Report: Clinton Campaign, DNC Paid for Discredited Trump Dossier

Report: Clinton Campaign, DNC Paid for Discredited Trump Dossier

Well, well. What do we have here?

Democrats and the left have been attempting a soft coup on the Trump presidency since election day. One of the key factors in this attempt to unseat a duly-elected president was the now infamous and thoroughly-debunked “Trump dossier” that falsely alleged Trump connections to, even collusion with, Russia.

This document, it is now being reported, was funded by the Clinton campaign and by the DNC, then led by disgraced former DNC chair Debbie Wassermann-Schultz.

The Washington Post reports:

The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund research that resulted in a now-famous dossier containing allegations about Donald Trump’s connections to Russia and possible coordination between his campaign and the Kremlin, people familiar with the matter said.

Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, to conduct the research.

Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community.

Elias and his law firm, Perkins Coie, retained the firm in April 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Prior to that agreement, Fusion GPS’s research into Trump was funded by a still unknown Republican client during the GOP primary.

The Clinton campaign and the DNC through the law firm continued to fund Fusion GPS’s research through the end of October 2016, days before Election Day.

This is huge. S*^t hitting the fan huge.

The Democrat focus on Russia, Russia, Russia was apparently, as many suspected all along, a deflection tactic.

Ken Vogel claims he tried to report the same story, but received immense pushback from Hillary’s attorneys:

Comments

Hillary Clinton’s campaign bamboozeled the US intelligence agencies to believe there was some Russian interference.

Think about that.

When did [fill in the democrat] know the dossier was a Clinton/DNC product and when did they forget it ?

Neo, they were in on it. All of it. A systemic conspiracy. They’ve got at least 8 years or more of stuff to cover up and massage.

AmandaFitz in reply to RobM. | October 24, 2017 at 7:30 pm

Husband, one of the smartest lawyers I know, wonders if this was revealed because there’s something far worse in the mix that Hillary/Obama supporters do not want revealed, if an investigation of Fusion GPS continues. Since Bezos owns the WaPo, and Perkins Coie is a Seattle law firm, something is fishy!

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to AmandaFitz. | October 24, 2017 at 10:17 pm

        Well Surprise, Surprise!

Just imagine the worst, and then understand they’re still covering up things thousands times worst than this.

Maybe they directly sold old nuclear missiles to Iran and North Korea?

        herm2416 in reply to AmandaFitz. | October 25, 2017 at 9:20 am

That was my first thought, too. If they are letting something this damaging leak, what are they hiding?

I suspect there is. We’ll see what the FBI informant will say in his testimony to Congress but if the WaPo rushed to release info they had swept under the rug for over a year as soon as Sessions’ SOJ lifted the gag order on the FBI informant, it means there is a lot more there.

It’s called a pre-emptive strike. Lois Lerner stuff on steroids.

Connivin Caniff in reply to RobM. | October 25, 2017 at 1:02 am

I can see now how the stakes became so high that a threat like Seth Rich had to be eliminated.

Granny in reply to RobM. | October 25, 2017 at 4:32 am

I’ve been wondering for several weeks now if the whole Mueller special prosecutor investigation isn’t really about hiding the dirt . . .

She didn’t bamboozle anybody in an intelligence agency – she’s not that smart.

She, with help from obama, either bribed them or threatened them.

In any event, if American intelligence can be bamboozled, bribed or threatened by the likes of a failure like hillary clinton, the American intelligence community is as lousy of a swamp as Congress, and it too needs to be flushed away with the likes of Corker, Flake, Ryan, McConnell, McCain and the rest of the GOPe rats we should be having control over.

    bw222 in reply to Neo. | October 24, 2017 at 9:46 pm

I would be shocked if John McCain wasn’t aware the Clinton Campaign and the DNC funded it. McCain has always placed more emphasis on being vindictive than being a patriot.

