At least there is a little sense in Maryland, considering their justice system lets senile old judges come out of retirement to hear cases based on technology they just flat out do not understand.
I like both bumper stickers. The first is a sharp reminder. The second is aspirational.
Knowing the political rumblings in the People’s Republic of Montgomery County, I am surprised that the vehicle hasn’t been savaged.

While I like the sentiment, something tells me that’s not a Thomas Jefferson quote. It just doesn’t resemble the way politics was discussed 230 years ago.
In Chevy Chase, this is a lone voice in the wilderness. That is a close-in suburb of DC and is about as liberal as it gets. The vehicle was probably from Southern Maryland or the Eastern shore, not Chevy Chase.
