Trump says Germans ‘Turning Against their Leadership’ over Mass Immigration

“We don’t want what is happening with immigration in Europe to happen with us,” tweets President Trump

President Donald Trump has attacked German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open borders policy, tweeting that “the people of Germany are turning against their leadership as migration is rocking the already tenuous Berlin coalition.”

President Trump’s comments come at a time when Chancellor Merkel faces a bitter power struggle within her Christian conservative alliance—with her Catholic Bavarian ally, the CSU party, threatening to abandon the government over immigration.

Liberal media were quick to pounce on the President’s remarks. The New York Times said: “In a series of Twitter posts, Mr. Trump falsely claimed that crime in Germany is on the rise, and railed against immigration policies in Europe.”

“Trump tweet on immigration and crime in Germany is false,” claimed the left-wing website Vox.

President Trump is correct in saying that the ordinary Germans are turning against Chancellor Merkel’s immigration policy. As Germany’s biggest circulation newspaper Bild commented last week, Merkel was pursuing an immigration “policy that vast majority of people in Germany and her party don’t want anymore.” Bild reported that a study conducted by Munich-based Emnid Institue found that “Chancellor Angela Merkel was losing public support and majority of Germans consider her refugee policy to be wrong.”

A January 2018 report commissioned by the German Ministry of Family Affairs found that the newly arrived asylum seekers were behind more than 90 percent of the spike in violent crimes in the northern state of Lower Saxony. Similar trends can be witnessed throughout the country.

Germany’s state-run broadcaster Deutsche Welle covered President Trump’s latest tweets:

Trump told his Twitter followers: “The people of Germany are turning against their leadership as migration is rocking the already tenuous Berlin coalition.”

The US leader went on to say that “Crime in Germany is way up” before adding that there had been a “big mistake made all over Europe in allowing millions of people in who have so strongly and violently changed their culture!”

In a warning to the American electorate, Trump warned: “We don’t want what is happening with immigration in Europe to happen with us!”

It is natural for the mainstream media to come to the defense of Chancellor Merkel’s policy of unregulated immigration. The media has repeatedly covered up the fatal flaws of German immigration policy, and continues to paint a false picture of Germany’s current state.

We might be able to feed the refugees in camps in the own countries but if they come here, we’ll need to provide housing, cars, clothing, jobs, education, cell phones, televisions, radios, medical care and a host of other services.

I’m not sure about anyone else, but I can’t afford that.

Pro-immigration groups and people continually attempt to paint uncontrolled immigration as a good thing. Historically, it has not been positive in developed areas. During the great immigration period of the US [1850-1930] the US had many problems due entirely to immigration. New York City was a microcosm of these problems. Immigrants arrived in NYC in ethnic groups. As they attempted to find work, the newly arrived immigrants faced overwhelming discrimination, largely due to increasing competition for local jobs. Ethnic criminal gangs and activities grew up. Social clashes resulted from differing traditional and mores. And, even today, these problems still exist among various ethnic groups in NYC; though to a far lower extent. What made it possible for the US to survive this unfettered immigration was the American West. By driving out the indigenous people, the US was able to bleed off concentrations of conflicting ethnic populations in the Eastern big cities, which provided a safety valve in those same cities.

The world has changed. Immigrants are largely entering countries where there is no room left for expansion. This places these immigrants, with their traditions and mores which are strikingly different from the native population, into close proximity and into competition for existing jobs, most of which are already filled. It can only lead to an explosion, if not reined in.

most of which are already filled.

But Germany’s home-grown population is collapsing.

Merkel seems to think that just any population will do as a replacement. She’s probably wrong about that, but she doesn’t really have much choice.

Germany survived and recovered from WWI and WWII (and many previous devastating wars).

They rebuilt. They repopulated. They were still Germany.

Merkel’s support of this Islamic invasion, conquest really, will do more lasting damage than all previous wars combined.

From the Gatestone article: “According to the country’s annual crime report of 2017, compiled by the Federal Crime Bureau (BKA), Germany saw a 50% year-on-year rise in migrant crimes. This tiny but growing minority, that presently makes up less than 2% of the German population, was charged for nearly 15% of all violent crimes, such as rapes and aggravated assaults, the BKA report revealed.”

Yet, I just saw a headline from the WaPo that claimed Trump was wrong about crime being ‘way up’ in Germany.

THIS IS WHY YOU GOT TRUMP, LEFTISTS!