Is anyone surprised? The only surprise is that Mrs. Scum is not yet in prison. At least she’s not in high office, and we did drive Flake and Corker out.

The swamp is circling the drain. But deep swamps like the American government post-eight years of obama/jarrett/GOPe take time to drain – just think of all the filth that has accumulated in the water.

Best election ever. Anywhere.

Funny, isn’t it…. how this get’s reported in…. the Offical “Resist” paper , and all things Democrat… the WAPO. Trying to get a handle on reporting the “facts” before an unfriendly framing makes it to the masses.

What do you do when the DOJ and the FBI are corrupted and in on a massive cover-up? Both agencies are totes conflicted and corrupted by all of this and the Uranium One fiasco. There is NO precedent.

    “There is NO precedent….”

    There is:

    The world’s most corrupt countries:
    https://www.cnbc.com/2017/01/24/these-are-the-worlds-most-corrupt-countries.html

    — But you’re right: not in any free nation.

The horrible smell of “obama” and “clinton” will grow even more putrid as the wool is pulled from the eyes of more and more Americans.

Amazing how close we came to losing our nation.

It’s not at all clear that we haven’t.

The Left is firmly in control of a great deal of our society; I need not go down the list.

You’re right, but clearly the tide is turning.

Like any ‘war,’ there are ups and downs, but the election of Donald Trump and the surrender of the likes of corker and flake are enormous victories. So is our abandonment of the NFL.

We’ve also neutered the democrat media: no longer do they lead our president – or any of ‘our’ candidates – around by the nose.

We’ve learned the scope of the power we have. Even if something happened to Trump, we now are confident what kind of leader we want. It ain’t Jeb! Bush, his brother, or anyone from the swamp.

maybe, as Winnie said back in WW2, this is the end of the begining… it all depends on how many sheep look up, for long, and how much fight they have in them.

AmandaFitz in reply to RobM. | October 25, 2017 at 9:29 am

Two items from this morning’s reports:
    1) The subpoena for Fusion GPS’s bank records would have exposed OTHER funding and WHO the company paid off (reporters???)

    2) “Buzzfeed,” which is the outlet that published “the dossier” is owned by NBC/Comcast.

The plot thickens…….where is Brad Thor when you need him??

Will be so nice to see the faces of people who laughed at those who called the Russia-Trump affair a total hoax.

They’re still in denial – they always will be. Their egos are too fragile to face their foolishness.

They would rather see their country destroyed first.

      Why wouldn’t they?

They’ve been trying to destroy this country for the last 100+ years

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to murkyv. | October 24, 2017 at 10:19 pm

        You are so right.

        Look at this report.

“Speaker from Cuba Warns Students Democrats Taken Over by Communists”

        https://legalinsurrection.com/2017/10/speaker-from-cuba-warns-students-democrats-taken-over-by-communists/

““I cannot tell you that Hitler took Austria by tanks and guns; it would distort history. We voted him in.”

Kitty Werthmann, telling her story growing up in Austria as the Nazis were voted into power:

“After the election, German officials were appointed, and like a miracle, we suddenly had law and order. Three or four weeks later, everyone was employed. The government made sure that a lot of work was created through the Public Work Service.

“Hitler decided we should have equal rights for women. Before this, it was a custom that married Austrian women did not work outside the home. An able-bodied husband would be looked down on if he couldn’t support his family. Many women in the teaching profession were elated that they could retain the jobs they previously had been required to give up for marriage.

“Then we lost religious education for kids

“Our education was nationalized. I attended a very good public school.. The population was predominantly Catholic, so we had religion in our schools. The day we elected Hitler (March 13, 1938), I walked into my schoolroom to find the crucifix replaced by Hitler’s picture hanging next to a Nazi flag. Our teacher, a very devout woman, stood up and told the class we wouldn’t pray or have religion anymore. Instead, we sang ‘Deutschland, Deutschland, Uber Alles,’ and had physical education.

