What the “aggrieved community” says is on par with “that’s retarded, sir.”

Believe it or not, if you separate out this community, you come to America. And, you know how many thought what Don West said is true: This case was a travesty of justice.

The Martin’s weren’t in court. So who told them not to come in? Or does this not guilty verdict grabbed their dreamed about cash register, on their heads?

Part of being in a civilized democracy is that sometimes we don’t get what we want. Anyone who is calling for vigilante action against Zimmerman is simply a barbarian. And they need to be prosecuted for their threats, implicit and explicit.

Does anyone really think Stormfront was gearing up to riot all over Florida if the verdict went the other way? Of course not. It’s only the black racists like the NBP’s and Al Sharpton that are trying to incite violence, as far as I can tell.

Fabi in reply to EBL. | July 14, 2013 at 12:37 am

I was only picking on Crump because I’ve been to Bermuda and heard black people speak beautiful English. Peace.

They do speak very well in Bermuda!

Harperman in reply to Fabi. | July 14, 2013 at 3:11 am

I am glad to hear that the blacks in Bermuda are speaking English well and acting like human beings now. One of the most terrifying experiences of my life was in Bermuda when I was being driven home from school (Saltus Grammar) by my mother in the early sixties. We got caught in the middle of one of the race riots of the time. For a seven year old child who had no idea what the hell was going on it was terrifying.

The only justice they want is Zimmerman’s head on a stake. Facts don’t matter. Truth doesn’t matter.

Nolo Contendere | July 13, 2013 at 11:37 pm

Honestly, the illiteracy of the Trayvon supporters is scarier than their missplelled threats.

They would probably say they don’t need to read. President Obama and the rest of the Democrats will tell them what to think.

      JackRussellTerrierist in reply to McCoy2k. | July 14, 2013 at 1:24 am

….and give them food, phones, cash, housing, electricity, and then tell them how to vote to get more.

It’s been going on for 40 years.

This not guilty verdict would have been even more satisfying had that stupid judge allowed the child abuse charge with third degree murder. Think I’ll drop by the GZ defense fund and drop a couple hundred more bucks as a big FU to the lynch mob.

nordic_prince | July 13, 2013 at 11:43 pm

A lot of liberal progressive heads exploding tonight ~

Nonsense, Michael Moore! If GZ had been beating TM’s head into the sidewalk, TM would have been justified in shooting him in self-defense. The question was did GZ act to protect himself against a felony, and the jury said that he did. A tragedy for both families, but GZ was legally and morally right.

Did ANY of those people actually watch the trial or listen to the facts? Hoping that GZ and family find a safe place away from these loons and crazies! And the race baiter Sharpton is still playing them for fools. Geeeeezzzzz!

listingstarboard | July 13, 2013 at 11:48 pm

“No one should be allowed to murder a child and just walk away” from a brilliant leftard–unless you are Kermit Gosnell and are performing late term abortions–then its AOK. Just think how relieved the jurors will be when they see the evidence of Trayvons drugs and guns and backpack full of stolen jewelry that Judge Nelson refused as evidence—Thank goodness for the jury in this case.

theduchessofkitty | July 13, 2013 at 11:48 pm

Let me put this here, since I wrote it in a previous thread. I’m going to amplify it a bit.

By claiming the memories of Medgar Evers and Emmett Till tonight, they insult the memories of these two men. Medgar Evers fought for justice and was killed because of it. Emmett Till was killed because he dared to say something to a white woman.

TM was not a saint, a hero, or an unfortunate victim. He was immersed into the gangsta culture, and he was well on his way to develop a nice, long-page rap sheet with the State of Florida.

His parents knew he was not on the right path: they didn’t care. He was smoking pot: they didn’t care. He was going around with the wrong crowd: they didn’t care. They had the responsibility of being PARENTS to their son, and for him to do right, so he would live a long life on Earth. “Honor thy father and thy mother” was not a suggestion, for good reason. But they chose not to do the right thing for their son, on their part.

And TM didn’t care, on his.

