In an article published by the Washington Post Monday, long-time Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway described how she was heckled at a supermarket shortly after moving to the Imperial City.

Unlike some members of the Trump administration who’ve been publicly harassed as of late, Conway fired back:

Just after arriving in Washington to work for President Trump, Kellyanne Conway found herself in a downtown supermarket, where a man rushing by with his shopping cart sneered, “You ought to be ashamed of yourself! Go look in the mirror!”

“Mirrors are in aisle 9 — I’ll go get one now,” Conway recalled replying. She brushed off the dart with the swagger of someone raised in the ever-attitudinal trenches of South Jersey.“What am I gonna do? Fall apart in the canned vegetable aisle?”

Conway’s encounter with lame public insults is just one of many endured by Trump’s team members.

Saturday afternoon, a woman shopping in the same bookstore as former Trump advisor Steve Bannon, verbally assaulted Bannon, leading the store owner to call the police.

Also Saturday, Senate Majority leader McConnell was confronted and threatened outside of a restaurant in Louisville.

And the list goes on:

Protestors Surround Sr. White House Advisor Stephen Miller’s Apartment

Sarah Sanders Kicked Out of Virginia Restaurant Because She Works For Trump

#TheResistance crosses another line, confronts DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen at home

Professor Jacobson nailed it Sunday when he wrote, “#TheResistance is losing. So expect them to get even more unhinged throughout #ResistanceSummer.”

First female to run a Presidential campaign, biggest political upset in American history. Her name should be on the lips of every young girl, an example of what you can accomplish.

But the left and MSM are hypocrites. They don’t really believe in the things they lecture the rest of us about.

Ah my petty little friend dowmvoted Kelly Anne. It’s all good, I’ve grown so accustomed to your childish tantrums, I think I would miss you if you left my side. Thanks baby.

I think this kind of harassment can be countered by the victim if he/she would just turn around and start recording the confrontation with their phone. Make no comments, just keep recording. Should there be any physical contact by the aggressor, it would be recorded. If necessary state that the recording is for “law enforcement use”. Keep recording till they chicken out and leave.

Turtle-chickens like Mitch McConnell would never think of such a thing.

But the others……yeah. That would be a GREAT way to counter the hate, and get evidence should things escalate.

Weird. I saw the most recent video of McConnell being harassed by the idiots, and I thought he looked great completely ignoring them.

The only thing that could have made it better — a jacket reading, “I really don’t care, do u?” Or perhaps a bumper sticker. They always seem to “confront” him on his way to his car.

Some time soon, the Left will progress to violence and I expect assassination. Expect it.

Is that our line in the sand? Because if we wait till after Trump is assassinated to confront political violence, it’s a tad too late.

I’m just confused on where that line is. I’m told by some that there is no line. That we’ll just take it on the chin and go back to losing gracefully. Maybe write passionate opinion pieces for National Review lamenting the fall of Rome.

Regarding the oft used term “unhinged”, I see if frequently in describing the Leftists. I’m not sure why they are called “unhinged” when they never were “hinged” from the get go, else they wouldn’t be Leftists.

All signs point to the great need to have armed security or if you are in a place where you may carry your own (not the “District of Corruption), do so for your own protection.

That brings up another great failure of Mitch McConnell: Where is the National Reciprocity Bill that the House passed that enables a person who has a valid carry permit in any other state to carry anywhere they want in the U.S. without having to be ripped off obtaining another carry permit, e.g., Connecticut that does NOT recognize the permits issued in any other State JUST SO THAT THEY CAN COLLECT MORE FEES.

Let’s get Mitch McConnell off his arce to spend more time passing our bills instead of interferring in the elections of others to further narrow his Republican Majority, e.g., Alabama Senate Seat held by Jeff Sessions and lost to Democrat Doug Jones.