“Sunday became National Youth Day with compulsory attendance. Parents were not pleased about the sudden change in curriculum. They were told that if they did not send us, they would receive a stiff letter of warning the first time. The second time they would be fined the equivalent of $300, and the third time they would be subject to jail.”

And then things got worse. “The first two hours consisted of political indoctrination. The rest of the day we had sports. As time went along, we loved it. Oh, we had so much fun and got our sports equipment free.

“We would go home and gleefully tell our parents about the wonderful time we had.

“My mother was very unhappy,” remembers Kitty. “When the next term started, she took me out of public school and put me in a convent. I told her she couldn’t do that and she told me that someday when I grew up, I would be grateful. There was a very good curriculum, but hardly any fun – no sports, and no political indoctrination.

“I hated it at first but felt I could tolerate it. Every once in a while, on holidays, I went home. I would go back to my old friends and ask what was going on and what they were doing.

“Their loose lifestyle was very alarming to me. They lived without religion. By that time, unwed mothers were glorified for having a baby for Hitler.

“It seemed strange to me that our society changed so suddenly. As time went along, I realized what a great deed my mother did so that I wasn’t exposed to that kind of humanistic philosophy.

“Then food rationing began. In 1939, the war started and a food bank was established. All food was rationed and could only be purchased using food stamps. At the same time, a full-employment law was passed which meant if you didn’t work, you didn’t get a ration card, and if you didn’t have a card, you starved to death…”

Life under obama/jarrett – and finally, clinton?

It took a village idiot to lose a rigged election. Thank God hillary clinton was all the democrats had to offer.

          Watch Kitty’s speech:

When Kitty Werthmann was a little girl in Austria, she witnessed firsthand Adolph Hitler’s rise to power and the Soviet communist occupation that followed. She also witnessed, for decades, the distortions of the media when it came to the reporting of the events.

Okay, this has to open many, many lines of inquiry.

Prof. Jacobson, please opine with your constitutional expertise where this potentially leads us, including Comey’s likely use of the dossier in the FISA court.

Add to that Fusion GPS taking the 5th. Yes, yes… no self incrimination. Just part and parcel of the most transparent admin and followers ever. The Obama Admin was in control during this. Now they have to find one Republican with fingerprints on this to call this non-political/bi-partisan. Oh… if we only knew ALL of it.

As I have said before, there are more FELONS walking around D C, free, than in most states prison systems. And don’t give me any crap about “ALLEGED” !

Jim Comey’s FBI also paid Christopher Steele to collect more dirt on Trump.

Comey presented the “Dirty Dossier” to Trump to embarrass him, but never said that he had the FBI pay for the “research”.

Could a Harvey Weinstein-like collapse be in the offing for Hillary Clinton?

One big difference is Weinstein is better looking.

And if nothing else, Weinstein has left a legacy of some really good movies.

Clinton has left a legacy of nothing but criminality and disgrace.

Rick the Curmudgeon in reply to MattMusson. | October 24, 2017 at 7:49 pm

Probably. If this is true, the Dems would be searching desperately for a squirrel! to drive this off the front page. (Assuming there is any coverage.)

The MSM coverage should be interesting the next few days.

HRC said on some interview or other that it was just the same old baloney. So there, now we now.

Rick the Curmudgeon in reply to amwick. | October 24, 2017 at 7:50 pm

    She mispronounced “skullduggery.”

What do you expect from a sociopath like her?

Talk about ‘bitter clingers:’ she’s still desperately clinging onto the hopes of the Nazi ‘big lie’ theory.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

    http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/joseph-goebbels-on-the-quot-big-lie-quot

It ain’t working. Not even Costco will have her back at their store.

Once again I’m just flabbergasted.

Not about Clinton funding skeevy lies about her opponent. Almost every politician does it.

I’m double flabbergasted by the fact that it was such an obvious and ludicrous lie that even the Democrat media didn’t buy it, and that Clinton was so inept that it was traceable back to her campaign.