This was simply a failure on the part of the parents for not raising him the right way – and on his for doing all the wrong things that brought him into his confrontation with GZ – a man everyone in the neighborhood knew for years and respected, who was doing nothing but defend the right of his neighbors to live their lives in peace and without fear of crime, vandalism and thuggery.

The one thing that bothers me the most about all this is that his very own mother knew he was taking the wrong path in life, and did NOTHING to stop him from ruining his life or having his life cut short. Now that he’s dead, she wants everyone to call him a “martyr” and a “civil rights cause” – and make boatloads of money out of it!!! Her greed erases any call of her son being a “martyr.”

Emmett Till was a civil rights cause. The deed done to him was outrageous and unspeakable.

TM was not, nor will he ever be, Emmett Till.

Bruce Hayden in reply to theduchessofkitty. | July 14, 2013 at 12:04 am

Let me suggest some politically incorrect sexism. But the reality is that most women cannot adequately raise and civilize adolescent males They need adult males closely involved in a father role to do this successfully. The prisons are full of males raised without fathers, and this is probably the most significant cause of the violent culture being experienced by under class black communities today.

TM appears to have been raised almost entirely by women. It shouldn’t be surprising t

Bruce Hayden in reply to Bruce Hayden. | July 14, 2013 at 12:13 am

Post got sent too early. Sorry. Continuing…

I don’t have as much sympathy as maybe I should for TM’s mother in terms of how her son turned out (I do have sympathy for her loss, which is different). She put herself in the situation where her son was raised without a father or strong father figure. Don’t know the specifics, why she didn’t raise her son with his father. But she is the one who picked the him, her baby’s daddy. She either picked someone she couldn’t live with, or someone who wasn’t going to be there to perform the fathering role.

JackRussellTerrierist in reply to Bruce Hayden. | July 14, 2013 at 1:36 am

Trademark lived wih his father until about three years ago when the father got divorced from his second wife. Trademark had just been shipped back to his father for all the trouble he was getting in, including his third or fourth suspensions from school that year, assaulting a bus driver, possessng stolen property, smoking dope, fighting and so on. Instead of staying home and supervising his violent, miscreant son, daddy went out on the town with his latest squeeze and didn’t get home until about 4am. He didn’t even know Trademark was missing until the next afternoon after he woke up and sobered up.

Mommy Grifter only had Trademark until her divorce from daddy Grifter when Trademark was about 4-5 years old, then again when he was about 14 when daddy Grifter and Trademark’s stepmother, who was apparently very good with him, divorced.

I agree with all you said. TM’s dad also has numerous kids. The latest, a son, born to Brandy Green a few months ago. This is the gal that lived in the complex where TM was shot. Every time Tracy got divorced, he had another gal pregnant..waiting in the wings. I think now he will make nice and get back with $ybrina..the money train! Sadly their son means MORE to them in death than when he was alive. They can cry all they want, but they ‘sucked’ at being parents. $ybrina ‘farmed’ the kid out his entire life, but now he is her angel, her perfect son! When he got suspended, she put him on a bus to Orlando. SHE could not even drive the troubled kid to meet his father! Very sad..but they are crying all the way to the bank.

I agree with your analysis. Now if you would use less inflammatory naming more folks not already agreeing with you might listen and learn from you. As it is, the second Trayvon is called trademark the folks quit listening.

JackRussellTerrierist in reply to JackRussellTerrierist. | July 14, 2013 at 3:55 am

Thank you for your politely delivered criticism. I am being sincere. However, the parents did indeed trademark their dead son’s name as well as “Justice for Trayvon” The T-shirts are still available. Sybrina Fulton inadvertantly admitted that, in response to a reporter asking her how she felt about the arrest, She stated, “I’m glad. An arrest is what we wanted” or words close to that. They needed the arrest in order to file thelawsuit against the HOA, a suit they prevailed in collecting an undisclosed sum but experts say it would have been for the HOA’s total liability policy, which was $1M. During that time, they went on a trashcan begging tour organized through their lawyers with various media venues. Sybrina held the trash can while patrons of St. Trayvon passed by, solemnly bowing their heads and throwing money in the trashcan. This all occurred just a couple months after St. Trayvon’s death.

