The latest ballot counts show Democrat Rep. Sinema pulling ahead of Rep. McSally by about 2,000 votes.

ABC 15 Arizona has more:

PHOENIX – Latest polling numbers released from the Secretary of State’s office shows Kyrsten Sinema has taken a slight lead over Martha McSally in the race for Arizona Senate.

As of 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sinema has 916,458 votes statewide, while McSally has 914,481.

345,000 votes remain uncounted in Maricopa County while a small number of ballots remain uncounted as well in smaller counties.

Officials estimate about 195,000 of those are early ballots, provisional, and out-of-precinct ballots that voters cast or dropped off on Election Day.

…As preliminary results started to come in Tuesday evening, the two appeared to be in a dead heat with both flip-flopping for the lead.

Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes expects ballot counting to continue for several days. Officials will continue to update the results daily at 5 p.m.

Why does this smell like Al Franken?

Count and count and keep counting …. until the Democrat wins. Florida, Arizona and Georgia. It just never ends.

Like Florida, within the margin of fraud….

we are no longer a nation of laws…

and where is the DOJ in all of this?

Sleepy Jeff swore he had teams out there to look for this sort of Bull5hit.

over/under they are all Obola fans, helping cover this up, not stop it?

It is amazing how anytime there are close votes the Democrats always “find” the needed additional votes to steal the elections, and not once is anything ever done about it.

I am sick of the left being able to steal elections.

Time to switch to a different voting system? Eight hours after the first tally, accept the duly elected candidate….and execute the loser! The loser is a useless sack of poop anyway, obviously, or he would have won the election. Prolbemo solved! Next!!!

The more days it takes to count the votes of an election, the probability of the Democrat winning approaches 1.

Did those extra votes fall off the truck?

/severe eye rolling I’m falling over…

Welcome to brown, Third World socialist America, folks. Hope you enjoy eating dogs, cats, and zoo animals.

And you know that there were more than 2000 illegal votes in the first place.

@John B
Yes, and strangely enough and nothing has been or will be done about it. No wonder they want those illegal votes so badly.

Who or what entity can hold these county boards of election accountable? Says votes are still not counted in some smaller counties. How hard is it? The rest of the country did it in one evening. Get your damn act together and do your job. Serious fines should be levied if all votes aren’t counted by say 10 PM.

Sounds like a typical Dem/Prog procedure. Keep counting and finding new votes, if necessary, until they reach the desired result. Then stop. Election fraud does not exist, just ask them.

Somebody should calculate the probabilities that in just about every case where there has been a close election result, the Democrats always ‘find’ some votes that were ‘accidentally’ not counted and that these always—somehow—just manage to change the election result in Democrats’ favor. And that, for some strange reason, these votes always seem to come from heavily Democrat-leaning precincts. Now, how could this be? It isn’t likely that the Republicans are hiding votes cast in Democratic precincts and overseen by Democrat election officials. So, let’s hear it: What are the odds that this strange coincidence is due to random factors?

I worked as a poll worker here in Maricopa County, and Fuentes is dirty as can be. Incompetence, arrogance, and corruption in one fetid package.

First, he can’t manage to adequately staff elections (for the primaries we were critically short-staffed at all polling places and several didn’t open for hours because the Elections Department never delivered the sitebooks needed to check voters in… then Fuentes blames the vendor for the problem, when the entire fault was on Fuentes… oddly enough ALL the precincts affected were Republican heavy ones…) This time around he was shuffling staff around up to the morning of the election.

Second, unlike in the past provisional and early ballots are now practically indistinguishable, being in identical envelopes, making it very easy for miscast provisional ballots to slip through the wide gaping holes in the system and wind up counted. It used to be that provisional ballots were in a highly distinctive envelope making it nearly impossible to intermix them. Once the ballots are out of the envelope it is impossible to distinguish between them.

Third, the sitebook database used to check voters in went down at least once county-wide and several precincts had outages as well, plus the county elections website was regularly misdirecting voters to the wrong precinct to vote. Oddly enough, this also seemed to almost exclusively effect GOP voters. Even when they managed to find the right precinct, in some cases the voter database would decide to start looping them, insisting that they were in the wrong one even though their address was plainly within the precinct boundaries. And again, this only to my knowledge affected GOP voters.

Fourth, as a deputy registrar I am certified to deliver the ballot bag, early/provisional ballot tub, bubble bag containing the data cartridges and totals tapes, and the rest to the collection site. When I did so, the personnel at the site signed for the delivery without unloading my truck. When I looked in my mirror and saw that the ballot tub and bag were still there, I told them, they insisted they unloaded already. It took several rounds of this before they actually unloaded the ballot materials.

And finally, Fuentes managed the acme of incompetence, every polling site ran out of I Voted stickers hours before the polls closed.