Clinton is just so INCOMPETENT. I literally can’t comprehend why Democrats continue to support her. Corruption and her pay to play scheme I can understand why Democrats could overlook it, but I can’t understand why they overlook her continued political incompetence.

rustyshamrock in reply to Olinser. | October 24, 2017 at 8:02 pm

Frankly, it’s because they have no one better.

    tom_swift in reply to Olinser. | October 24, 2017 at 8:27 pm

Because incompetence isn’t a crime. It was Comey’s excuse for letting her off for the crime of mishandling classified material—she was just “extremely careless” (that’s how it’s spelled, but it’s pronounced “incompetent”).

Hillarian incompetence—and the more obvious, the better—is the “Get Out of Jail Free Card” for quite a few Dems. Expect them to push it in the next few weeks, and push it hard. It won’t hurt any of their future candidates, since The Party seems to have no plans to run Hillary for office again, even if Hillary herself does.

They can try and spin all they want. But you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.

In any event, none of the likes of us are that stupid. And we seem to be the voting bloc electing presidents, not the useful idiots of our population.

regulus arcturus in reply to Olinser. | October 24, 2017 at 8:33 pm

    But incompetence easily masks corruption.

If the breaking info about Manafort/Podesta Group/Russia money laundering is correct, then Hillary is in very serious jeopardy, as are any personnel at any entities within shouting distance of her campaign.

DOJ/FBI, NSA, and others are also at risk.

notamemberofanyorganizedpolicital in reply to regulus arcturus. | October 24, 2017 at 10:22 pm

Methinks Hillary is gonna get jailed for the same thing that nailed Al Capone. Plus she’ll probably die in prison of the same thing that killed Al too….. just my opinion…..

rdmdawg in reply to Olinser. | October 25, 2017 at 1:49 am

    “Almost every politician does it.”

No way. Not anything close to this big. Hell, for the last 30 years, if a Republican so much as sneezed wrong, they’d be ran out of town.

“They all do it” is the battle-cry of a liberal when he gets found out.

Milhouse in reply to rdmdawg. | October 25, 2017 at 4:51 am

What’s big about this? I’m normally the one saying “‘Everyone does it’ is the first refuge of a scoundrel”, but in this case everyone really does do it. It’s neither illegal, unethical, nor fattening, so why wouldn’t everyone do it? The only reason this story is news is that they’d kept it secret for so long, while there’s been all this focus on who the original funder was. (We still don’t know it was a Republican; it’s still speculation.)

tarheelkate in reply to Milhouse. | October 25, 2017 at 10:23 am

Granted, many political campaigns pay to dig up dirt on opponents. They don’t all, however, have said dirt turn up in government intelligence briefings, especially when the dirt is unverified. And they don’t all get to have the FBI take out FISA surveillance warrants on their opponents. If this “dossier” was the foundation for the “wiretaps,” then that’s another dimension in political skulduggery. The Obama administration used the IRS to shut down opposition before the 2012 election. Using the FBI and the intelligence agencies is more of the same.

Milhouse in reply to tarheelkate. | October 25, 2017 at 10:36 am

The FBI involvement is certainly unusual and of questionable legality, never mind ethics, but where’s the evidence that the Clinton campaign or the DNC arranged that? Now if that were to emerge, then this would be huge. As it is, it’s only news because they denied it.

Ronbert in reply to tarheelkate. | October 25, 2017 at 12:52 pm

What is scary is that the intelligence agencies were either bought or were so inept that they believed this crap.

regulus arcturus in reply to Milhouse. | October 25, 2017 at 11:12 am

FBI was involved in the scheme to defame Trump, and was conspiring with DNC

        http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2017/10/report-fbi-offered-to-pay-for-work-on-trump-dossier.php

That’s unprecedented, and constitutes politicized weaponization of a US investigatory and intel-gathering agency.

        Other agencies are likely involved.

Prosecutions must follow, otherwise FBI and DOJ remain tainted beyond credibility.