The parents are grifters capitalizing on their son’s death. They did indeed trademark his name and the other phrase and proceeded to make money on them. With this verdict, they’re probably firing up the T-shrt presses as we speak.

This has been the most unseemly behavior following the death of a ‘loved’ that I am aware of.

So, I really do thank you for your note, but I am compelled to call it as I see it.

I 100% agree with you that TM was not & never could be an Emmitt Till and comparing him to Till is ludicrous. However, I don’t agree with you on your points about his mother — it could be guilt and grief that is motivating her to try to make TM into some kind of hero or civil rights “symbol” not greed. Losing your child (and no matter how old TM was, he will always be her “child”) is devastating and can led a person into serious denial. She is presenting a picture of her son as she *wants* to believe he was and as she *wants* him to be remembered, despite her own failings as his mother. At least, I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on that. I put the blame for the “St. Trayvon” narrative more on the professional race-hustlers like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and that clown Crump for exploiting her grief to further their own agenda.

theduchessofkitty in reply to angienc. | July 14, 2013 at 12:48 pm

When a mother puts a TRADEMARK on her dead son – a dead son for whom she did little to nothing in raising him the right way, preventing him from acquiring bad company, bad manners and a bad culture during his life – she’s no longer “grieving”. She’s marketing.

(Who ever puts a trademark on a dead child?)

Have you seen all the money she’s racked since then, by practically showing the 17-year-old’s carcass to the world? The race hustlers took her into their wings very quickly. They are vultures. But she’s not only letting them feed of her son’s carcass, but also she’s participating in the feeding herself!

The simple question I want answered by the prosecution:

If GZ didn’t shoot TM, would they have brought assault and battery charges against TM for using excessive force against GZ? If the answer is yes, they need to explain why they brought this case.

Further, I would love someone to investigate these prosecutors … Have they prosecuted someone for using excessive force in the past, under similar “following” circumstances. If so, they need to be held accountable.

Joseph – just a small point: we are not a democracy.

How come no one is investigating the missing gps data in trademark’s phone?

The state deleted that information, probably because it proved trademark went home and then returned to attack Zimmerman. The state should be ashamed to persecute Zimmerman knowing that. how can they look themselves in a mirror?

Michael Moore’s Tweet:

“Had a gun-toting Trayvon Martin stalked an unarmed George Zimmerman, and then shot him to death… DO I EVEN NEED TO COMPLETE THIS SENTENCE?”

Michael Moore is a big, fat . . .

DO I EVEN NEED TO COMPLETE THIS SENTENCE?

stevewhitemd in reply to edbarbar. | July 13, 2013 at 11:58 pm

    My response to Michael Moore:

“If George Zimmerman had been black, or if Trayvon Martin had been Hispanic, or if their races had been reversed, and the events had unfolded exactly the same way, there would have been no trial. When you can explain that, please tweet again.”

edbarbar in reply to stevewhitemd. | July 14, 2013 at 12:50 am

You are being too logical. Moore’s tweat is a lot like his movies, with slight modifications to the truth, and “you fill in the blanks.” It’s all self serving, of course.

It’s kind of like the prosecution. Change the reality (with effected renditions of “those f’ing punks), and you fill in the blanks with your emotions. Child dead, f’ing punks, guilty of course.

Note, one thing that bothers me about this trial, is I wonder if it hadn’t been for O’Mara, how would it have gone? If Don West were arguing the case by himself, would Zimmerman be a free man? It’s really scary what’s happening in this country to the justice system at the hands of politics (particularly racial politics).

And note, I do not mean any disrespect for Don West. He is obviously a very talented man, which makes the problem even worse.

JackRussellTerrierist in reply to stevewhitemd. | July 14, 2013 at 1:41 am

stevewhitemd | July 13, 2013 at 11:56 pm

One progressive who isn’t surprised is Jeralyn Merrit at TalkLeft. She’s an attorney, and with all her hard-left beliefs, she was echoing Andrew Branca much of the way in this trial.

