FBI Dumps 300 Hillary Pages of Documents on Sunday Night

The FBI published around 300 pages of documents associated with Hillary Clinton’s email investigation on Sunday night when the most of us enjoyed football, hockey, or the Golden Globes.
These emails include discussions within Hillary’s team about the computer hardware during the FBI’s investigation:
At first, Clinton was unwilling to surrender her private server, but hacked emails appear to show her team advised her to let the FBI take control of the materials.
Additional materials released on Sunday include email exchanges between FBI officials prior to of the official opening of the investigation. Some emails also included arguments between State Department personnel and law enforcement officials, along with members of other government agencies. The fights mostly appear to center on whether a document contains personal or classified information.
Back in October, reports surfaced over possible “quid pro quo” between the State Department and FBI over the reclassification of the emails. An FBI official said that Undersecretary of State Patrick Kennedy bribed him to change some of the emails.
Kennedy said “in exchange for marking the email unclassified, STATE would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden.
The official told Kennedy “Well, we’ll see.” Unsatisfied with the answer, Kennedy asked if he could speak with someone else. He turned to “Michael Steinbach, then a top official with the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division.” Kennedy kept applying pressure to the FBI to change the classification, but Steinbach said no.
Kennedy tried to convince the officials “to issue a B9 FOIA exemption on another email that ’caused problems for Kennedy’ so that it would ‘end up in the basement’ ‘never to be seen again.'” Yeah, that email had to do with the Benghazi attacks.
The Daily Caller also found an email in the stash from the attorney of Bryan Pagliano, the aide who helped set up Hillary’s server. The attorney said that Pagliano refused an investigation. He did meet with the FBI last month after the Department of Justice gave him limited immunity.

The thing that pisses me off about this, is that if it had been any one of us, it would have been federal marshals in the middle of the night with a no knock warrant.
And guess who wouldn’t get to decide which emails the investigators don’t see!
When I worked for a major police organization, commissioned personnel were warned to not conduct any business on personal devices, because records requests could open up those devices to searches for relevant material. The officers would not be allowed to determine for the reviewers what they could see and what they couldn’t see. Destruction of even “private” messages could have led to fines or jail time.
I work for a private corporation and the same is true of us. It has already happened in previous legal cases where people’s private computers were subpoenaed. It’s one of the driving reasons that I keep everything completely separate. I use remote display technologies (mostly NX) from work and home to the other.. so that anything work related only happens on work computers (and only displays to home, no data copied) and vice versa. Even now I’m at the office but using Firefox on my home computer. In fact, I do ALL of my non-work specific web browsing in this firefox window at home to avoid any possible cross contamination of info, plus I don’t chance anything personal being sniffed (remote connections are encrypted).

Interesting to look at the timing of these emails… it’s confirmation that Barack Obama was a bald-faced liar when he sat there and said that Hillary’s email server didn’t put national security at risk. As if there was any doubt.