        Mac45 in reply to Milhouse. | October 25, 2017 at 12:33 pm

What makes this huge is who supported this obviously contrived attempt to smear a candidate for President.

Though the “official” report from intelligence agencies, such as the CIA, were that the report could not be confirmed these were simply mentioned in passing and given little credibility. The political appointees who ran these agencies did not come forth and denounce this document as blatantly false. Then the dossier was used as the basis for a FISA warrant on a Presidential candidate, without any known supporting evidence by the FBI [Comey]. And, now we learn that its creation was funded by the HRC campaign and the DNC for the express purpose of concocting some kind of link between Trump and the Russian state. To make this further relevant, we have been chasing the Russia/Trump collusion Jabberwocky based upon the report that Russian state agents hacked the DNC servers and Podesta’s emails to influence the election. Interestingly, the firm which provided the now thoroughly debunked “dossier” for the DNC and HRC is also the sole source of information concerning who “hacked” the DNC servers. And, the officers of that firm have invoked their 5th Amendment protections in reference to testimony on the subject.

There was collusion in the last election. However it was not between Trump and the Russians. It was between the DNC, HRC and the government of the United States of America. THIS is what makes this HUUUGGGEE.

Rick the Curmudgeon | October 24, 2017 at 8:02 pm

Upon further contemplation, can it be proved that the DNC paid Fusion for the Trump dossier?

“No, no! We paid them for some other campaign shenanigans! Some other DNC must have paid for the dossier!”

Yeah, I know; I’m enjoying this way too much…

regulus arcturus | October 24, 2017 at 8:06 pm

Tucker Carlson is breaking significant news on this – Manafort was working for the Podestas.

He has an anonymous source within the Podesta Group.

Russia was deeply involved in Hillary’s campaign.

With this latest revelation, it is now at a point in DC when the good guys ask “Who ya gonna call” to take this to the enforcement level. The FBI? The DoJ? Capital Hill Police? I mean every agency is up to their necks in this dirty mess and no one can be trusted. I suspect the federal judges are going to be the next group to be exposed as corrupt. Where does that leave us? All it takes are a handful of accomplices spread throughout the system to derail it. obama/hillay have moles in every department and they can spike an investigation or delay it years by just “Losing” a request for a document. This is not the swamp it is the cesspool.

Ragspierre in reply to regulus arcturus. | October 24, 2017 at 9:00 pm

Hey, I’m DOWN wid it. I always was.

My point has been…and still is…that T-rump is the impediment to prosecution, not Sessions. The assertion otherwise is rank apologia and T-rump suckage. Every day Sessions serves at Donald Duck’s good pleasure.

“Trump is the impediment to prosecution, not Sessions…”

        What a bizarre assertion.

You forgot Sessions ran for a ‘safe corner’ by recusing himself faster than you can say “Sessions knew what was going on from day one?”

Sessions’ recusal was entirely proper. Sessions is not the problem.

Oh. OK, El T-rumpo Cabana Boi, why is Sessions NOT prosecuting Hellary for things UNRELATED to Russia?

          Like EVERYTHING ELSE…!!!

Sessions did not have to recuse himself from the Russia Collusion investigation. As the AG, he is not going to directly supervise ANY investigation. That is always done by underlings. All the AG does is read updates on the various ongoing investigations, as necessary. Sessions took a powder because he did not want to be in the line of fire of Establishment interests. So, who does he place in charge of the Russia investigation? Rosenstein. Who, it turns out is something of an “expert” on Russian investigations.

