Nancy Pelosi Heckled by Pro-Trump Cuban Americans at Political Event in Miami
“F*cking Communist! You don’t belong here, f*cking Communist!”
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi received a less than warm welcome in Miami Wednesday.
When Pelosi was headed into a meeting with Democrat activists and leaders, a group of pro-Trump Cuban Americans (as identified by the video’s title), yelled profanities at her, saying, “F*cking Communist! You don’t belong here, f*cking Communist!”
Pelosi quickly ducked into the meeting.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was harassed by an anti-communist mob of protesters in a campaign visit to Florida this week.
Pelosi was approached and yelled at while stopping to meet with Democratic leaders and activists in South Florida on Wednesday. Video of the moment surfaced on YouTube with the caption: “Nancy Pelosi was heckled at a Miami Restaurant by Trump Supporting Cuban Americans.”
In the video, Pelosi can be seen entering the restaurant and getting rushed by a mob of protesters. The protesters held anti-communist signs and yelled, “Look at Nancy Pelosi right here – f***ing communist. Get the f**k out of here. F**k you and your f**king Democrats.”
The bewildered Pelosi looked at the protesters before ducking into a doorway with security. The protesters chanted, “Communism sucks” at the closed door.
It’s worth noting that unlike similar interactions between Trump administration officials and Democrat mobs, this took place at a political event and not while Pelosi was trying to enjoy dinner with family or colleagues.
While speaking to Paul Krugman earlier this week, Pelosi said, “If there’s some collateral damage, for some others that don’t share our view, well so be it.”
Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters has also engaged in heated rhetoric, calling for mob intimidation against the Trump administration, saying, “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
Just last month, Rep. Waters suggested “knocking off” Trump and then “going after” Vice President Pence.

I’ve always found it heartening that some of the fiercest defenders of American democracy, against Dumb-o-crat totalitarian antics and machinations — and, among the most appreciative of Liberty’s bounty — are citizens whose forebears, (or, they themselves personally) lived under the bootheel of totalitarianism, in the Soviet Union, Cuba, Vietnam, China, Hungary, Poland, Haiti, Iran, Afghanistan, etc. These people know better than many of their complacent and self-entitled ingrate fellow citizens on the Left, how precious and how fragile freedom is.

Pelosi is at the nexus of all the nasty political intercourse and antifa violence. She’s not a nobody democrat representative from a small state who votes with the party. She’s among the top ten people directly responsible for our base-coarse state of affairs.

I somewhat agree with you but still hold out a little hope for restored rule of law where acts of this kind that cross over the line (which has already happened often on the left side) are actually punished by criminal code enforcement and justice is served.
I’m not advocating a new set of laws that outlaw free speech or demonstrations, just the enforcement of existing law when the bad actors cross beyond the lines protected by the 1st amendment.

It IS uncivilized. But as the Democrat members are learning, eventually the tactics that you encourage begin to get used AGAINST you. The Democrat members have been out there encouraging their followers to be uncivil. They can’t now complain about how they’re on the receiving end of it. That invites ENDLESS mockery showing clip after clip of Democrat members telling their supporters “get in Republican faces” and harass them everywhere, followed immediately by them saying something like “the public discourse has become so uncivil that even I am being harassed.”

Unlikely. The Cuban Americans have always been FIERCELY critical of anyone who acts to normalize the Cuban regime. They were apoplectic when President Obama was working to reopen trade and travel with Cuba. Minority Leader Pelosi was part of those “normalization” actions.
It got to the point where there was open discussion regarding if the Democrat Party would suffer SIGNIFICANT Florida losses in elections from the Cuban Americans actively campaigning against Democrat candidates, rather than just not voting. Because there are so many of them that settled there, the a block of the older Cubans turning on the Democrats completely would have been devastating. They see a kindred spirit in Donald Trump (for whatever reason), and thus have quietly and tacitly moved toward him in support.
Well, it could be a setup, if the Cuban demonstrators aren’t really Cuban demonstrators. Do we know that they are? The Press will say so . . . if the D’rats feed them that line.

I’ll be honest, watching this video is a dilemma for me. I exercised civility for 8 years under obama. I never cursed anyone, never went to or caused a riot. I never violated anyone else’s rights while trying to forward my views. I tried to use reason and logic, pointing out how bad obama’s policies were. I never uttered the words “not my president.” I sucked it up for 8 long years. Then President Donald J. Trump came down the escalator and announced his candidacy. I was on board the Trump Train from that day forward. I talked to friends, family, acquaintance, calmly and with patience. I donated directly to his campaign. On election day 2016, I put on my red Champion shirt, went to my polling place and pulled the lever for my candidates all the way down the ticket. It’s how I was raised, how I was taught, how I have always done it. I was raised to rely on voting, not violence. I suppose I took it for granted the democrats would take their defeat as a message to change or at least come up with better ideas for the American people. But with their defeat, they have turned to violence. The 2018 midterms will be a pivotal moment in our Nations history. I hope every legally eligible voter makes their voice heard on election day.

Nancy Pelosi has been encouraging violence against Republicans for years. So has the entire leadership of the Democratic Party, including Elizabeth Warren, Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, Tim Kaine, Loretta Lynch, Maxine Waters, Barack Obama. It was in the DNC playbook for the 2016 elections. Various entities supporting Democrats including the DNC got caught paying rent-a-rioters, both during the 2016 election campaign and the Kavanaugh hearing. The group of invaders from Mexico was caught on video being paid, the origin of the payments has not yet disclosed, although DJT has suggested in a tweet that the Democratic Party might be responsible.
Democratic voters need to clean house, because the Democratic Party continues to double down off the failed strategy of using character assassination in lieu of policy arguments in an attempt to win votes.
