failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Some even claimed they had hard and direct evidence of the collusion.

Well, their hopes and dreams collapsed on Sunday when Attorney General Bill Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein released their summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report. He declared no collusion or obstruction of justice.

With egg on their face, let’s explore the times the Democrats and media screamed collusion.

“With egg on their face…”

That implies embarrassment. Not possible for a Democrat.

These were deliberate lies. They knew those were lies. They were obvious lies. They are fighting a war. This report was never in their plan. Nor was the 2016 election result.

Looking at what the Mainstream media, and their less mainstream allies like CNN, have done, can not an argument be made that they are not “journalist”, rather they are campaign contributors for the DNC? And be taxed that way. Then the DNC can be fined for failure to document the in-kind campaign contributions.

Similarly, the tech giants, such as Google and Facebook, by not being neutral platforms have given aid to some parties and not others. They too need to be examined.

iconotastic in reply to Milwaukee. | March 25, 2019 at 3:10 pm

“…by not being neutral platforms have given aid to some parties and not others.”

Isn’t that the very definition of an in-kind donation? Shaping search results to benefit one party or one candidate certainly seems like a donation (https://www.breitbart.com/tech/2019/03/22/research-google-search-bias-flipped-seats-for-democrats-in-midterms/)

And doesn’t that break the entire notion that these platforms deserve immunity from “…a range of laws that might otherwise be used to hold them legally responsible for what others say and do” (https://www.eff.org/issues/cda230)?

Milhouse in reply to iconotastic. | March 26, 2019 at 3:36 am

Milwaukee: There is no such category as “journalist”. Reporters have no special legal status or privileges, and they’re taxed the exact same way everyone else is. And no, their coverage is not a donation to the DNC. They don’t consult the DNC or take requests from it. They just cover things as they like, and it’s their constitutional right to do so. Congress can’t impose limits on that, and it certainly can’t penalize the DNC for something it has no connection to.

Iconoclastic, the same applies to your suggestion. Not being neutral platforms is not a donation to any campaign. If they were doing this stuff at a specific campaign’s explicit request, or working together with a specific campaign to decide which accounts to sabotage, that would be a reportable donation, and could not be worth more than the legal limit. But that isn’t happening. They’re doing this on their own, and they have the same constitutional right everyone else does to use their platform to express whatever message they like.

And no, it does not do anything to the principle behind Section 230 of the CDA, which created the category of “interactive computer service”. These were never intended to be neutral. This forum we’re using right now is just such a service, and it’s not at all politically neutral, nor should it be. Without Section 230 it would have to shut down.

I would like to see your evidence that they did these things on their own. The similarities in wording and in content of all these slobs in their denunciations and claims suggests to me that they are reciting ‘talking points’ that they have received from some source. Their behavior seems more like expressions of allegiance to some cabal aor loyalty to the source of those talking points than being expressions of their own unique views, unless, of course, they are all morons.
If they are indeed all morons, (with apology to innocent and nice morons) why do they dominate the established punditry? They are a disgrace to our country.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to Milwaukee. | March 25, 2019 at 1:28 pm

93% PLUS of all media folk were Democrats back in 2012.

Knowing how “bullies” do in organizational behavior it is sure to be much much higher today. They drive away decent people who will not submit and give up their freedom

That these so called “Journalists” were indoctrinated K-20 by the very insidious Communist inspired Teacher Unions that Nikita Khrushchev predicted would destroy America from within, it’s not a stretch to see how all of them are similarly preaching the Demtard Socialist narratives and supporting those agendas.

One of the failings of our side in all of this is we expect Dems to act like we would had we been caught in a gigantic hoax. They won’t! This will not even slow them down. As we have seen in the past, they have no ethics or honor. Being wrong on this issue will not humble them or make them more accommodating. It will actually make them more determined to dig deeper into Trump and his family’s life looking for ANYTHING that will harm them. This is the action of a vile evil slime that oozes across the ground. My hope is that such an un-American display of unsportsmanlike conduct will harm them at the voting booth next year.

I believe in transparency. Therefore, before any of the D’Rats get another document, I insist that each of the D’Rats who said they had evidence of collusion should act in a transparent manner – by producing any and all such alleged evidence to the public – right now. If they fail to do so, in the interest of transparency, the right of the D’Rats to even request, much less receive, any documentation is and shall be totally forfeited.

TX-rifraph in reply to Connivin Caniff. | March 25, 2019 at 1:50 pm

Good idea. Have these frauds lay their cards on the table first. They are first with accusations so how about first with evidence? Crickets do not make for a strong case but gratuitous assertions amplified by the MSM do create fog.

Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Brennan, Lynch….let the investigations of real, and IMHO very dangerous crimes begin. I want to see these seditious elitist scum squirm and betray each other. We as a nation need to believe that this kind of third world coup d’etat will not be tolerated in a nation where laws, not men wield power.