Now, Trump is not the impediment to prosecution. I have addressed this previously. Trump is not an ideologue. He has an agenda, MAGA. And, he has a plan for completing that agenda. The initial steps are to eliminate onerous regulations, critically unfavorable trade deals, overly burdensome taxes and unfettered immigration which produces unnecessary and unwanted competition for jobs. Step one is build the economy. Then, as the economy grows, step two is to force the corruptocrats out of the government, so that this nation will remain great. And, as the country grows, so will Trump benefit. It is enlightened self interest by a man who has no plans to remain in government. Picking needless fights over past improper or illegal actions is not part of step one. It is part of step two. The corruption is too deeply entrenched to win that battle at this time. As Establishment politicians are voted out in 2018 and 2020, the new government will be able to fight more efficiently against the entrenched corruption which exists today. This all takes time.

“Sessions’ recusal was entirely proper. Sessions is not the problem.”

Sessions’ recusal was proper in another era. This isn’t the 1950s anymore.
His recusal allowed all manner of mischief to occur because it ensured that nobody responsible would be in command to stop it. This is what one would avoid if one understood that the other side is not the “loyal opposition.”

Now it looks like Mueller, Comey, and Rosenstein may all be implicated in Obama era wrongdoing. Who is going to hold them to account?!? Not Sessions.

regulus arcturus in reply to TheFineReport.com. | October 25, 2017 at 10:28 am

Sessions’ recusal may have been proper, but it was not necessary.

If we apply Sessions’ standard to others, now Mueller, McCabe, and Rosenstein should also recuse themselves given recent developments.

        “El T-rumpo Cabana Boi…”

Is there some kind of on online dictionary you can refer us to so we can translate the above?

So why did a media outlet that works as a bunch of Democratic operators – but I repeat myself – reveal dirt that we have all known for a while but made media “official”?

1- had to establish some credibility before starting a disinformation campaign to protect against their own dirty Russian dealings?

2- People realize HRC is serious about running again and the takedown of Harvey wasn’t enough of a warning?

3- Some other sneaky angle I have overlooked?

4- Wanted to actually operate as an unbiased investigative news organization for once? hahahaha hahahaha just kidding

So which is it? Door 1 or 2 or 3?

I vote door #2. They can’t take her out directly because she has too much dirt on everyone else. So they have to indirectly take out every ally.

Democrats have Russia problems and this whole probe is to drag DT through the mud via Manafort (the only guy with Russia issue on DT’s side) while actually covering up their own tracks. But I don’t think this release helps that effort. So I think it’s a warning shot – stand down or we won’t let you cover up the Russia stuff.

Lord forgive me, this conspiracy theory stuff is fun.

“People realize HRC is serious about running again…”

Given her health, she’ll probably be dead by the next election. Or in prison.

In parallel, in the Uranium One scandal, John Solomon just reported that Obama was personally briefed on the progress of the FBI bribery case, which was concealed from Congress, and which would have prevented that deal.

Now we start asking legal questions about the entire previous administration, including the previous president.

So providing knowingly false information to obtain a FISA Warrant is perjury

42 U.S.C. sec. 1983, which allows for the civil and criminal action against any agent of the government — when acting under “color of law” — that wrongfully, intentionally and/or negligently performs an act which would otherwise violated the provisions and the spirit of the Fourth Amendment.

also:

1752. Subornation Of Perjury

To establish a case of subornation of perjury, a prosecutor must demonstrate that perjury was committed; that the defendant procured the perjury corruptly, knowing, believing or having reason to believe it to be false testimony; and that the defendant knew, believed or had reason to believe that the perjurer had knowledge of the falsity of his or her testimony.

To secure a conviction for subornation of perjury, the perjury sought must actually have been committed. United States v. Hairston, 46 F.3d 361, 376 (4th Cir.), cert. denied, 116 S.Ct. 124 (1995). The underlying perjury must be proved under the standards required by the applicable perjury statute. Thus, if section 1621 applies to the underlying perjury, the two witness rule must be met, but not if section 1623 applies to the underlying perjury. United States v. Gross, 511 F.2d 910, 915 (3d Cir.), cert. denied, 423 U.S. 924 (1975). Physical coercion need not be proven in prosecutions for subornation of perjury. United States v. Heater, 63 F.3d 311, 320 (4th Cir. 1995), cert. denied, 116 S.Ct. 796 (1996). Conspiracy to suborn perjury may be prosecuted irrespective of whether perjury has been committed. The two witness rule does not apply in conspiracy prosecutions. Solicitation of perjured testimony also may be prosecuted as obstruction of justice irrespective of whether the perjured testimony took place. United States v. Silverman, 745 F.2d 1386, 1395 (11th Cir. 1984).

