Busted: James O’Keefe Catches CO Dems Advocating “Awesome” Voter Fraud

Busted: James O’Keefe Catches CO Dems Advocating “Awesome” Voter Fraud

“So really, truly, like yeah, that is awesome.”

For Colorado Democrats, voter fraud isn’t just a way of life—it’s an awesome way of life.

James O’Keefe has released more raw footage showing employees of three separate Democratic groups in Colorado—Work For Progress, Greenpeace, and the Rep. Joe Salazar campaign—directly condoning James’ suggestions about how to commit voter fraud using mail in ballots.

Watch:

This isn’t just criminal—it’s enthusiastically criminal.

Progressives like Donna Brazile may believe that allegations of voter fraud are “a big ass lie,” but the only big ass lie I’m seeing is the lie Democrats in Colorado are telling when they say they’re working for fair and equal representation for the citizens of their state.

John Fund at National Review points out that Colorado officials have repeatedly warned legislators about the very real prospect of mass-mailed ballots being used to commit voter fraud:

Colorado secretary of state Scott Gessler, along with several county election clerks, have raised warning flags that a new state law that automatically mails a ballot to everyone is an engraved invitation to commit fraud. “Sending ballots to people who did not even ask for them or have moved out of state is asking for trouble” he told me. For example, little can stop someone who collects discarded ballots from trash cans, fills out the ballots, and mails them in. Election workers are supposed to compare signatures on registration records with signed ballots. But if a person has a “witness” who signs the ballot on the witness line, then the signatures do not have to match and the vote is counted.

If voter fraud is as easy in Colorado as it appears to be, it’s a wonder any Republicans get elected at all.

What scares me the most is that a poitical activist can just dumpster dive in their neipghboorhood, commit voter fraud, and get away with it sight unseen.

Can’t some sort of court action prevent this?

I would think someone from either party would be capable of filling out a mail-in ballot that they found in the trash. The odds of finding a slew of said ballots in the trash is probably slim to none. This is yet another of this little punk’s attempt to smear somebody via editing tapes. He was discovered before he even released his video. http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2014/10/colorado-dems-james-okeefe

Where your comment jumped the tracks of credibility was, “I would think…”

If you could, you would. But you can’t.

    What an idiot.

mwsomerset in reply to Ragspierre. | October 22, 2014 at 7:44 pm

All you got is an insult? I’m betting the members of your family don’t let you get a word in edgewise and on-line badgering is your only outlet….pathetic.

Henry Hawkins in reply to mwsomerset. | October 22, 2014 at 8:46 pm

Well, all you had was Mother Jones. You got the higher value in the swap.

tom swift in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 1:04 am

To be fair, you started the dumb insult exchange by citing Mother Jones.

If you want your silly assertions to be taken even semiseriously, cite Pravda at a minimum.

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to mwsomerset. | October 22, 2014 at 7:04 pm

Oh, wow! Mother Jones as a “source”.

Like one of the investigators stated in the old BRILAB case, where they caught Democrats accepting bribes from Labor, “Accusing someone of being baited into wrongdoing misses the whole meaning of the word, ‘bait’. They only cry because they were caught,”

Ragspierre in reply to TrooperJohnSmith. | October 22, 2014 at 7:08 pm

“He was discovered before he even released his video.”

The way they “discovered” him was that he tweeted to Donna Brazile that he had a video that would punk her.

That is some POWERFUL detective work, rat thar…!!!

JOHN B in reply to mwsomerset. | October 22, 2014 at 9:12 pm

Be serious. If Republicans stole a bunch of ballots from the minority neighborhoods and voted Republican, the Dems would be in court the next day saying it is impossible for blacks and Hispanics to vote Republican.

Suddenly, voter fraud would be considered real, not a myth.

healthguyfsu in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 1:26 am

I’ll give you an insult and a retort.

Congratulations, you are an idiot of the first order.

