or pretty close to the beginning of the blogosphere, there was Instapundit, which just celebrated its 10th birthday.
Here’s the story:
10 years? The beginning? Dr. Jacobson?
I’ve got a web site that is 15 years old: jacksonmo.com started (not by me) in 1996.
Oh, you means blogs. My bad.
I can’t imagine a news world without conservative blogs now.
The old zombie news gatekeepers who willingly typecast themselves in the silent period are facing more nimble actors in a new talkies era.
Hopefully the new players will continue to grow and advance … because the news is just too important to leave in the care of dopey, know-nothing J-school grads.
Happy 10th Birthday, Instapundit! May you have many more!
