Wendy Davis is Raising Money to Train students to “storm the Texas Capitol”

That’s productive

Failed Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis is raising money for her organization, Deeds Not Words, to train “high school and college-aged students to storm the Texas Capitol and advocate for legislative change”.

A recent fundraising email boasted of over 300 youngsters trained at the Ann Richards School to disrupt the Texas Capitol.

Deeds Not Words is as neo-feminist and social justicey as they come. They’ve got issues, you see.

They’re the #changemakers:

There’s so much that needs to change—and so much red tape to navigate – it’s hard to know where to start. Believe us, we’ve been there. That’s why we, a group of passionate people led by Wendy Davis, created Deeds Not Words.

Deeds Not Words is your starting point for turning ideas about women’s equality into action. We’ll provide the tools you need to make changes in your community – like sample letters for legislators, toolkits, and a community where you can share stories and get advice.

Join us. Because we’re the #ChangeMakers.

If you’re curious about the kinds of deeds Davis’ crew pursues, here’s yesterday’s “deed of the day”.

Boycotting energy drinks and pitching temper tantrums in the state house is sure to bring about all kinds of change. But hey, if that’s what Texas progressives want to spend their time and money doing, more power to them. At least we can be sure they won’t be doing anything effective.

Does “storming the State Capitol” involve black clad masked protestor taking over the notorious bell tower too? That would go over real well.

In Texas we call this target practice. Just like in Berkeley the cops will likely stand aside and let nature run its course.

And this time it will be good.

Yay! Abortion Barbie is back on the scene! Will her supporters bring plastic baggies of their own poo, urine and used sanitary napkins to fling at people they disagree with again?

Wow! It’s Hillary Junior!!!!!

I don’t think Gov Abbott is going to take that well. She might should move to Kalifornia.

I suspect the Texas DPS Troopers will have their eyes on Wendy’s shenanigans. It’s not their first rodeo with this same old bull.

How about brown shirts? Do they provide the brown shirts?

Storm the capitol? Please. A weak drizzle, at best.

She didn’t list child abandonment as one of the key issues to be dealt with… I wonder why?

I receive Wendy’s childish emails too. Based on the level of intelligence of her responding #ChangeMakers, the average IQ on the Capitol grounds will drop like a January temperature in Minnesota when a cold front passes by.

Wendy Davis was a case study in how NOT to appeal to conservative voters.

After her stupid symbolic BS with abortion she was a complete media darling, she had almost universal positive coverage, dozens of slavish lapdog stories written about how brave and amazing she was, got endorsements from literally dozens of prominent Democrats and celebrities.

And she lost in a massive landslide because she was a sneering liberal that made no effort to do anything but preach at people about how stupid and terrible they were.

It wasn’t even close – Abbot got 60% of the vote.

An ignorant, corrupt hysteric.

The Texas Capitol will storm back.

Remember the Alamo

So this is Abortion Barbie’s new gig?