Stupid MJ is stupid, again. Where is their evidence that they caught him other than a pic? He has video of their voices with clever editing” of the most poignant statements. That process has been in use in the media since before video media was even around. It’s called sticking to the point.

Did you hear any inflection artifacts to suggest the campaigners did not make those statements as fluidly as they sound? Yea, you didn’t and neither did your favorite comic book MJ. If those campaigners had anything other than after-the-fact “pseudo-gotcha” evidence, then they would have come back with video of their own. Move along, low info troll.

Estragon in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 4:51 am

Sure anybody could do it, but here are Democrats on tape openly approving of it like it’s no big deal to them at all.

Sorry if your slip is showing, Chomsky.

The downside of this blog growing in reputation is that it is going to be attracting more undesirables in the comments section.

But those undesirables are necessary. We can learn a lot from them exposing their true faces.

Ragspierre in reply to TB. | October 23, 2014 at 10:37 am

Showing their faces would be fine. You can take an opposition position, and do it without trolling.

They don’t show their faces. Another portion of their anatomy altogether…

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to TB. | October 23, 2014 at 11:07 am

I’m regularly banned from KOS, DU and the other Left-of-Lenin echo chambers for even more innocuous responses than short-bus Gus and ‘somerset. Okay, I will admit that I do some light trolling on occasion. However, they will outright ban you for stating your honest opinion. Anything other than total, outright agreement is considered a TOA violation.

They ban your IP address, which is why for those sites, I use a proxy server! The Russians and Swedes are good at something…

Ragspierre in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 11:00 am

No, in point of fact, I have a LOT less for you than an insult, although THAT was an observation, not a simple insult.

I tend to summarily deal with someone I have no respect for, like you, for instance.

    Why?

“…someone from either party would be capable of filling out a mail-in ballot that they found in the trash.”

But which party designed this system? To what purpose? Is this how we want something as essential as voting to be done? Maybe NOW you see the point, but very likely NOT.

“The odds of finding a slew of said ballots in the trash is probably slim to none.”

Who says? Is that what your Jonesing Mothers told you, and did you simply slurp it up without any question? Is that the ONLY modality for using those ballots your inquiring mind could imagine? Did you try? Well, you next stupidity provides a telling hint.

“This is yet another of this little punk’s attempt to smear somebody via editing tapes.”

This is three bad things; ad hominem, an implicit lie (“yet another”…there were none), and a brainless repetition of a fully discredited moonbat defense smear.

So, I OBSERVED you are an idiot. And that’s why, and you only made it worse by slathering the site with more ad hominem.

My observation stands, and you proved it.

TrooperJohnSmith in reply to Ragspierre. | October 23, 2014 at 11:17 am

      Great response!!

This is posted honor of you, sir! People forget that the subject of this short excerpt was one of Texas’ first lawyers.

      Bravo!

HaywoodJablomie in reply to Ragspierre. | October 23, 2014 at 5:45 pm

You clearly have no idea what an “ad hominem” is. The uneducated think that “ad hominem” is another term for name-calling. It isn’t.

An argumentum ad hominem is an ARGUMENT in which you discredit the speaker instead of the speaker’s argument.

An example of an ad hominem is if I would say “you can’t possibly understand what an ad hominem is because you only have a GED and not a college education.”

      No charge.

Ragspierre in reply to HaywoodJablomie. | October 23, 2014 at 6:47 pm

        I disagree.

The ad hominem fallacy takes the form:

Challenge: “Such and such is a bad practice, and should be condemned”.

        Fallacious response: “Oh, yeah…??? You’re a poopie-head.”

It ignores the challenge, and attacks the challenger personally, or some other, allied entity.

        Look it up.

You can apologize when you get to it.

JoAnne in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 1:36 pm

Something to keep in mind, O’Keefe has been accused of deceptive editing before. Then he released the uncut version of his tape which was even more devastating. I’d be very careful about accusing him – it may come back to bite you in your silly behind. Mother Jones. If you can’t cite a credible source, go away. This is an adult site.