She understood what was happening and saw that there was no crime. Mr. Zimmerman defended himself. Mr. Martin may not have been a ‘bad’ person but he made a bad decision.

So there are a few honest progressives out there, at least in this case.

angienc in reply to stevewhitemd. | July 14, 2013 at 3:42 am

In fairness, Jeralyn at TalkLeft is a defense attorney & is *always* pro-defendant, no matter what. So this is probably a case of her pro-defendant bias overriding her progressive bias, not really a case of her being “honest.” She’ll probably be talking about Justice for Jahar when that trial gets underway in Boston.

So Occupy tweets ‘ watch your self on social media, feds r watching ‘..
Good. Hope they are.

Was anyone surprised that in FL the jury did not have to enumerate every count? Not a bad idea just to cut to the chase, but here they would have had to read that they find him not guilty of M2 and not guilty of manslaughter.

ThomasD in reply to graytonb. | July 14, 2013 at 8:44 am

My understanding of the trial is that there was only one count – Second Degree Murder, manslaughter was a lesser included offense. Possible verdicts in that count were guilty of SDM, guilty of manslaughter, or not guilty.

OmegaPaladin | July 14, 2013 at 12:03 am

I was chatting on IRC and a pre-law student I know said that he hoped someone used SYG and self defense to execute Zimmerman, and that if GZ didn’t want to suffer street justice he should have pled guilty to murder 2 and spent his life in solitary. I had to get out the chat before I banned the useless idiot. (He’s a tool but he’s got the right to speak and reveal his utter lack of a soul) The reactions on social media are sad, but rather predictable.

stevewhitemd in reply to OmegaPaladin. | July 14, 2013 at 12:18 am

That’s a point worth considering: by their words you know people.

I know it’s Twitter, and blog comments, and anonymous comments appended to the news at CNN and so on, but whether it’s 140 characters or a full page, you get to see what’s in their souls.

Once again the progressive louts out there make it clear. Some of them lack a soul, a heart and a brain.

When the proof said, Trayvon was the THUG!

Larry Elders’s collection of SANE tweets are an antidote to the madness of the Crump-Julison-Corey-Sharpton Kool-Aid drinker’s insanity:

Call me crazy or even a conspiracy nut. Regardless, this entire outrage thingy over the Martin and Zimmerman trial is being orchestrated by Marxists, the CPUSA, and our very own Marxist media to divide the country along racial lines, instigate a blood bath, and enforce martial law upon the land. Groups like the NAACP, MB, DOJ, the divisive brat, CAIR, Soros, and Ally Sharpton – race baiter, and shake down artist extraordinaire- are fanning the flames. What better way to destroy the US than have ethnic groups killing each other. We would have anarchy at its worst. Russia, China, NK, and certain elements in the middle East would be ecstatic if we began to destroy ourselves from within.

If memory serves, Rahm Emmanuel said: “Never let a crisis go to waste.” Well, we are in crisis if we let the inmates run the asylum.

Tell me again how this PC(Social Marxism) and diversity thingy is working out since these are two of the very reasons we have so many social problems.

OK, so how do we win? America wins by us not playing this stupid race game.

With the Zimmerman sideshow over, maybe we address the 50% urban drop-out rate, and that 75% of black kids are born w/o Dads in the house?

With OJ, the state had mountain of evidence. Zealots called him innocent. In Zimmerman, the state had nothing. Zealots called him guilty.

Before his assassination, MLK was stabbed, nearly fatally, by black woman. And MLK’s mom was killed by black man. http://tinyurl.com/olfadys

So now what @TheRevAl? After Duke-LaCrosse, Crown Heights, Freddie’s, Tawana, what will you whip out next?

Larry Elder ‏@larryelder 45m
Hey @Brithume, somebody tell Al Sharpton’s the bank’s on the line. His race card has expired.

Larry Elder ‏@larryelder 1h
Hey @TheRevAl , the bank’s on the line. They say your race card is overdrawn.