Because the crime of subornation of perjury is distinct from that of perjury, the suborner and perjurer are not accomplices; however, a person who causes a false document to be introduced through an innocent witness can be held liable as a principal under 18 U.S.C. § 2(b). United States v. Walser, 3 F.3d 380, 388 (11th Cir. 1993).

That Dossiar should get a lot of people in trouble. Show time folks. I would start with McCain and check out Flake and Corker. I bet Chucky is in on it too.

I wonder if Trump wants the JFK files release because we all know it was an LBJ hit job. Maybe he is letting us know what the government can go to him.

The Manafort thing troubles me. Is the claim that Manafort was working for Trump funneling money to the DNC to set them up or was Manafort a double for Clinton. Based I what I saw about Roger Stone, Stone must have known what was going on.

They can’t write books as good as this story is going to get.

BTW, anybody see Tom Steyer’s ‘impeach Trump’ video ads? They are unintentionally hilarious:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/video/politics/need-to-impeach-join-us–campaign-video/2017/10/20/ef16742e-b59a-11e7-9b93-b97043e57a22_video.html?utm_term=.e95112ed6de8

Amazing a guy so intelligent can be so dumb.

I am enjoying this so much. The Democrats put such effort into pushing the “Russia, Russia, Russia” meme and practically did handstands with joy when Mueller was appointed to look into Russian influence in the campaign.

And now…

They are tying themselves into knots, furious that the boomerang that they threw has returned to smack them in the face.

There are multiple things going on here.

1. HRC/DNC and a yet-to-be-named Republican paid for a phony dossier created with the help of Russians which was then shown to Barack Obama who used it to unmask people involved in the Trump campaign. Collusion.

2. Russians were brought into the Podesta Group and their requests were passed to HRC via the good-old-brother network, while other Russians were throwing heaps of money at both Clintons in furtherance of…..

3. …the Clintons enabled some 20% of the US uranium, the stuff form which bombs are made, to be sold to an enemy of the US.

4 And the final repose of that uranium is not known. It may be in Russia, or it may have been sold by Putin to the Norks or the Persians. Or some of each, probably.

Milhouse in reply to Michael Haz. | October 25, 2017 at 5:10 am

What the **** are you talking about? No uranium was sold. Rosatom bought a Canadian company which, among its many assets, owned some mines in the US. The production of those mines has remained within the US, just like all uranium mined here; the US is an importer of uranium, not an exporter.

      Do try and keep up:

“Asked about that, the commission confirmed that Uranium One has, in fact, shipped yellowcake to Canada even though it does not have an export license. Instead, the transport company doing the shipping, RSB Logistic Services, has the license. A commission spokesman said that “to the best of our knowledge” most of the uranium sent to Canada for processing was returned for use in the United States.”

      https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?_r=1

“A Uranium One spokeswoman, Donna Wichers, said 25 percent had gone to Western Europe and Japan.”

And we all know the Eurotrash NEVER deals with Russia….

Milhouse in reply to SDN. | October 25, 2017 at 5:50 am

Russia has more than enough of its own uranium, why would it even want this? The purchase of Uranium One had nothing to do with its US mines. It was all about its Kazakh mines. When the Clintons started helping Uranium One it was to protect it from Putin who was trying to destroy it. The deal they ended up making was that he’d buy it instead.

regulus arcturus in reply to Milhouse. | October 25, 2017 at 11:01 am

That’s a ridiculous left-wing talking point – Russia already has enough uranium, they don’t want this.