OFF TOPIC: Lots of flickering and blinking ads headers, and other stuff. Warnings that Legal Insurrection is using a lot of memory, (I have 32 gigs in this thing!), and fan spooling up to the point I can hear it. I closed several LI pages and the fan quietened down.

Will rapidly flickering ads and headers be a common thing to the site?

Why isn’t that piece of shit rat scum John Podesta in prison? We know for a fact he did the same shit Manafort did. Why a two-tier justice system? How long do they think that can happen before society breaks down completely and heads begin to roll?

“How long do they think that can happen before society breaks down completely and heads begin to roll?”

My father died last spring. One of his regrets was that he didn’t live long enough to see that. I hope I do. it’s about time. There are people who should literally hang for what they attempted.

A curious event happened when Ferris Mueller was taking “gas” and some were referring to him as a Dirty Cop starting at least during his days in Boston while Thug, Gangster, and Murderer, Whitey Bulger was in his prime. Finally caught after being on the lam, prosecuted, and sentenced, Bulger was incarcerated for life, but then moved for his “protection” to high security facility in West Virginia to be almost immediately murdered. Was this a page taken out of the book of others who embrace the rule that “Dead Men (and in the case of Loretta Fuddy, Dead Women too) Tell No Tales”?

    https://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/robert-mueller-stood-to-gain-the-most-from-the-murder-of-whitey-bulger-the-damning-evidence/

I wouldn’t be surprised to read about a rash of misfortunes being visited upon the Masterminds of this Phony Russian Collusion Coup D’Etat Conspiracy, all accidental or at their own hand of course, given this is without a doubt the biggest scandal in our Country’s history; makes Watergate look like the theft of a paperclip from a gov’t office.

I feel for Manafort and Flynn

PersonofInterests in reply to gonzotx. | March 28, 2019 at 3:20 pm

If those two don’t serve as examples of why the unlimited resources of government to coerce a desired plea/confession or be destroyed by way of legal costs ought to be made illegal, then I don’t know what does.

Manafort was in the Trump Campaign for what, 4 freaking months to then sustain a prison sentence for more time than Hillary may ever get for mishandling classified documents.

General Flynn who served our Country for decades had to sell his house and take a plea deal to allegedly insulate his son from being charged by this rogue Special Counsel WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN APPOINTED BECAUSE THE REQUIRED PREDICATE OF AN IDENTIFIED CRIME WAS NEVER MADE BY DEEP STATE RAT ROD ROSENSTEIN. Now there’s a guy who has earned some Karma.

THERE IS A LOT OF JUSTICE TO BE SERVED FOR THIS PHONY RUSSIAN COLLUSION COUP D’ETAT CONSPIRACY AND THE DAMAGE THAT HAS BEEN DONE TO OUR COUNTRY AS A CONSEQUENCE. JOHN BRENNAN, JAMES CLAPPER, AND OTHERS OUGHT TO GET A DATE WITH A SCAFFOLD THAT HAS A TRAP DOOR.

Do not lay the blame only on the communist democrat party.

The nevertrumpers, big media ones and the little fish that inhabit LI, are as responsible as the commies. It helps to have principled people that believe in freedom and liberty fighting with you.

Spit on the people that lied to you while calling their selves “conservatives”.
Don’t buy their bullshit about how they did not participate in the smear.

Do not forget them, and do not forgive them.

“……one group deserves a vaunted perch atop the proverbial Hall of Shame: NeverTrump “conservatives.”

Just some more good news.
Celebrity lawyer Michael Avenattii is being charged with wire and bank fraud, federal authorities said Monday.

Should CNN and MsNPC be banned like Alex Jones for pushing conspiracy theories ???

If the FISA warrants are ruled to be fraudulent, Mueller’s convictions may be overturned.

2nd Ammendment Mother | March 25, 2019 at 1:39 pm

IMHO….. the single most transparently clarifying document of this whole fiasco that could be released would be the payroll of Fusion GPS. Journalists willingly cooperated and were enriched by Fusion to push the Hoax and attempt to alter the outcome of the Election…. and later to attempt to frame Trump for a crime he hadn’t committed.

It would be far easier to list those who didn’t promote the collusion fiction than those who did. Lets include those so-called conservatives at NRO and The Weekly Standard aka The Bulwark – exceptions being Sean Davis, Andrew McCarthy and Victor Davis Hanson.

The incredible perfidy of the rest of these so-called conservatives is breathtaking in the extreme. The silver lining in this tragi-comedy being the wholesale unmasking of these phony villainous turncoats.

Wow, beautiful, Mary, thanks.

A complete list coming in next week’s Weekly Standard.

We need more exposure of the medias at the personal level–Anderson Cooper is not the only fruity-tutu in the bunch.
