Yes We Didn’t: “Nothing To Show For It”

Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), appointed in January 2009 to replace Ken Salazar, via the Greeley Gazette (h/t NRO):

Michael Bennet, D-Colo, at a town hall meeting in Greeley last Saturday, Aug 21 said we had nothing to show for the debt incurred by the stimulus package and other expenditures calling the recession the worst since the Great Depression….

Regarding spending during his time in office he said, “We have managed to acquire $13 trillion of debt on our balance sheet” and, “in my view we have nothing to show for it.”

Wow, this guy is honest, at least. Did he waffle around at all, to try to make himself look like he was not a part of the losers who are taking this country down? I wonder.

BTW – loving the videos, as usual……but why the "Waterloo" in a Swedish?

In whatever language, today is so sweet!! Ahhh. I am loving the election results, and I can see November sooooo much better today from my house!!! Heehee. Thanks for the lift! 😀

Oh, all of a sudden, he's a conservative huh? He's voted lockstep with Obama since he was appointed. He's up against a true conservative in the fall, and he knows he's in trouble. Hence the conservative-sounding talk. Bennett has been nothing but a Yes-man to Obama, Pelosi, and Reid. Actions speak louder than words.