Bullshit. They want to control the uranium market, the way they control the plutonium market.

Uranium is a scarce resource with national security implications, and the other part of this idiotic talking point is Russia only gained control of the uranium, and none was exported (false).

The US imports 90% of its uranium, and Russia now controls a large majority of the world’s supply, making the US vulnerable.

One of the results of the new investigations is that this deal must be nullified.

Stop making excuses for Clinton lawlessness.

Far from locking her up, the best thing you can do is to support Hillary. If she could somehow win another DNC nomination, everyone here would be overjoyed.

Here’s a storyline right out of Satan’s handbook. obama wants to improve relations with the country that Romney claimed to be our most fearsome geopolitical foe, Russia, so he talks to Vlad about helping them in the “Peaceful” nuclear program. How about if we sell the Ruskies some of our uranium? So they start working on the deal while hillary is the SoS and to get her and all of her people onboard the Ruskies and the Canadian from Uranium One start “Donating” to her “Charity” and offer her husband a one-time speaking fee of $500,000. BUT, in the meantime, the FBI discovers that the Russians are doing everything that the mafia has been doing for years and even nab a couple of the lower level thugs. Guess who was the Director of the FBI? Muller. Guess who he appointed to run the investigation? Rosenstein! Then after they found out about the mafia-like corruption in the nuclear industry from the Russians, they covered it up for 5 years so that the Uranium One deal would go through. Fast forward to today and we have Rosenstein acting as the AG of the US and he appoints Muller to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election!!! Now we are hearing about the FBI cover-up and the people who did the cover-up are doing the investigating!! Does anyone have any confidence that any good will come of this?

so he talks to Vlad about helping them in the “Peaceful” nuclear program. How about if we sell the Ruskies some of our uranium?

That’s so ridiculously wrong it’s funny. You’ve got it exactly backwards. The whole point of the “Atoms for Peace” or whatever it was called was to enable US companies to buy uranium from Russia, to get it out of their hands. No US uranium was ever sold to Russia.

The corruption story that broke a few days ago was about Russian businessmen lining their pockets at their own government’s expense, out of this sale of Russian uranium to US buyers.

inspectorudy in reply to Milhouse. | October 25, 2017 at 10:37 am

You’re wrong as usual. There have already been unauthorized shipments, through Canada, of US uranium to countries unknown. It is so refreshing to have someone like you tell us what the Russians are actually doing.

We will find also that 1. there was no Republican immediate purchaser, it was a Democrat/Obama/Clinton operation 2. Mueller and Comey were in on the get go 3. the DNC was involved, along with the Podesta people 4. it was to be used to first get warrants to emplace listening devices, then slander Trump, all with the approval of Comey, Holder, Obama, Rhodes, etc.
That the FBI and the DOJ are criminal enterprises. Using the judges and warrants to get money, power and destroy opponents and American voters.

Oh, come on you guys, as Hillary Clinton said, ‘What Difference At This Point Does It Make?’, and, as BJ Clinton said, “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.

smalltownoklahoman | October 25, 2017 at 7:09 am

This is just more evidence of how big a bullet we dodged as a nation when we elected Trump! The Clintons have always been corrupt and sleazy but this is just more proof that there is truly no depth they won’t sink too in order to gain money and power!

The FBI used the dossier to secure permission to monitor the communications of Trump associate Carter Page, based on U.S. officials briefed on the Russia investigation, CNN reported in April.

Mueller gives immunity to all the dnc, every member of Hillary’s team for all Russian shenanigans in perpetuity then finds a republican to hang the dossier on to prove Trumps collusion.

Otherwise this makes no sense. Time to fire the special prosecutor and appoint one to investigate the fbi and Hillary’s uranium deal.

And lest we not forget something very, very important:

Guess who was vice president during the entire massive obama/jarrett/clinton criminal corruption of our government?

Drum roll…. Joe Biden.

Don’t let him off the hook.
