And about time, too…!!!
I wouldn’t want Murray on my six after repeatedly lying about him. But I’m not anything like the SPLC.
Kamala steals “Stupidest Reason for Voting Against Gorsuch” at the last moment.
You go gurl, we knew you had it in ya!
On a day when Donald Trump is trying to get the House to pass TrumpCare (I hope he fails, by the way) and the Senate’s business is overshadowed by the Gorsuch hearings, we have a new interview in which Trump plays the jackass. And nowhere is his jackassery more on display than in this comment:
But you would agree also that some of the things you have said haven’t been true. You say that Ted Cruz’s father was with Lee Harvey Oswald.
Well that was in a newspaper. No, no, I like Ted Cruz, he’s a friend of mine. But that was in the newspaper. I wasn’t, I didn’t say that. I was referring to a newspaper. A Ted Cruz article referred to a newspaper story with, had a picture of Ted Cruz, his father, and Lee Harvey Oswald, having breakfast.
So, when people lie about what T-rump says, everyone who thinks about defending him has had their legs cut out from under them.
Because Der Donald lies. Reagan he is NOT.
Scott Adams writes about the hit piece on him by Bloomberg. Added my favorite of his points.
13. My girlfriend, Kristina, has an advanced degree from UC Berkeley, plays multiple instruments, has succeeded in several fields, and now has 3.3 million Instagram followers.
The writer mentioned her bra size.
Just saw this.
Yeah? STICK it, Donelle
The people who have an explicit legal obligation to work not on our behalf but on behalf of their shareholders do a pretty good job of giving us what we want; the people who vow to work on our behalf do not. That is a paradox only if you do not think about it too much, and not thinking about it too much is the business that politicians are in.
If capitalism — which is to say, human ingenuity set free to follow its own natural course — is a kind of social machine, then politicians are something like children who take apart complex machines without understanding what they do or how to put them back together. (At their worst, they are simply saboteurs.)
When they rail against capitalism, automation, trade, and the like, they resemble nothing so much as those hominids at the beginning of 2001: A Space Odyssey, shrieking hysterically at something that is simply beyond their comprehension.
A social machine is different from an ordinary mechanical one, but you can still throw sand in the gears.
Yeeeeeup. Don’t let anyone screw with the wonderful engine that gave us our standard of living.
Yes, there was conflicting evidence. Yes, the situation was confused and tense. No, we should not use this incident to indict all cops. But in the United States of America, when an agent of the state makes mistake after mistake and kills an innocent man who is “guilty” only of exercising his most basic and fundamental constitutional and human right of self-defense, at the very least he should have to face the possibility of paying for his mistake. And, at the very least, I should retain the right to open my door in tense situations under my terms. The Eleventh Circuit says I don’t. The Supreme Court should now say that I do.

Yes. The Supremes certainly SHOULD.
CHANGE? Price rules out clean repeal of Obamacare.
“That is not something that the president is willing to do. It’s not something that he said he would do,” Price said of a clean repeal during an appearance on ABC’s “This Week.”
“Certainly what he has said is that repeal and replace need to occur essentially at the same time, concurrently, and that’s what we’re moving forward with in this first phase,” Price said.
Repeal-ish and replace-ish.

There you go. It’s called T=rumpCare, and it belonga T-rump.
This is a real shame. Literally.
Here’s a local story from last week that I wish I had posted sooner. Just slipped my mind to do so. This one is more for College Insurrection as it involves a university. Anyways, Bit-by-Bit, a nonprofit therapeutic riding center is suing Rogers State University over fraudulent land and donations grabs involving millions of dollars.
Some of the “thinking” by the Collective is really dark, vile, and should be disgusting to everyone.
Fake news from the Branch T-rumpidian bubble?
A deaf person could not take advantage of free lectures online, because the University did not supply Closed Captioning to all of it’s videos. She sued. The result is predictable… the University has capitulated, and is removing all of it’s free online content.
In the name of fairness.
Good move in N. Carolina.
As pretty much always, Williamson is very worth the read.

Historic ruling grants ‘tri-custody’ to trio who had threesome
New York Post – March 10, 2017
A Long Island couple and a neighbor with whom they had a threesome have been granted “tri-custody” of their 10-year-old son in a groundbreaking ruling.
It is worse in some areas here in Sweden then back during the ’70s when my uncle was a NYPD patrolman in the South Bronx.
There will be no new police in immigrant suburb of Rinkeby in Stockholm. Not right now in any case. The reason: no construction company dares to build it.
Not likely to be linked directly to Obama or Lynch, probably carried out by true-believers acting without orders in the advancement of the agenda, and probably with an eye towards a reward after Hillary’s win. The person or persons who engineered this “spike” is/are in deep doodoo now.
That’s an important piece.
This could mean an explosion in orienteering…!!!
How low and sickening can the progressive fascists go?
Advocating the assasination of President Trump!

