Holder Wades Into Fake News About Trump’s Phone Call to Gold Star Mom

Holder Wades Into Fake News About Trump’s Phone Call to Gold Star Mom

Holder reaffirms his commitment to the Trump “resistance”

Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder gave the appearance of partisan hackery and outright corruption since early in his tenure at the Department of Justice.  According to Holder, we are a “nation of cowards” for not focusing on race and racial “justice,” and we need to “brainwash” Americans to hate and fear guns.

In the wake of the latest anti-Trump feeding frenzy over a phone call to a Gold Star family, Holder has reaffirmed his devotion to the “resistance” and has not only called Trump a liar but has declared his policies “dangerous.”

Newsweek reports:

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, whose tenure was embroiled in controversy, had some strong words this week for the Trump administration’s position on key issues involving the criminal justice system.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s stance on crime, sentencing, private prisons and drugs is “disappointing, dispiriting and ultimately dangerous,” Holder told a crowd of law enforcement leaders from around the country who had gathered in Washington, D.C., according to The Hill.

. . . .  “I believe our country is at a crossroads,” Holder said, according to the network. “Will we return to the policies of the past?”

He also said he was disappointed with the rollback of Obama-era oversight programs for police shootings and Trump’s decision to allow more private prisons contracts, the news network reported.

In addition to this statement, Holder also noted that he is a part of the anti-Trump resistance.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday he was a member of the political resistance against President Trump.

“There’s no question about that,” Holder told CNN. “You know, I’m a progressive Democrat committed to the ideals of my party and proud of the work that I did as attorney general.”

Holder, who headed the Department of Justice from 2009 to 2015, admitted it’s been “difficult” to watch Attorney General Jeff Sessions dismantle some of his policies that he thought made the U.S. “better, more fair, more just.”

“At the same time, I’ve tried to be respectful and only when certain lines have been crossed have I raised my voice,” Holder said. “But yeah, it’s been a difficult thing to watch and it means that I think I have to be a part of the resistance and to try to save as much of the great work I think that we did as is possible and to try to ensure that we put in place leadership in 2018, in 2020, that will be supportive of the positive things that we did.”

Holder was also one of the Obama administration’s alumni who defended the former president’s outreach to military families grieving loved ones after Trump claimed Obama “didn’t often” call them.

Holder on Tuesday implored Trump on social media to “stop the damn lying.”

Holder continues to hold Obama up as some sort of light-bringer at his own peril.  The news cycle may have our attention levels whittled down to days or even hours, but Americans don’t forget a “leading from behind” administration who worked to dismantle, hobble, and undermine our nation, its laws, and its military.

The Clinton Crime Mafia is in full attack mode with the MSM as their shock troops.

I agree with one thing – Sessions is a wuss of the worst kind – he and the DOJ leadership right down to the floor sweepers need to go.

We need an AG who can speak clearly and concisely about the issues – NOT A MUMBLER of the inspector Cluseau pratfalling all over the place!

I would prefer Alan Dershowitz, retired and a knowledgeable Patriot who can argue with Trump privately, but speak with one voice publicly.

Holder , Bush, Clinton’s… trying to change the narrative from Weinstein, Democrats war on Women…

And the Left couldn’t have asked for a better AG on the “Right” then Sessions… what’s not to love?

Holder is a liar and crook – google Marc Rich!

I think we need to cut Sessions some slack. He’s head of a Justice Department riddled with Obama-ites, from top to bottom, starting with his No 2, the “honorable” Mr. Rosenbloom, (or whatever his name is, something like that.)

Look, Sessions has a long, impeccable record of public service. When Trump announced his candidacy, Sessions was the first Senator to publicly, end enthusiastically endorse him.
I believe that he is simply keeping his powder dry, and when the right moment comes will fire both barrels at Obama, Clinton et al. Matter of fact, that might be any day now.

Ahhh, we have had SEVERAL moments and his powder is not just dry , but missing in action and in the case of Mueller , appears complicit , by way of nativity or stupidity .

And yes, he has a stellar record, have no idea what happened, he’s been around the block a few times, he should have known, clearly. So where does that leave us?

I won’t hold my breath on going after Obama, Holder, or others. Unless there is an outright and flagrant criminal act, any effort to prosecute might be viewed and too much fuel in this hyper-partisan era. Words alone evoke violence from the alt-left. Imagine if a visible person were taken down. It could get ugly, fast. No president wants that.

Yes, but not in historic times like these.

The left’s attack on our election victory is unprecedented, and calls for an unprecedented reaction.

If ex-presidents like obama and failed candidates like clinton want their peace, then walk away quietly a la George W. Bush. If not, drop the hammer.

Screw the alt-left and their ‘violence.’ They’d be flattened very quickly, despite soro’s sedition of giving them 18 billion dollars.

Made up Gold Star phone call news is push back over NFL squabble. It’s also a distraction from more important stories happening, like Uranium One scandal which seems to be breaking open. Carry on.

Holder is a known criminal for his Fast & Furious participation, his indefensible, inexplicable refusal to prosecute Jon Corzine in the MF Global crime, and failure to produce documents earning him a contempt of Congress charge, among other things.

Sessions needs to re-open those investigations and actions for reevaluation and prosecution of Holder.

Holder has an open “contempt of congress” charge pending at the DOJ… arrest him!

He’s correct. We are at a cross roads. Thankfully America is rejecting all the crap he and his ilk pushed down our throats.

I suspect that something nasty is comig down the pike for dear Mr Holder, and he was tipped off by one of his cronies in the Justice Dept. Therefore he is now shouting at the top of his lungs that “I am a member of the resistance” so that when the caca hits the rotary device he can more loudly claim they are bogus claims and political payback.

Holder is obviously the victim of racism practiced by an irredeemable nation of “cowards,” “bitter clingers” and “deplorables.”

If Holder was not a criminal, his devotion and his aggressiveness would otherwise be a model for the failing AG that is Sessions.

Another vile, contemptible, self-aggrandizing and self-serving opportunist.

The man so pathologically embittered, irrational and un-self-aware, he admonishes Americans that they are a nation of “cowards” with regard to racial matters — months after electing the first bi-racial President in history.
