During a Great American Panel on Hannity tonight John Fund and Hannity were hammering the point that Obama doesn’t know how to negotiate in good faith. One of them mentioned Donald Trump’s criticism that Obama doesn’t know what he’s doing because Obama’s never done a “big deal.”
Panelist Alexis McGill Johnson of the American Values Institute responded:

…or people realize it took ten years worth of diligence to get him. i very seriously doubt obama added to the equation when it came to finding him.
He got bin Laden like I cooked dinner at the restaurant tonight when I ordered what the waiter suggested.
Trump was talking about negotiating deals. Bin Laden was not “negotiated” out of existence. Besides, it took the threat of Gates and others resigning in protest if Obama again passed on the opportunity to get Bin Laden that ultimately did the job. And it didn’t hurt that Trump was trashing him in the polls at the time.
Speaking of Trump, he helped us out by forcing Obama to “waste” two big cards prematurely: the Bin Laden card and the birth certificate (proving Obama is NOT constitutionally qualified).
Once again leading from behind … Obama gets credit for getting Bin Laden after 1) the CIA 2) the US Military and 3) specifically SEAL Team 6 …
Its difficult to express just how much I hope this become their mantra for the 2012 election.
Leon Panetta got bin Ladin. Obama was prostrate on the floor, drumming his heels, banging his head, kicking and screaming “no, no, I don’t wanna kill the Sheik!”

Heh! It was *Hillary* who took out Bin Laden. That’s why the photo of a diminutive Obama sitting in the corner, wearing a windbreaker, caught by surprise and totally along for the ride.
I think she did it deliberately to neutralize Barack early so that she could leave the door open for a run in 2012. He wanted Osama saved-up as a “surprise.” There is one H-ll of a lot of bad blood between them.
Besides, this guy couldn’t swing a birthday party.
The photo does show that — most important people to the project AT the table, with documents & laptop, while the bystanders are in the corner.
Hey, maybe Obama needs to fix the budget impasse the same way — call a Clinton in to the meeting room and go out golfing. Tell them to page him when they need him for the photoshoot.

So I guess this proves unequivalently that torture is a useful tool in interrogations and can provide intel. Are Democrats just wrong on every issue?

I like the Hillary stealing Barack’s 2012 campaign thunder theory [above]. One doesn’t have to be a conspiratorialist to know that people in power play games with us and one another, using money and risking lives that don’t belong to them.

Obama did not “get” Bin Laden. The US Military got Bin Laden. Obama sat in a room with his chin in his hand.
What is amazing is that the left thinks this has cred amongst the right.