Massmedia just can’t stop lying, can they? Just read that article at http://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/13/justice/zimmerman-trial/index.html

Quote: “A 911 dispatcher told Zimmerman that officers were on the way and not to follow the allegedly suspicious person. Nonetheless, Zimmerman got out of his car, later telling police he just wanted to get a definitive address to relay to authorities.”

I don’t believe anybody can be that stupid to confuse the _facts_ after they’ve been proven and repeated numerous times during the trial. It has to be a purposeful lie.

I didn’t have much trust in mass media until this event, and I was aware that they are very biased, selective in what and how they present or interpret things, but I couldn’t think that they are nothing but blatant liars, even on such cases where it’s doesn’t take much effort to find out real facts.

Also, another product of CNN cruft – Robert Zimmerman Jr’s interview with Piers Morgan http://youtu.be/-ePcLS5f7jw.

It’s the first interview of GZ’s brother I’ve ever seen and I’m extremely impressed how well spoken, polite and intelligent he is to be able to clearly convey his opinion and rebut all sneaky insinuations of the interviewer. I take my hat off.

Zimmerman attorneys Mark O’Mara and Don West are both class acts.

If this verdict is a “racist” verdict then it is a media generated “racist” issue. The MSM fanned the flames of any sparks of racial hatred that still exist in our present day. The MSM needs the ‘OMG’ factor to keep people paying attention to them.

To create ‘racism” where there is none is to act with malice, injustice and deception.

This is a sad day for the glee crowd. 🙂 Hehe they are all topping off.

Managed to catch a glorious outburst from the Guardian’s Professional Afro American apologist.

The schadenfreude is wonderful. Awwwhhhh they had to take it down.

A tear for the Obama girls – the brother they never had is a double loser. Awwwhhh.

[…] had a great round up of reaction to the Zimmerman verdict last […]

Maybe if Tracy Martin had loved his out-of-control son to stay at the apartment that night instead of staying out all night with his latest fling, his ‘Tray’ would still be alive.

*enough to…*

I can’t help but compare and contrast the post trial press conferences of West and BDLR. I know which one I wouldn’t want to oppose, in court, on the street, or pretty much anywhere.

And MO’M’s final statement at that press conference was out of the park.

Much thanks to Andrew for his excellent coverage and analysis of this trial. Justice has been served.

Tweets by the Twits of Tweety. The Bulbous Unctious Mikey Moore is perhaps the most vacuous and nausea provoking. Come to think of it, he’s been practically mute & invisible in the The Age of His Infantile Majesty. Sooooooo, there IS an Upside to The Boy King’s Reign!! (-:

A large contingency of the low-information crowd are not going to let anything like the truth interfere with there perception & emotions.

There is more evidence that Trayvon WAS casing the neighborhood to commit a burglary than there was that GZ committed murder 2.

Made me sick to watch Judge Janine comment on this, particularly in light of what she did to Richard DiGuglielmo Jr.

One of the tweets (the author, I believe is Shawn@carnage45) claims to have a picture of the protest in SF for Trayvon, showing a tremendous crowd on the Golden Gate Bridge. The picture, though, is from the 75th anniversary celebration of the Golden Gate Bridge from more than a year ago:

Why does one particular side in this whole thing have to continue to lie and show false images?

[…] are also some photos from protests and marches that occurred Saturday evening in the Social Media Erupts at Zimmerman Verdict – continuing updates […]

[…] Now two and half years later, Sharpton fanned the flames of hatred and outrage leading to a case “which never should have been brought.” Yes Zimmerman is a free man now. But he is also a marked man. […]

[…] However, the real example of the death of the Republic was how Obama injected his opinion and his government’s power into the case- siding against Zimmerman- as though he had the right to.  You see, Obama doesn’t have the right to target and destroy a single man, or any citizen for that matter, just because Obama thinks it is beneficial politically.  That kind of abuse is a sign of tyranny. The “I’m God, you’re not.” moment. (There was a belief in certain circles that the State decided to try Zimmerman in public, showing the lack of a case, in order to show the public the initial decision was correct.  HOWEVER, that is not how the justice system works.  You can see this element in the comments of the prosecutors in this link.)