Our country simply will not survive this kind of nonsense.

We few non-leftists who live in the shadows in urban areas of California used to draw some hope from knowing Arizona was close, and if things got so bad here that we would give up our professional licenses and income, we could at least go there and be left alone. Sad to realize Arizona is really no better now than we are. That a silly leftist wretch like sinema could get this far shows that the fool quotient is nearly as high there as it is in CA.

Imagine that. An actual American coup, and it’s happening right before our eyes.

The D’rats don’t have the military or the police, or even an effective mob (antifa’s not really big enough to do the job), but they do have a perverted bureaucracy, a chunk of the courts, and unfathomable corruption.

Somebody should do something about it.

    oldgoat36 in reply to tom_swift. | November 9, 2018 at 7:18 am

This is in concert with the Herr Mueller investigation. Coup by every and all means.

These actions are pushing us ever closer to the brink of a second Civil War. I believe this is the desire of the left, with a Civil War it can allow for the left to replace the Constitution.

If they can’t get Trump, they will keep the Fascist Antifa mobs going. They want to provoke a response. The invasion force moving up and Antifa as well as BLM and other subversive groups are well funded.

Overturning election results has been going on far too long. “Found” votes, uncounted votes, and magically they almost always break for the left. Illegal voting becoming more regular with every effort to curtail it being overturned as racist vote suppression, while legal votes are the ones being thrown away.

We have been fighting the coup efforts for a long time, and we are not winning this battle. Too many areas in this once great country are acting like third world ballot counters. We are in serious trouble.

The price of bananas in the republic should drop, now that we grow them here.

So AZ really IS the meth lab of democracy?

Or pseudo-democracy as the case may be.

Insane that this straight up communist Islamo-terror-lover got 10%.

How the fuck does this kind of shit CONTINUE to happen?!?!

I really am flabbergasted that fraud is still playing a role in American politics…and isn’t it funny how all these questions of fraud seemingly only ever go one way (kind of like all those errors in climate science only ever happen in one direction!!).

“The one who votes decides nothing. The one who counts the votes decides everything” – Josef Stalin

Adrian Fontes is a democrat. You can guess the rest. The GOP has filed suit and it will be heard at 2 PM MT but by then it will be stolen. Sinema is up over 9000 now. The obscure votes first appeared in Pima County, Tucson, which is crawling with illegals. The senate election will end up having many more votes than the gubernatorial election which Ducey won handily, This is a bold, flagrant rip off.

Is there something the DOJ can do?

SDN in reply to MarkS. | November 9, 2018 at 9:13 am

Trump has already sent a DOJ team to FL; I presume he can send another to AZ. How useful they will be given what we’ve seen out of DOJ so far…..

jack burns in reply to MarkS. | November 9, 2018 at 9:47 am

I don’t know the scope of the current lawsuit. It should include bringing in authorities and objective observers, not just stopping the count. 450,000 ballots turning up 2 days after the election seems to be a valid reason for drastic action. The DOJ should take the lead. There is a paucity of hard information.

mailman in reply to jack burns. | November 9, 2018 at 9:00 am

Seems two things have to happen here. People HAVE to be locked up over voter fraud…but not every day people…the people who actually have the power to change results (ie. the democrats counting the votes and the democrats manufacturing the votes!).

Secondly, maybe some of those “rotten boroughs” need to have all of their votes removed pending a full borough wide investigation in to the shenanigans that are going on in those rotten boroughs? Funnily enough I bet that would remove ALL democrat voter fraud problems straight away!

TX has been prosecuting voter fraud at a steady clip for the past year. Abbot and Paxton are already investigating based on the Project Veritas videos showing officials not enforcing Voter ID last Tuesday.

“”TX has been prosecuting voter fraud at a steady clip for the past year.””

True, but it doesn’t seem to have had any effect.

We’ve imported the third world in one of the largest population transfers in the history of the world since 1965 and people are surprised our dirt isn’t magically transforming them. Import the third world, import third world problems. Yay for us.

Since maybe as early as the 80s people smarter than I about elections have been telling the GOP >> You have to win by a few points in statewide and federal elections. Otherwise, the stuffing and cheating (my words) will beat you.

I originally thought it was just partisan talk. In the last few decades, election and election prove it is essentially true. Especially after hangin’ chad events.

One overlooked factor in all of this is the role of Mitch McConnell. He has SOLE authority under the Constitution to determine if a Senator will be allowed to take office.

Article 1 Section 5: “Section 5

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, “

buckeyeminuteman | November 9, 2018 at 9:30 am

Who on Earth would vote for someone who can’t spell “Kristin” or “Cinema”???

It is better to have 10 illegal votes cast for Democrats than deny a Republican their single vote.
