While Obama is reaching out to moderate pirates, John Kerry is calling for hearings on pirates (ooh, I bet they’re scared of congressional subpoena power).
This is just another instance of Kerry betraying his matees. The pirates Kerry now attacks had endorsed Kerry for President, based in part, on his support for separation of church and ship, and for a woman’s right to choose between walking the plank and being stabbed to death.
The Local Pirates Union 204 even ran this ad in support of Kerry:

In protest, Protein Wisdom is boycotting Talk Like A Pirate Day, in favor of The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything Day.