Spiny Norman in reply to JoAnne. | October 23, 2014 at 6:13 pm

O’Keefe has been accused of deceptive editing before. Then he released the uncut version of his tape which was even more devastating.

The Democrat political smear machine and their unpaid volunteers (aka internet trolls) refuse to acknowledge that, or claim that version is just as “deceptive”.

HaywoodJablomie in reply to mwsomerset. | October 23, 2014 at 5:47 pm

You SERIOUSLY use a left wing propaganda site like Mother Jones are your source?? LOL

What MJ failed to tell you is that O’Keefe’s tape was only edited for brevity. Nothing of substance was removed. And when in response to the left wing accusation he released the entire, unedited tape, it was even MORE damning.

So, what’s your favorite flavor of Kool-Aid?

Washington also has mandatory mail voting, a feature (not a bug) of its blue-state governing class. The same condition applies here. Here, there’s a cover envelope which the intended voter is supposed to sign – but anyone getting possession of the ballot can sign that name on the line provided, and it’s dubious that the election workers will meticulously check that against the signature on record.

And yet right next door, Idaho requires a photo ID or you must sign a Personal Identification Affidavit.
    http://www.idahovotes.gov/voter_id.htm

HaywoodJablomie in reply to JoAnne. | October 23, 2014 at 5:37 pm

Arizona also requires a person registering to vote to sign an Affidavit of Citizenship. But when the person is ALREADY an illegal alien…and when the person registering them is a Reconquista activist…do you think they really care if the affidavit is fraudulent??

Any no one checks up on any of the affidavits to confirm them.

Speaking of voter fraud, North Carolina recently found 145 DACA (DREAMer by unconstitutional executive order amnesty) recipients had registered to vote in the state — despite the fact that they are not citizens and not legally eligible to vote in NC or any other state.
http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/10/22/Ineligible-DACA-Beneficiaries-Discovered-On-NC-Voting-Rolls

But don’t worry about those 34 million illegals that Obama plans to give EO amnesty to after the mid-terms, folks. They won’t be eligible to vote either. And as we’ve seen, they have tremendous respect for U.S. laws, so they won’t be registering and voting anyway (like the DACA amnestees), right?

To be fair, if Obama wasn’t so busy, he would be all over this voter fraud thing. Unfortunately, he is tied up at the moment in an effort to stifle voter ID laws while finding contractors to provide 30 million green cards to illegal immigrants….

HaywoodJablomie | October 23, 2014 at 5:33 pm

In the last few days, two organizations in Arizona hand-carried a thousand absentee ballots into the AZ Elections Dept. Red flags were raised because it’s a couple of days before absentee ballots are due. The two organizations are “Citizens for a Better Arizona” and “Promise Arizona.” Both are seditious pro-illegal alien Reconquista extremist groups. Citizens for a Better Arizona once submitted hundreds of fraudulent petitions in their goal to recall state Sen. Russell Pearce because Pearce was the author of legislation designed to thwart illegal immigration.

A spokeman for the groups said “it’s LEGAL for us to assist voters, and all the ballots are in sealed envelopes.” Well, DUH! These left wing groups PUSH absentee ballot laws because such laws facilitate their vote fraud.

Here’s how Reconqusita groups like Citizens for a Better Arizona, Promise Arizona, Puente Arizona, Mi Familia Vota, etc. commit their fraud:

1. They are appointed voter registrars by the state election dept.

2. They canvass areas where illegal aliens live and register the illegals as Democrats.

3. They send in absentee ballot requests for the illegals.

4. When the absentee ballots are sent out, the “activists” visit the illegal aliens and “help” them fill out the ballots.

5. The Reconquista activists don’t want to risk the illegals failing to mail in the ballots, so they collect the absentee ballots and hand-carry them to the election dept.

This way the Reconquista activists don’t have to risk having the illegal aliens, many of whom don’t speak English, personally go to the polls and have someone ask for an ID, etc.

This is only one of dozens of election fraud schemes that have been perfected by Democrats.
