They cling to illegal guns in the sense that they only want more gun laws, not Giuliani’s “broken window” policing that successfully removed guns from the streets. It’s the black gangs and the “snitches get stitches” attitude that terrorizes the worst black neighborhoods. The silent majority that quietly testified against Brown actually want active policing, as I see it.

The Obama/Holder/Sharpton Trinity recast Trayvon/Brown as innocent martyrs, glamorized the thuggish/druggish into black teen idol icons, mere children shot with hands up, while eating their candy cigars. Just oppressed good kids trying to get by in the neighborhood.

To change the messaging in the schools, we have to change the administrators and some teachers, and the union activists, and eliminate federal control. That’s going to require Scott Walker, not Bush or Hillary.

The mission seems impossible, but if we could turn the emphasis back to real education, not the anti-American commie agenda, repressed solutions might spring forth naturally. It’s taken a leftist global village, top down initiative, funded by Pied Piper Soros types, to so subvert/transform American exceptionalism.

The better option may be to produce programs that can be streamed and mimic to a degree the success of Khan Academy for presenting the real stories, social analysis based in fact and following scientific methods, etc.

In other words, for now the academe is lost.

Soros, Peter Lewis and the Sandlers tried to buy John Kerry the presidency in 2004. They failed, obviously. But they decided the reason they failed is because the Democrat Party was too centrist. So they created the Democracy Alliance to help them decide how to spend leftist money on building out a progressive infrastructure (they like calling themselves “progressives” but they’re really authoritarian leftists). Up sprang, The Center for American Progress, Media Matters, MoveOn, and tons of single issue non-profits that give the false appearance of being populist such as Shannon Watts anti-gun group.

The Progressive Caucus has grown from 6 members in 1992 to around 80 today. The Democrat Blue Dog Caucus of centrist/conservative Democrats – that had been the largest Caucus at one point not too long ago, is virtually gone.

What I have been amazed by is how they’ve been able to move the Democrat Party so far to the left – and drag the “political center” leftward with it – and absurdly claim that it is the Republican Party that has moved rightward. The media parrots it as if it is true. As the WWII propagandists knew so well, if you repeat a lie often enough it eventually becomes the truth. That’s also why, I think, they repeat ad nauseum that Republicans are extremists, racists, homophobes, Islamophobes, misogynists, etc. It not only turns a lie into “truth”, but it serves to delegitimize Republicans and normalize or legitimize the leftward movement of the Democrats.

Without a doubt, almost every day when I turn on the local Chicago TV station in the morning there is a mention of a violent and deadly crime in black neighborhoods. Shown are black mothers and fathers crying for their dead children. Are you oblivious to this or just in denial?

The feds are also attempting to make SPLC’s Teaching Diverse Students Initiative a civil rights law mandate by classifying its practices as consistent with obligations of Equity and Excellence it is trying to force as a requirement.

The CARE Guide makes clear that the focus is no longer on the student as an individual, but the student as a component to a properly-functioning social whole. Much of the White Privilege hyping is merely to try to create a sense of guilt on the one hand and justification on the other for a planned collectivism by governmental fiat push.