I havn’t seen this in the news, but these Alexa page ranks for some of these news sites:
Wall Street Journal:
New York Times:
I, too, thought this was just a traditional slow-down in news consumption post election, until I saw:
I have my doubts about the accuracy of Alexa, and keep in mind it is a relative not absolute measure. Our traffic is up significantly, and last month was our second best ever in our 9 year history, yet Alexa shows us dropping like a stone. http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/legalinsurrection.com We are ranked 14,199 in the U.S. on Alexa, but 4833 on Quantcast, which is the measuring tool used by advertisers. https://www.quantcast.com/legalinsurrection.com
Yep. Why can’t Paul see the stinking bill? WTF…???
People should listen to Sen. Cruz.
Proof the progressive fascists manufactured protests in Republican town halls.
Bu…bu…but that’s unpossible, ’cause we all know that the immigration EO roll-out was flawless…
According to the usual T-rump suckers.
“Two important testimonies that Trump was right about Sweden”
Exactly as I’ve said for months.
Bernie/Der Donald are Siamese Twins on trade. IF you can’t hear him. that’s because you are delusional.
More T-rumpian “fake news”. It’s flucking everywhere, coming from all sides…
Well, this is a tough one, Rags. Red State is just as anti-Trump as Gateway Pundit is pro-Trump. Both are seeing through their own colored glasses.
The fact is that when the national deficit and debt increased in the wake of Obama’s election and in the first few months of his presidency, he was blamed by the right, though he was not responsible for much of it. Even the Cato Institute wrote to correct the record on that point.
The bottom line is that the president gets blamed–or credited–no matter what the real circumstances. You know this.
What I know is that custom does not make false crap acceptable.
I also know that RedState is NOT anything like as crazy as GatewayPundit has become.
You should know this.
RedState as “crazy” as GP? Well, no, I would agree they are not as “crazy” in style or presentation of ideas, but they are certainly just as substantively anti-Trump as GP is pro-Trump.
GP has always been, for lack of a better word, “edgy” in terms of hyperbole and misleading headlines and of taking something out of context and running with it. That’s Jim Hoft’s thing; it’s what he does, and he does it very well. I used to get a kick out of reading GP for that very reason.
Did T-rump say what he said?
Yes. He did.
Is it bullshit.
Yes. It IS.
Why all this red herring crap, Fuzzy?
I see your point, Rags, and yes, he said it. But I guess it just feels kind of petty to attack him for taking credit for something someone else did when pols on both sides of the aisle do that all the time. Ted Cruz took credit for stopping gun control measures. I know that pointing out bad behavior in others doesn’t excuse it, but this is rather like holding Trump to a higher standard than we hold others and just feels wrong on that level.
Ah, that Der Donald…!!!
I wonder how many 5 gallon buckets of turd polish that will take…
Wish she’d move to the middle east and stand in front of a bulldozer. So sick of these a******’s.
Texas preschool teacher fired over ‘Kill some Jews’ tweet
A Texas preschool teacher is out of a job after several anti-Semitic online posts, including a tweet encouraging a friend to “kill some Jews,” came to light.
Nancy Salem, a member of Students for Justice in Palestine at the University of Texas, Arlington, was fired from The Children’s Courtyard in Arlington after administrators were alerted to her anti-Semitic behavior online, the Dallas Morning News reported.
“Have a safe trip Lulu. I love you baby girl! See you in 3 weeks! Kiss the Palestine ground for me and kill some jews! <3 #IMissYouAlready,” she reportedly wrote in 2013.
In an interview he gave to Playboy Magazine in 2007 Maher again defended pedophilia.
Maher: Look, I’m a 51-year-old man, and I go out with girls in their early 20s. I’d be hypocritical if I said it’s ridiculous for a gay man to do that. I’m very libertarian about love. I’m the only guy I’ve ever heard who defends Mary Kay Letourneau.
Playboy: Are you saying teachers should be allowed to have sex with their 13-year-old students, as she did, and not go to jail?
Maher: I think it’s a little offbeat, but you know, I believe in the double standard. If a 28-year-old male teacher is screwing a 13-year-old girl, that’s a crime. But with Debra Lafave [another teacher who had sex with a student] screwing her 14-year-old boy student, the crime is that we didn’t get it on videotape. Was he being taken advantage of? I wish I had been taken advantage of like that. What a memory she gave him! I would think he’s a champion among his friends. Are you kidding? Even with Michael Jackson—-
The New York Times published an article on Wednesday where Maher basically takes credit for taking down Milo and feels proud of it.
Now that he’s president, every war with Trump is a money bomb for the “fake news” networks and newspapers. The “failing New York Times” is in fact doing better than ever.
But the Times told POLITICO that when factoring in cancellations, it has, since Election Day, added four times the average number of net new digital and print subscriptions, spokeswoman Eileen Murphy said in an email.
Similar bumps have been reported by the Washington Post, and The Atlantic reported a 160 percent increase in post-election subscriptions. Even the normally obscure ProPublica has seen unsurpassed levels of donations.
Yep. Fake war.
Scandal, anybody? The Wall Street Journal has stepped in it.

