I'm sure the owner of this sticker was referring to billionaires Soros, Speilberg, Winfrey, Bloomberg, Katzenberg, and then many of the multimillionaires such as Feinstein, Boxer, Pelosi, Reid, Franken, Cuomo, Kennedy, Clinton, Obama, Gore, Biden, Frank, Dodd, etc.
Laura Ingraham regularly had the quasi-comedy troupe "Billionaires for Bush" on her program because the dudes who founded it were so ignorant of Democratic billionaires and their influence that half of their responses were Gleasonesque hamina-hamina-haminas.
