Twenty-two years ago today, at 9:02 AM, a homemade bomb exploded at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK. The bomb killed 168 people, which included 19 children. The attack at the time was the worst terrorist attack on American soil until 9/11.

Terrence Crutcher was fatally shot by Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby on September 16. Today, first-degree manslaughter charges were filed against Officer Shelby.

Adding strips of bacon to bottles of vodka lead to a three-day, tax-payer-funded stay in county lock-up and a few criminal charges for one Oklahoma bartender.
