There seems to be an unusual lack of clarity here, as Ed Morrissey notes in a post earlier this afternoon.

Various news reports indicate Palin will not be giving a speech, but it’s unclear if she was not invited to speak, given such a po...

My post earlier today, Sarah Palin visits Chick-fil-A, civility and new tone ensue on Twitter, has generated a fair bit of attention.

The tweets highlighted in the post were not even the worst of them. As has become typical when Palin is attacked from the left, the attacks quickly become mysogynistic,...

After Sarah and Todd Palin attended a rally for Ted Cruz in Texas yesterday, they stopped by a Chick-fil-A.

Palin posted photos on her Facebook page and also sent out tweets about the visit (h/t Charles).

Palin’s support for Orrin Hatch is not new

The big news last night was that Sarah Palin endorsed Orrin Hatch (video via HotAir):

Many people are acting surprised.  But Palin’s support is not new, as this video from August 2011 indicates, although calling it a formal “endorsement’ may be new:

I set forth my position on April 23:

I’m not jumping on...

Definitely a contender.

Sarah Palin on the Secret Service agent who checked her out:

“Well, check this out bodyguard, you’re fired, and I hope his wife kicks his okole and sends him to the dog house long as he’s not eatin’ the dog along with his former boss.”

Multiple levels of bestness there — the...

The line runs rather directly from Sarah Palin hatred to Ann Romney hatred

A post at Bookroom Worm exploring the attacks on Ann Romney is getting a lot of attention:

This transcends Leftist feminist sensibilities and touches upon a core issue in statism — namely, who raises the children? ….

I am the counterweight to the state.  Therefore, I am dangerous.  I am subversive simply by...

Ann Coulter’s fragging

Ann Coulter’s Romney-promoting long ago went far beyond Romney promoting, into cheap shots against the Tea Party movement and just about anyone who was not on Team Romney.  Much like the caustic Jennifer Rubin, insulting the people Romney will need to unite behind him seems to be Coulter’s schtick.

My prior posts from this...

The Derrick Bell thing has them worried

The Breitbart video of Barack Obama embracing Prof. Derrick Bell, one of the founders of critical race theory, has been dismissed as a dud and failure.

But the dialogue about how that narrative fits into Obama’s campaign tactics — something I explored on Day 2 of this blog — must have the Obama campaign...

A  former editor in chief of Ms. Magazine observed in October 2008:

It’s difficult not to froth when one reads, as I did again and again this week, doubts about Sarah Palin’s “intelligence,” coming especially from women such as PBS’s Bonnie Erbe, who, as near as I recall, has not herself heretofore been...

Mitt won the Maine caucuses, Mitt won the Maine caucuses! 39-36 over Ron Paul, with about 5000 people voting!  Not for Mitt, in total.

He also won the CPAC straw poll.  Just like Michele Bachmann won the straw poll in Iowa.  And Herman Cain in Florida.  And just like Mitt did in...

It’s not looking good in Florida.

The polls show Romney surging as a result of the Romney plan exposed by The NY Times to overwhelm Newt via Romney’s close ties to Drudge and a collective effort of the Republican establishment to go after Newt in what The Wall Street Journal reported as “unlike...

If you asked me even a couple of weeks ago whether the Republican Party could heal from the wounds of this election cycle in time to unite against Obama, I would have said ”Yes.”

I’m not so sure anymore.  After the South Carolina primary the Republican establishment, and media supporters like Matt Drudge, launched ...