You should consider posting this on legal insurrection.
Tip of the wolf’s ear in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It’s farther to get to Houghton from Detroit than Washington D.C.
Beautiful part of Michigan.
Houghton — A social media company didn’t think it was a threat. Neither did a prosecutor.
But that didn’t stop a Michigan college from expelling a student last year for posting a message on the Yik Yak social media app.
Michigan Technological University police also charged student Matt Schultz with making a terrorist threat, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, but the count was later reduced and then dropped.
It’s just the latest battle in a war that has roiled college campuses throughout the U.S., according to civil liberties groups.
The fight between free speech and the rights of the marginalized has now spread all the way to this small, isolated school in the Upper Peninsula.
And, of course, that’s just true.
But it’s unpossible if you listen to Der Donald.
This is going to sound weird unless you’re a youngster probably.
PewDiePie is the biggest YT poster with somewhere around 53 million viewers.
WSJ somehow got a bug up their a$$ and did a hit piece on him for his video’s on Fiver (yeah, what the hell is fiver)which is some kind of place where if people do what you ask you give them five bucks.
Big deal you say. Well apparently to the kids it is (remember 53 million viewers). Some are saying it’s going to be a GamerGate type of thing.
Due to the WSJ article, Disney dropped him and YT put him in the adult section. Big hit to PDP money wise, but he doesn’t seem to upset as even with just clicks one poster said he’d make a quarter million anyway. This sounds like it may affect the msm in ways they’ll never understand as they may be losing their hold on youngsters with their liberal reporting on PDP.
So here’s one person’s take on it but I’ve seen others that say similar things:
-pewdiepie started out as a really immature youtuber who basially made videos of him playing video games and he would do really stupid shit during it.
-pewdiepie grew up and kept up with his youtube channel. Which is now at 53 million subscribers. The biggest channel on youtube.
-pewdiepie starts making tons of money. Somehwere between $3 and $16 million a year off his channel.
-pewdiepie moved over into making comedy videos. Basically trolling but mainly staying out of politics.
-pewdiepie starts pushing the boundaries of comedy/trolling. Obviously it gets funnier since thats how comedy works.
-pewdiepie makes a few videos that are borderline overtly racist/anti-semite, but in context of the video its obvious hes doing it for fun.
-Youtube notices and trys to f*ck with his popularity all in the name of “diversity” (cant have a racist white male as the top YT channel, can we?)
-SJW’s start taking his videos out of context and reporting that pewdiepie is a racist anti-semite.
-pewdiepie make a video mocking these reports and stating over and over again that hes obviously not racist or anti-semite.
-SJW’s chop up this video and use it as evidence that he is totally racist and anti-semite.
-The f*cking WALL STREET JOURNAL does a story on this. Chops up his videos and takes everything out of context and does a massive hit piece on pewdiepie.
-the WSJ reports pewdiepie to youtube and Disney (a big sponser of YT and pewdiepie) and Disney immediately cuts all ties and funding from pewdiepie. Costing him somewhere around $8 million dollars.
-The SJW sharks smell blood in the water and now youre seeing article after article showing how “racist” and “anti-semite” pewdiepie is.
PewDiePie video response”
Hey, look! You won the down vote from the newsie!
Black Guns Matter. Yes please. This is awesome, we need MORE of this.
Yes. Because neither the EO or the roll-out was even competent.
Yes, as anyone with a working brain has said for many, many months…
Twitter caught dead to rights censoring Trump support.
