After that fall, they’ll likely end up as quadriplegic vegetables.

So thank God ObamaCare will be there for them!

Just go John Gault. There will never be any spending cuts until it is at a market level no longer possible. The dumbo dimocrats won’t even admit that there is a problem.

“Herbert Stein’s Law: “If something cannot go on forever, it will stop.”

and spending at these accelerating levels will not continue forever, and when it stops, that’s when all hell will break loose.
“Let is Burn” will at least accelerate this whole process.

Superb textual content! Since “let you go” is a euphemism for firing a worker. This Branco fellow is a keeper 🙂

Oh, this is so true. I wonder how long it will take for it to actually reverberate through the economy? We know we can’t believe the “unemployment” numbers that are reported anymore. The Dept of Labor will just say “those people have ‘left the workforce’ because they’re no longer looking for jobs” (regardless of if people actually ARE looking or not).

We should have stood fast on the Debt Ceiling LAST year. Now we’ve had, what, another TRILLION dollars of spending and nothing to show for it. It’s time to kill this whole charade.

Would it surprise anyone to know that NPR was making the case that, contrary to Republican claims, raising taxes on the $250K+ folks would encourage many businesses to INCREASE their hiring? You are forgiven for the double take. Apparently, the “logic” was that small businesses would seek to reduce their profits by hiring new employees.

Hell, in that case, raise taxes for everyone for full employment!! /sarc
